Dr.Vega is a good doctor but he’s office seems to have trouble been more professional. It’s been almost a month I’ve tried making an appointment and it always goes to his voicemail and then when I finally got in touch… with the receptionist I asked her something about insurance and she said she will get back to me it’s been almost 2 weeks and never heard from her so I had to get another Dr. terrible experience with customer service.

I’ve been going to Dr. Vega for a little over a year and I can honestly say that my life has improved drastically. He is extremely knowledgeable in Chinese Medicine. I was diagnosed with endometriosis after 26 years of pain. I underwent a laparoscopy, and the pain went away for a year. After a year, the pain returned, and this time the disease was more chronic. I visited many… doctors. I returned to the clinic where I had the first surgery. They informed me that, in addition to endometriosis, I also had adenomyosis. They told me the only solution was a hysterectomy. Resigned to giving up the opportunity to be a biological mother, I was in the process with the clinic to undergo another operation. One day, I was contacted about Dr. Vega. I made an appointment with him via video call since I live in Georgia, and I told him everything I had suffered for over 28 years. I started treatment with him before traveling to Miami. I arrived in Miami for three weeks. Every day I began to feel better. My period arrived, and without any pain. He didn't just check on what I had come for; this illness had also affected other organs. He treated each affected organ. Dr. Vega's compassion and medical knowledge go far beyond a diagnosis. He investigates each symptom individually. Dr. Vega is an excellent doctor and human being. I recommend Dr. Vega 1000%. I thank God for Dr. Vega's life. Seek help elsewhere with a professional AND at a professional office setting do not waste your money. This man that calls himself a Dr is absolutely a fake! He tells you he can definitely help only to turn around and… start selling you all different procedures he does and mind you NEVER giving you a price or showing you what his prices are. So unprofessional NO office staff because he’s either too cheap to hire someone or nobody can stand working for him and see right through him. His office is a mess, couldn’t even locate my papers and is rarely at his office during the times listed. Doesn’t return calls the people I saw there were all elderly that’s probably because he takes advantage of their trust. He also says he’s a Therapist NOT SO I went for a therapy session and all he spoke about was HIS services..Accupuncture, cleansing, his machines,herbal pills…anything and everything that would give him the money. My insurance pays for therapy sessions BUT that’s not what he was selling, he wanted the cash for his other services. Look elsewhere for professional services, do not waste your money or time with this wannabe.

The beginning was hopeful and excited to have a doctor to help. However, sessions didn’t assist. He did more bad than good. Never available, he said he was understaffed. Did not respond to insurance requests timely.… When he untimely responded, his documentation was erroneous.

Unprofessional. Didn’t know we had an appointment. Refused to sent court services a report because he did not receive payment. He touched my daughters face twice! Creep. Don’t go.
