This might be the worst doctors office in Florida. They will treat you like a number in their system instead of a person. Need to talk to someone? Too bad. Their phone number takes you to a call center who will relay a… message to the office. You will likely never get a response. They will have you schedule and take tests without giving you proper instructions to prepare. When the results arrive, they won’t call you or talk to you about them and what they mean. Need a prescription refill? Good luck. You can submit that through their online portal and just never get a response from your assigned physician. No matter how many times you submit it. On holidays there’s a an on call person who answers the phone and tells you to call back when they’re open. If the physician repeatedly ignores your requests and doesn’t respond you might want to file a complaint: too bad. The center manager will not call you back or respond to your messages. The bottom line, this place is a cattle call. A factory. They don’t care about you. They just want your insurance company’s money. Go anywhere else. Shame on you care resource.

Everything was fine, but the website said there was food for everyone, and when I arrived it was only for the clinic's patients, but they gave me some donations.

Excellent service

I've been trying to call for 40 minutes, and no one is answering! They messed up a referral, and when I went to get my test results, I waited 30 minutes just to get the copies 🙄 I don't know, customer service is… terrible.

I had the pleasure of having Mrs.Winnie at FIU doing my health appointment and she was an excellent care provider and she made me feeling amazing and she is amazing at her job and she got me out of their fast.

I went to take a test at 1 in the afternoon and they say that at that time they are no longer doing testing

"You get your lab work done, and two months later they still haven't given you the results, using the excuse that they switched providers."

I have been a member of care resource for 30+ years. They've helped me with a out of control viral load and addiction as well as being homeless... The staff have a lot of patience and compassion for their work and… members of the community. Miami and Broward locations are state of the art while being affordable to us. The Dr's are also helpful and empowering clients to help themselves... I have only one Dr that I'll go to thank you care resource for being a huge help in my life you made me able to function and live...

Monday, August 10, 2026. I had a lab appointment at 8:46 a.m. I arrived on time, and by 9:50 a.m., after waiting for more than an hour, no one had seen me or given me an explanation. I had to leave without being able to… get my tests done. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. The same thing happens every time I come. Healthcare professionals have a responsibility to respect their patients' time and maintain organized and punctual service. We patients also work, take time off, and organize our days to attend appointments that we expect to be honored. After experiencing this situation repeatedly, it's difficult to trust the organization of this clinic. I sincerely hope that the administration will reflect on this and take steps to provide the care, respect, and punctuality that all patients deserve. August 10, 2026. When a clinic continually fails to respect scheduled appointments and offers little to no communication, it damages trust. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves scheduling, communication, and respect for patients’ time.

I know you all manage an incredibly demanding workload with countless tasks, assignments, and… clients, yet you continue to serve our community with professionalism, compassion, and dedication. I have been in therapy for almost two years and I couldn’t be more grateful to have met Robinson Hernandez he has been amazing and has helped me tons with my mental health, he is so caring and understanding like I’ve… tried therapists before but he really made me feel like he wants to help and support me it was so easy for me to open up since we first met so my experience with him personally has been wonderful. Also the medical staff, nurses and front desk are all so sweet and helpful it is honestly an awesome place for your medical needs they have everything you could possibly need when it comes to your health and the location is beautiful with plenty of parking so my experience with this place has been unforgettable and I hope that if you were looking for these kind of services my review helps you make the decision and go check them out I promise you they are the best choice !!!

Scheduled appoints don’t get seen until 2 hours later

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the extraordinary Housing team at Care Resource for the incredibly humane, professional, and tireless support they provided me during one of the most difficult times of my life.… After facing a very complicated situation with an abusive landlord, I was at risk of becoming homeless along with my four children. Amidst so much uncertainty and anguish, the Housing team was by my side every step of the way, restoring my peace of mind and hope. I want to especially acknowledge Francisco Gómez, the program director, for his leadership, commitment, and compassion, as well as my case managers, Jennifer Tapia and Yuliet Delgado, who were much more than just professionals: they supported me with patience, empathy, and dedication. They helped me find a new home, coordinated everything related to the move, maintained communication with the new owners when necessary, and attended to every detail so that my family could make this transition as safely and with dignity as possible. Beyond the material assistance, I received emotional support, constant guidance, and the peace of mind of knowing I was not alone. In the moments when I felt like everything was falling apart, they made me feel heard, respected, and supported. Thanks to this wonderful team, my family now has a new home and the opportunity to begin a new chapter with hope. I will never forget everything they did for us. Scheduled a TB test online. When I arrived, registered and waited my turn they advised me they only do the blood test and it takes 7 days for results. Thats not the issue. The issue is, you have to first see a provider… to be able to get the test done to * BILL INSURANCE* and when the results are in you need to see the provider again, for what? To *BILL INSURANCE*. I work in the medical field and you DO NOTneed to see a provider to get results. Dont waste your time if you need a TB test. Go to your local urgent care and get and you can get your appointment the same day.

Good dental care and services

I come here for medical and behavioral health and never had any issues. Great people great care. Dental however is awful. They do not call back or pick up the phone. I had a cleaning almost 6 months ago and haven’t been… able to book appointments in MONTHS. Everytime time I call to make an appointment or leave a message in the portal “the dental manager will reach out” No they won’t and no they haven’t.

The staff are amazing they truly care about the patient. The only downside is trying to contact them. The answering machine invites you to leave a message but NO ONE gets back. Their communication is very poor but this… is down to management not the wonderful staff who go the extra mile to help you. I hope whoever is supposed to listen to voicemails starts to listen and respond. Thank you 🙏

The clinic is very good! However, the customer service staff at the front desk leaves much to be desired. They don't answer calls, they don't attend to you when you're there, and they don't care about anything.… Honestly, they should have replaced that staff a long time ago because they always have the same complaints, and you always end up doing the same thing. They never answer the phones and they don't help you get medical appointments.

I recently visited the dental department at Care Resource in Midtown Miami, and I had a genuinely positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and respected. The team was professional,… attentive, and took the time to explain every step of my treatment clearly. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed throughout the visit. The dentists and assistants were patient, compassionate, and focused on making sure I felt comfortable during the entire appointment. I want to thank the team at Dental Midtown for the excellent service they always provide. They are always very professional and attentive. I was greeted by the manager, Mauro Zapata, and his entire team. They are the… best of the best; I recommend them 1000%.

I've been visiting care resource for years as I gather my life. I walked in here several years ago with no insurance or money to get healthcare and I desperately needed psychiatric care. I walked in and spoke with the… office that I desperately needed anti-depressants and was helped by the social workers immediately. I was able to have a primary care doctor and a psychiatrist for the first time in years thanks to this office. The availability of this medical care has changed the trajectory of my life and I don't know where I would be today if this place didn't exist. Thanks to Dr. Baskin, I was not only able to get psychiatric care but I was able to finish my bachelors degree at FIU in May 2026 . Without the care that was given to me over the years, there's no way I could have finished with the condition I was in. Thanks Care Resource .

Clean place kind employees, fast and all is clear

Ms. Winnie was amazing. She is kind, funny, and most importantly - on top of the procedures and paperwork. My results came sooner than expected. Ms. Winnie is a true advocate for women. She gave me information about… medications I knew nothing about. Thank you for that Ms. Winnie because knowledge is power.
