Friendly staff. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen.
The worst VA hospital I have ever been to. They do not advocate for us as a veterans. It is hard to get paperwork done. Labs are not put in and always having to wait for someone to put them in. If you can avoid going to… this VA, I highly suggest that you do so I had to switch and go to the Daytona VA. because of them I had to end up getting a hysterectomy do not go here!!!!
Clean, friendly, cooperative and caring. I like my visits there. Outstanding personnel.
I personally would not go anywhere else to get medical assistance. They have cared for me for years and I love everything about them especially my primary care Doctor.

First of all, I must admit, you will never have your phone call answered at this location. I don't know if the chances are high that you will ever receive a call back after leaving a message. But I can say that once you… are in the system and you use myhealtheVet, the experiences are pretty positive. I love Dr. Santa and Mercedes, they have taken great care of me. I know firsthand that Dr Santa has about 1000 patients, which is ridiculous.. It is frustrating dealing with some of the issues, but if you put yourself in their place, it can be a bit overwhelming. They need to hire more staff and do something about the phone issue.

Hands down the worst place, I have having to do anything here.
They don’t care about the veterans. Call or email and no one answers. They give you the run around and then get mad at you when you question them about the care they are giving or should I say not giving…Approve… medication for the veteran and you have to call 17 days later only to find out they forgot to send it to the pharmacy! Then when you demand to know why they want to give you their husband’s resume like you care that they are married to a veteran! You are working and receiving a paycheck for your services so leave your personal life at home. It’s a shame that this is the care our veterans receive. If you don’t truly have a passion for helping people don’t work in patient care!
