MedMark Jacksonville – Jacksonville Detox and Rehab Services
MedMark Jacksonville – Jacksonville is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

MedMark Jacksonville – Jacksonville Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 5600 Spring Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32216. Jacksonville sits in Duval County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

MedMark Jacksonville – Jacksonville Reviews and Ratings
Reviews are where patients and families describe MedMark Jacksonville in their own terms: the welcome at admission, the counseling, the planning for life after treatment.
Reading them is a sensible step before calling the Jacksonville facility. Writing one, if you have been treated there, helps the families who come next.
I’ve been going there about 6 months and it’s changed my life my councilor Jayla is the best and has played a major part in my recovery. I don’t think I could have ever done it without her.Shout out to Jayla Keep saving… lives 🫡
Excellent treatment program. The staff are professional and compassionate and there is hardly ever a line at the dosing windows so my visits are usually quick. My counselor Jayla is awesome!
I heard of medmark so I called them ask if they took Medicaid and Medicare they said yes so I went in when I went in and then told me they didn't take it well I had no other place to go so I had to pay daily 20 bucks so… they have about between anywhere from $600 to 1500 of my dollars and I'm on disability okay so I already don't have enough money and they took my food stamps away from me so I have been trying to reach out to them and they keep telling me nothing I can do so you charged my insurance got money from them and then charged me and got cash money from me as well but won't even give me my money back
GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
My counselor was and still is, I'm sure, the most wonderful person I've met in a long time. TY Miss C. I do miss you!!
My mom goes there and they are all good and it’s clean the Director is all ways nice and has helped the place do really good
I go here and it's an amazing program with amazing people. Fwyh. For real they are helping me so much
STAY AWAY!! I recently went in with hopes of getting some medication to help with withdrawals because I had a plan in place to do it at home with some help over the holiday weekend. Everything was set except the… medication, so I went in, explained my situation and my solution. After a drug screen, I was told I had methadone in my system, not fentanyl, and that I would have to continue with methadone, which requires me to come in once a day, which is not possible, and I could not get the suboxone I was hoping. Left in tears, my plan had fallen apart, and decided to do a urine test at home. Sure enough, NO METHADONE in my system at all, and dirty for fent and methamphetamine. I don't know what the issue is with this place. Maybe she misinterpreted MET on the drug screen as methadone, which it is not, or they were trying to trick me into coming back every day for methadone, which they make soooo much more money than prescribing suboxone. Either way, they failed big time, and I wouldn't return if it was the only place in town that could help.
So one thing I’m really confused about is HOW CAN YOU CHARGE SOMEONE FOR MISSING A DAY! also this company has WENT DOWN HILL FAST! this new company that took over can careless about ppl that come here every week for a… month now they have held my bf for a hour and a half to do paperwork all bc he has had every counseler in the past 8 years he has had a meeting once a month did paperwork with them but now they don’t have it? So he has been redoing 8years worth bc no ppl couldn’t do what they get paid to do it’s his fault mind you never failed a drug test every week we are in the main office asking for help and asking what we can do who we can call how to get them to stop holding him for over a hour every week and nothing gets done ever they act like they care Ive been here for over 8 years they came here like a month ago and act like it’s your fault they didn’t do things the right way and you get blamed then they try to say the clinic isn’t working for you after you never failed a drug test the new lady that’s the head of that office it’s like talking to a wall she will just keep saying the same thing over and over again and then when you go there the next time it’s like nothing happened and you never talked every week I go see check in and never have a issue today she says I’m not meeting with her and trying to say I haven’t seen since October when but won’t pick up a phone and call her to make sure nope of course not as soon as you walk in your getting mean mugged by the girl at the front desk that just acts like your a waste of space but that’s ok the guy that was nice and cheerful and welcoming they let go of they can’t keep any workers
This clinic went down hill I’ve been here for 8 years and as soon as the new company took over the company went to trash I have passed EVERY drug test I haven’t missed any days since the started charging even if you… don’t go btw I go there once a week and every week I get stuck I walk in and every week it’s the same thing you need to do paperwork every week for the past 3 weeks in a row I sat there for over a hour each week I’m promised it won’t keep happening and each week it has I’ve reached out to EVERYONE in the building trying to find out why is it my fault that the staff didn’t do what they are paid to do it shouldn’t be my problem but each week I’m stuck for a hour then they don’t even count that as your meeting time they should mess with ppl that are still getting high not the ones who pass every test bad enough you can’t miss a day or they charge you but then to bother you every single week is just crazy then wonder why your upset I don’t know maybe bc people do have jobs ppl aren’t lucky to enough to work 3 hours a day some of us do live check to check if you want your money and don’t want us to miss any days maybe let me go to work? And idk what giving me the number to the clinic is going to do like I said 8 years I’ve been here never had a issue till your company took over and every week me and my gf are in your office and every week it’s the same thing your staff didn’t do the job they should so I’m being punished how is calling you going to help me when standing infront of you don’t even help?! I have the clinics number u just called me today at 1 to tell me AGAGIN I HAVE MORE PAPERWORK TO DO BC the staff didn’t do the job they are paid for every comment is the same just you giving your number and not really fixing or caring about anyone but the payment they go the nurses and ashley are great tho you can definitely tell who cares and who can caresless
We dont have one!! So were CLEAR all of these remarks are about MedMark/BayMark the company that owns this clinic. This USED to be the best clinic in the city, no in all of north Fl. NOW This has turned into THE WORST… CLINIC IN THE CITY If you dont care about people DONT DO THIS TYPE OF JOB!!!! The clinic only does what corporate MAKES THEM DO. corporate dont you make enough already?? Pay attention to when reviews are left. You're not gonna find good ones from the last 2 months because MedMark is a bunch of thieves! If you miss a day they still charge you as if you went & got your medication. Don't get admitted to the hospital cause Medmark will still charge you and run a bill up on you as if you were there and got your meds. Then of course the hospital also charges you for the medication. They're charging 4 medicine you don't even get. They close all the time usually about 3 days a week which means you gotta come up with money for take homes for sometimes 3 days at a time. How is it our problem you cant staff your clinic accordingly? Its not yet you found a way to make it our problem and a BIG ONE! They don't have staff to stay open 7 days a week, if they did then 15 a day wouldn't be a problem but because THEY CANT WE HAVE TO SUFFER threw not dosing if we can't come up with 3 days worth of money at once. and they're gonna charge you for it anyway!!! They gave us NO NOTICE that charging was gonna be stopped today. Not a call a text an email nothing. And since they bill us even we dont get our meds some of us had to charge a day MAYBE 2 and pay it when we get paid. They stopped it with no warning no notice so that people could prepare and Well corporate you makes millions you clearly profit quite beautifuly off of people who have to have this medication to live but you go so much lower than that by charging us even if we arent able to make it that day. NOBODY WANTS TO MISS!!! If we miss is because there is no other choice. Then they charge you anyway and without giving you the medication they just charged you for!!! They literally punish us by with holding our meds if we're short due to having to come up with 3days worth of dosing at 1 time. Then they turn around and bill you if you can't afford to go!!! That doesnt even make since!! This place has gone straight to hell with these new policies MedMark has forced on our clinic and it's only getting worse. They think it's fine to play with people's lives and health. Some of us work everyday and have bills and kids and can't come up with 3days of dose money all at once. They do not care at all. Mary was the best thing that ever happened to this place and they fired her for caring too much. If it wasn't for Camilla being the BEST counselor in the world, 1 of the best people i have ever known in general whom i trust with any and everything i would have left and may have to now that MedMark is literally stealing from us. How is it legal to charge people for medication your with holding??? Not 1 person here agreed to pay for treatment, NOR WILL WE!!we agreed to pay for the medicine. If we were paying for treatment everyone would pay the same amount but liquid pays a different amount than diskette people, and suboxone people cuz we are paying for the medication. WHY WOULD WE EVER AGREE TO PAY FOR TREATMENT INSTEAD OF THE MEDICATION??? NO CLINIC IN THIS STATE DOES THAT!! Were not as stupid as MedMark wants us to be. No way that's legal charging for medication that was never given, It can't be. this is disgusting. Drug dealers are more reputable then Medmark. I've gone here a long time this is the only time ive ever felt like i dont matter like my feelings arent valid i literally feel exploited and it takes a special kind of evil to exploit and make things harder on a person struggling to recover from a disease that can and will kill me Medmark is really making it to where its not worth it anymore they're adding to stress & our financial hardships!! Medmarks actions make it obvious that they don't care about people they only care about making as much money as possible!
I was thinking about switching to this clinic I'm SO GLAD I READ THE COMMENTS FIRST!!! ALL I used to hear about was how great of a place this was & How great the director was Im glad i found out that MedMark is ruining… everything that was good about it. I CAN NOT BELIEVETHESE PEOPLE CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU MISS A DAY!!!! wow!! Yeah im good at my clinic at least they dont charge you for medication you DONT GET... that IS THEFT!!.And no charging they are the only clinic in this city that does that especially since i guess they close sporadically due 2 staffing shortages so you have come up with the money to cover multiple days due to no fault of our own.....because their under staffed..... and you can never charge!! NO THANK YOU!!! ALL ABOUT MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE I SEE. NO WAY. IM GONNA STAY AT MY CLINIC!! Thanks for the honest reviews guys yall kept me from making a huge mistake!
Everyone here is caring and considerate. The director, doctor, nurses, and counselors are all excellent and treat every patient fairly and kindly. Thank you for helping me, and positively impacting all the lives you… touch.
This place is amazing. The staff is so caring and really want you to be successful in your treatment. For the first time in my life I actually feel good and I’m able to be a family man again. Thank you so much for the… help
An incredible staff from Mary (GM or Site Director), to several of the counselors, and medical staff overall. Most importantly multiple different treatment options/medication, that can truly not only stabilize, but… change your life completely! I wish you the very best in your journey.
Have only been here a few weeks and have never been to another clinic so I have no basis of comparison but I see no real flaws with this office. Everyone treated me like an equal, which is difficult to find in this… industry. The entire staff from doctor to nurse to counselor was kind, funny, and caring. There was no cold judgment or irritation. The intake was efficient and I’ve never had to wait in line in the morning, I’ve always been the only one here (though I bc one around 9.) The insurance they take is limited, they take very few companies, which makes it pretty expensive ($200 upfront for subs; $15 a day for methadone.) Other than that, highly recommend.
I've been to a couple different clinics Unfortunately but this is the best one by far. The staff and the nurses are all there help you overcome your addictions. Anything they’re legally able to do for you they so,… weather its dosing you when they know you were a couple mins late or doing everything they can to make sure you dose even if you've already charged the day before. You can feel the warmt, kindness and love when you step inside. Theres no other clinic like it in Jacksonville. I feel blessed to have this program so close to home that actually cares about my recovery. Thank you Miss Mary, Ms. Venetta, and all the nurses.
Been coming to this clinic for a little while now. From Mary, to the counselors and nurses, they are all very nice people and are very helpful!
This is the best place by far! The staff is so caring and you can tell they truly really do care, which I feel like some other places don't really care at all. This place is a blessing 🙏 I recommend it 10000%
Love medmark saved my life and my women.
I love the people here the compassion is beyond measure.. i just cant afford the 15 a day anymore hope they take insurance soon
Very nice place. Friendly staff. Small so there's not a long wait. The longest I've ever been in line is 10 min most of the time u just walk in and go straight to the window with no wait. Very nice place😍💗💯
A wonderful place to get treatment and has great people. It’s a small clinic so there isn’t any long wait time to pick up your medicine.
I'm a patient here, the service is fast friendly and treat everyone respectfully.
