Meraki Wellness and Healing – Hialeah Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 5979 NW 151st Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33014. Hialeah sits in Miami-Dade County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Meraki is a place you can truly count on to feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. Everyone is always so welcoming, kind, and supportive. They have been there for me and helped me through one of the most difficult times… in my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support I’ve received. I would highly recommend Meraki to anyone looking for a compassionate and supportive environment.
It's a special place for children who need professional help for their healthy development. The therapists and the rest of the staff are kind and very professional. My grandson enjoys this place like it's an amusement… park. I highly recommend it.
Updating my previous review because my son has now been discharged from this clinic after I posted my honest negative review about our experience. I find it deeply concerning that expressing a legitimate concern about… my child’s mental health care resulted in his discharge. Parents should be able to provide honest feedback about their experience without their child’s access to care being affected. We are now left having to find another provider and start over. I hope other parents consider this experience before choosing this clinic for their child.
If you're looking for a mental health clinic that leads with compassion and understanding, this was not my experience. After missing two appointments because of work, I was told that one more missed appointment would… result in my son being discharged. I understand the need for attendance policies, but real life happens. Families have work conflicts, illnesses, emergencies, and unexpected situations. For a mental health clinic, I expected more empathy and flexibility. Instead, I felt like policies mattered more than the well-being of the children and families they serve. As a parent seeking help for my child, I feel judged instead of supported. I would not recommend this clinic to families who need a provider that understands the realities of life while navigating mental health care.
I was a client at this practice for over three years, and unfortunately my experience declined over time. Due to the nature of my job, I occasionally needed to reschedule appointments. Instead of working with me after… years of being a loyal client, I was told I had to commit to weekly sessions or I could no longer continue treatment. That simply wasn’t realistic with my work schedule. As a paying client, I expected a little more flexibility, especially after three years of commitment. Another major issue was the constant turnover of therapists. It seemed like therapists were leaving every few months, which meant I had to start over and rebuild trust repeatedly. Anyone who has been in therapy knows how emotionally exhausting that process can be, especially when it’s completely out of your control. I understand practices need policies, but after being a long-term client, I felt like there was very little consideration for my circumstances or the relationship we had built. I left feeling more like a number than a valued client, which was incredibly disappointing.
This place constantly changes staff, and there is no clear internal communication between them. After I missed two appointments, which I properly explained and justified, they canceled the program, claiming they were… losing money paying the therapists. What a lack of professionalism to give a response like that. They see children more as a number than as patients. I do not recommend it. If you're looking for therapy, don't reach out. They can't keep front desk longer than a month. The owner is rude and talks down to employees in front of patients. No respect for employees either..
We are so grateful for the team at Meraki Wellness & Healing. From the moment we walked in, everyone made my 6-year-old daughter feel safe, comfortable, and truly understood. The therapists are not only incredibly… knowledgeable but also patient, kind, and genuinely invested in each child’s progress. I’ve seen such positive changes in my daughter—her confidence, communication, and emotional growth have improved so much. It’s clear they take a personalized approach and really care about helping children thrive. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a supportive, compassionate, and professional therapy center. Thank you Meraki!
Meraki Behavioral Health is amazing. Professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients. You’re not just another appointment here—you’re treated like a person. Highly recommend.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Meraki Behavioral Health. The team goes above and beyond to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable opening up. Their approach is thoughtful, thorough, and truly… patient-centered. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine care.
Too good, 100% recommended 💯
If I can give them a 0 star I would. The owner has actively discharged children from her practice if their parents raise concerns about policies or have disagreements and express themselves. She refuses to provide… policies when requested and demands we take her word. She keeps everyone’s credit cards on file for her own journal and charges families ahead of time for services rendered up to two days prior without consent. She is disrespectful, doesn’t know her own policies or procedures and has gone through almost 10 employees in a 6 month period. Her disposition is repulsive and is no way in hell a place any child should be. She prefers private pay patients over insurance because she’s just money hungry. For her own manager to quit on her because of her attitude tells you all you need to know. She was there for the patients and couldn’t even deal anymore. I feel bad for anyone who chooses to be part of this company. Look elsewhere!
I was starting to feel like I made the rite choice to get treatment for depression UNTIL they told me that because I have a lawyer for Social Security and he's requesting medical records, that I now have to pay out of… pocket. I am so confused when my medicaid pays for my first visit and the visits to follow. It's like I'm being discriminated against. Main reason why I hold stuff in because of mess like this which is unlawful.
Staff is professional , office is always clean .. everyone is friendly . Ana, my therapist has helped me . She challenges me to be better and I Feel better when our session has finished .
I called in to confirm if they accepted my daughter's insurance as I have been going crazy calling so many places to get the much needed help for her. We have not started treatment but this initial call was such a great… experience, great customer service and I was provided with so much information that I know this is the right place to start her healing process. Thank you, Kiara for being such a wonderful soul and being so patient with me.
I started treatment at Meraki in April of 2022, I honestly didn’t believe that therapy would help or I wouldn’t feel heard but I met my therapist Rebecca who has taught and listened to me with an open heart. Rebecca has… helped me tremendously since I’ve met her and I find it hard to believe the amount of progress I’ve made in a year. #besttherapistever. She’s never failed to make sure I am comfortable and feel valid for my emotions. I am so grateful for Rebecca words do not express my gratitude for her. She is one of the reasons I am happy to be alive to this day. The staff is filled with such genuine and friendly people. Please seek treatment and support if you are struggling, I promise you that someone is more than willing to listen and help. You’re not alone
Hi! Mrs. Dominguez is the best therapist and person there ever has been in existence. Being able to work with Meraki and Mrs. Dominguez keeps me sane and supports my mental health in so many ways and I am forever… thankful. I have had some very very rough times and have only been able to get through them thanks to the mindset and goals that Mrs. Dominguez helps me work on. Please come see Meraki for your mental health needs.
I was a bit hesitant to reach out and ask for help but I knew it had to be done for my mental stability. A friend of mine recommended Meraki. I took the chance and made an appt. I can not tell you what a difference this… has made in my life. The therapist has helped me in such a positive way, I'm not sure why I waited this long. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and always willing to help out. I would definitely recommend Meraki to my family and friends, hands down. My therapist has helped me see things in a more positive manner, I'm very grateful for having a better mental health, highly recommended.
