Banyan Health Systems – Fort Lauderdale Detox and Rehab Services
Banyan Health Systems – Fort Lauderdale appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Banyan Health Systems – Fort Lauderdale Reviews and Ratings
Have you or a loved one been treated at Banyan Health Systems? A few lines about admissions, the staff and what happened after treatment ended can help another family in Fort Lauderdale weigh the same choice.
Dr.odera has changed my life.I was on a lot of medication at the first visit she told me she told that was too much to take. She was right . She tapered me down and now I am only one one medication. We need Doctor like… her in the community. She takes pleasure in helping her patients, she does not rush ,she takes her time.Big shout out to Banyan at Lauderdale Lakes
My baby switched over medical plans and Dr Vicky Marsh was his assigned doctor. My son was recently in the hospital and the doctors said to follow up with PCP in 2 days. Well I called this place yesterday, which raves… on and on about a 9000 square foot facility as you’re waiting for someone to answer… and when I finally got through to someone I mentioned I needed to see the DR because the baby was sick in the hospital. The response was “Dr. Marsh has no availability until a month from now” I’m puzzled at this response because this is a sick baby we’re talking about and I mentioned it again and her response was “I suggest you call the plan and switch PCP” I do no recommend this place, first impression and it was very disappointing. So I switched over to WonderKidz they see sick patients the same day.
I really do appreciate being a client at this place. I have a very supportive therapist.
Dr. Lynda Odera is a wonderful professional , she is very caring and has lots of empathy for her patients.
My nephew spoke so highly of Dr.Lynda Odera. This doctor genuinely changed his life. From the very first visit, he said he felt heard and understood. She created a safe, judgment-free space and helped him navigate… things he had been struggling with for a long time.
Lynda is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond for my family. Very satisfied!
Gabby helped me make a new patient appointment and she was very nice. She was very patient, professional, helpful and genuinely a nice person over the phone. She answered all of my questions. Her phone etiquette made my… experience with this company 10 out of 10.
My favorite clinic I've ever been to thanks to Dr. Marsh. She's very attentive and actually genuinely cares and which is hard to come by. Even after recently leaving the area I'll still continue to go.
I want to express my gratitude to the manager Taina, nurse Brianna, front desk Gloria and Akeem and Dr. Lynda Odera for their work and patience throughout my experience and service with the Banyan community health time.… It is really appreciated by everyone in my family, I can’t express my thanks to them.
Lynda Odera And Vicky Marsh are awesome doctors… the level of care and attention to detail is amazing… Dr. Odera went beyond for me to get to a neurologist and I’m super grateful
Good place to go I've been here since 2019 at the old building by oakland pk by the 95hwy. Very nice staff.the new addition to the team dr.odera just made it even more welcoming thanks to banyan health.
My doctor Lynda Odera been fantastic.Since I have entrusted her with my care. My life had been better. She listened, she listens, she is knowledgeable and caring.
Lynda Odele is the best. She makes me feel comfortable and is always on time to work. She deserves a raise in my mind 😉
Lynda was amazing and she really has help me with my long struggle of substance abuse , I am on Suboxine and it has allowed to be a productive at work and my everyday life . Thank you so much 🙏
I called today to set up an appointment with for a PCP. The line rejected my number for call back, so I stayed on the line. Well they had me holding for 35 minutes then hung up on me. One lady came on and ask me to hold… like 20 minutes into the call. Placed me back on hold. 10 minutes later another came on. Didn't ask anything. Just said thank you for calling, please hold. Then hung up a few minutes later. I wanted to see Dr Marsh as referred by my insurance company. As a first time potential client, very horrible service. DO BETTER!
The elevators work sporadically and some of the staff are barely competent. I know some people are forced to use this place but, I suggest that you avoid it if it’s at all possible.
I saw Dr Vicky Marsh., and she really listened and helped with my pain and issues. She knew exactly what I needed and is attending to my other problems and I had no issues with the referrals..
I can't thank Banyan Community Health Center enough for helping me get great health providers. All the employees I met were super helpful especially Stephanie Forte, Star, Akeen and Dr Vicky Marsh, Dr Odera, Dr… Juncadella, and Natalie Kutlin. I highly recommend you give them a try in their new and better equipped offices on the 3rd floor.
This is the worst place ever! They have no clue of what they doing. Please do not call the phone number that is appointed to this place it will connect you to a call center that will mislead you from A through Z. (They… useless)
This place is trash, don’t waste your time. I was assisted by Dr.Dabul who told me just to give him a call when the meds run out. He did not inform me he would be going on vacation. When I called Banyan, I was told he… was out. When I said he didn’t tell me, the lady I spoke to (Secretary? Not sure, someone with an attitude problem apparently, I think her name was Tanya or Tayina)… She told me, “Well, he’s not going to call all of his patients to inform them that he’s going on vacation.” Excuse me? First of all, I never said that he should, and secondly, how are his patients supposed to know if he doesn’t tell them? Also lady, thanks for the attitude. Now I am out of medication, and I am being told no one can help me even though the only option I was given was to call when it ran out. When I informed this RUDE lady that I cannot function without it, she told me, “If you’re having withdrawal, you need to call someone else.” WOW!!! The meds are NON-stimulant and NOT a controlled substance! Then I was informed that my only option would be to call my insurance company to switch my primary doctor and that I would HAVE to go without my meds. Nice. I hung up and then she called back stating she could have a doctor contact me in 20 minutes. Thinking this ridiculous situation might be resolved, she called me again telling me that the doctor doesn’t “feel comfortable prescribing this medication.” This non-stimulant, non-controlled substance. Great!! When I asked her what to so, she told me I’d have to see my primary care provider. Well, looks like I’ll be going without my medication for a few weeks. No big deal, right? How are these people still open and how many lawsuits are in the works? AWFUL!!!!! How can any doctor’s office do this to a patient? And for a non-controlled substance? What a joke! Don’t waste your time with this trash place…
First time coming here and the staff is fabulous very helpful and the doctor actually listened to me and helped me, sent my rx straight to the pharmacy! Thank you all for everything I look forward to my appointments
Doctor always late. Makes everyone sit around and wait to be seen. Makes you wonder!
Super professional and all the staff is helpful
Very unprofessional no one knows what is going on and everyone is a different page. I couldn’t receive a simple appointment by phone. It’s horrible the service.
Don't waste your time, this place changes your appointment date last minute to whatever day they feel like and doesn't even let you know they changed it. I only found out because I called about something else.
I left the impatient rehab because of poor COVID safety practices. The my process seemed to have given up on me and just faded out too close my case.
They don't pick up their phones. This center is impersonable. How could they possibly connect with patients? Not good.
The Staff is nice and the Older receptionist lady is the best
