Ii had requested for someone speak Creole nstead, I was assigned to Delilah,Dielia philus who refused to communicate with me in Creole, citing embarrassment. As a proud Haitian who speaks Creole, I found this experience… to be unacceptable currently there .no Caseworker or Therapist.
If I could give negative stars that would be more appropriate. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.. Their employees take pictures of the patients and share them with their friends for a laugh. I have proof and have reported them!!… CAN YOU SAY MAJOR HIPPA VIOLATION!!! In order not to further stigmatize the mental health community, I have chosen not post the picture of people's loved ones on this post, as it was five different patients including elderly.
The director is unprofessional and rude
It's a Community Behavior Center that provides outpatient therapy such as Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Individual and Family Therapy, Case Management Services and a DCF Access point to apply for Food Stamps and… Medicaid.
Awesome! When you need a place for adults with mental health disabilities that can recieve psychotherapy rehabilitation services in site, Targeted Case Management services on-site or home, in-home individual and family… therapy with staff that care this is where you need to start. If they are unable to provide the services you need they will provide you with a referral or appointment with someone whip can. They also can help with nursing and certified nursing aid assistance. The people are great! Check them out!
