The facility address is 15100 NW 27th Avenue, Opa Locka, Florida, 33054. This address falls in Miami-Dade County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

Love the staff there, love the classes there, and most importantly, I love Ms. Liz, this is an amazing program.
Don’t come to this program it’s bad not good people relaps the kid have vape in there the staff fight u they have favoritism they al some let the adults doing anything walk out the gate somke get vapes in have phones
I was a teenager sent here from may to November of 1979.I seen multiple councilors a week every week. Nancy and a lady named Joyce we called earth mother and Mike Elliot. My parents were a mess and caused me incredible… emotional trauma .I got the chair for a few days for lying but overall I got help .I actually got better grades in school there then 4 years prior for skipping so much.I was sent there for being a chronic runaway with alot of home life problems. They took us out to events on weekends like the disco,Halover Beach, a few concerts as the guy John at the time was tight with Y100 radio station.Marsha was our driver everywhere felt bad we were not the best behaved teens. Bad thing was alot of romances happened there causing fighting amongst the residents. I guess everyone came out with a different experience mine straightened me out and helped my parents get a divorce .They were dysfunctional together and harmful to themselves.
This places is the worse staff and therapist are unprofessional, they have a a lot of favoritism they don’t treat everyone the same the therapist are arrogant and unprofessional they make you tell them personal stuff… and then gossip about it to each other and if you refuse to talk to them they threaten to kick you out or keep you in there for longer time only one phone call a well and you can only call one person if they don’t like you they will try to send you to jail
I have been volunteering at Here's Help for 25 plus years. I have a son who made wrong choices in life. I wish I knew about this program 27 years ago! It is by far the best treatment facility and because of my son I… know and see the difference from other rehabs compared to Here's Help.
I was there in 1979. I hope to God they are no longer abusive to children.
My son-in-law was admitted to this facility, and so far it’s been unprofessional with little regard to personal wellbeing. 1 phone call per week, 5 minutes on the phone. says it’s good that he has a support system,… can’t contact that support system. if you’re lucky you’ll get told that zoom calls are available, then they’ll say you need to have facetime, and if you don’t have an iphone well now you have to download whatsapp and join whatever sketchy video call they set up through a facility members personal phone. you are able to write letters back and forth to each other, but it’s pretty hard when they’re being given tasks 7am-10pm and being given little time for themselves. i guess the only thing going for them is the food.
I went here in the 80's. I'm surprised it's still in business. Place is a dump. If you want help, this isn't the place to get it. When I got there they took all my money. They said it went into an account. I asked for a… receipt; they said they don't give receipts. After a week there they got me a job. Each week I had to sign my paycheck over to them. That also went into my account. When I left, I left without any money. There was no account. Rip-off. I don't even know if the people who took my checks even gave them in or kept them. I even work a few days for a contractor who paid them directly for my labor. The maintenance people who worked there used to have patients do their work for them. Once one of them was moving, so he took several patients off the property to help him move. It was like being a slave. As for the treatment, there was none. End of the day group, which was a waist of time, and a NA meeting once a week. The people who worked there talked to people like dogs. Great place to go if you like being degraded on a daily basis. Talk back to them and they through you out in the middle of the night. Since I came from out of state, I had no place to go. Every time I tried to get my father to fly me home, he said they called him and told him I was lying about the place and just wanted to get high. There is no help at this place. Here's Help is pure garbage, and so are the people who worked there.
All of us who have gone through this bitter experience know how hard and sad it is, especially when it involves a child, a young person to whom you gave all the tools to be happy, and whom you watched slowly fade away.… That was the case with my son, who just two weeks ago left this center. For me, it was wonderful, with a super friendly staff with huge hearts, helping him to overcome his challenges and being very strong, as life is in real life. I am more than grateful. I have spent three years living through the worst moments of my life, and thanks to this program, my son is recovering. He is studying and focused; his mind is much better. His thoughts are much more positive, and today, for a long time, I haven't felt this happiness again, seeing him healthy and on the right path. For me, it was such a positive experience that I recommend this center to anyone going through this difficult time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you to everyone, especially Mrs. Norma and Luis, with whom I was always in communication. Thank you.
Horrible place. The guy that runs the place Antuan sellers, knows nothing about recovery and is very arrogant. You will be made to feel even worse about your life when he lectures and belittles you everyday for hours.… They shave your head and don't help with anything, unless Anke likes you and shows favoritism towards you . But the majority of clients gets no help and no rest. From 7am to 10pm you will be out of the dorms, locked, and working or watching movies. Smoke breaks are limited and could be cancelled for days at a time. Go somewhere else , your life is important and precious.
This wonderful place helped my brother to overcome his addiction and now he’s full of hope and faith. From the bottom of my heart many thanks to each person of the team for guided and give him a new life opportunity.
I called one day to get my child help the next day he was accepted with all his luggage, he has graduated since then and still on the right track, he even gets out patient treatment such as drug test every week, the… staff is very nice loving and respectful thank u so much here’s help for everything with ladarrius ❤️
I never went but I know someone who did. If you want recovery this is the best place to go.
This place is terrible; they're very irresponsible. The first time I went, they sent my information incorrectly. The second time, they didn't administer the required test. The third and final time, the information they… sent was incomplete, and the photos they resent weren't visible. They kept sending incomplete and incorrect information. Each time I went, a different receptionist attended to me. This last one treated me very badly, even telling me she wasn't going to waste any more time talking to me on the phone when I was only asking her to please send the information correctly because they were requiring it of me. Thanks to all this poor service, I had many problems. I do not recommend this irresponsible place. Nobody.
Thanks!
This place is a disaster; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you have a child struggling with addiction, don't send them to this place. They'll come out worse than when they went in. My son was there for three… months, and the things that happen there are unbelievable. What the therapist, Norma, says doesn't reflect the reality there. You can't talk to her; you just have to listen because she has a horrible attitude. The kids don't want to talk because they're afraid of her. There's no rehabilitation going on. The kids do drugs inside, steal things, escape, and nobody does anything because the people there don't care. The woman at admissions is a total jerk; she thinks you're just an object there. The only redeeming qualities are the owner and some of the people who look after the kids, but the owner has no idea what's really going on. I had a friend whose son had to go through this a couple of years ago, and she told me she wouldn't recommend it. They say the boys were having relationships with each other and nobody did anything, but I thought that over the years some things would have changed, but no. I hope this can help someone before visiting this place.
