The providers are… knowledgeable, compassionate, and explain treatments clearly, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Karrar, the practice manager, was very helpful and offered me and my partner resources that my last PCP didn’t offer. The clinic is clean, organized, and appointments are handled efficiently with minimal wait times. I went to the clinic before they were open Karrar got me in and out less than 30minutes. If you need quick help visit this clinic.

Very bad place. They gave me an appointment, but when I arrived the doctor wasn't there. They made me come for nothing, so I ended up canceling and going to a different place.

This place is extremely poor in terms of service. The receptionist gave incorrect information about payments and appointments, and at the last minute they tried to cancel my appointment even though I was already there.… Dr. Carmen just wanted to finish the consultation as quickly as possible, showing little concern for the patient and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. In conclusion, if you have the option of going to another health center, do so. This place does not represent what anyone deserves, regardless of anything else, which is dignified care and treatment.

I’ve been coming to ValueCare clinic for almost a year now for my mental health & I love It. My doctor Ann, is great. Karrar, the practice manager, always makes sure my appointments are properly scheduled & my… experience is great. I highly recommend this doctors office for your mental health needs.

Excellent care at this cozy Park Street office. Jasmine very helpful at front desk and clinician very thorough and responsive to any questions. Neighborhood setting is precious with very helpful and friendly Citizens… Pharmacy next door.

Place outside run down no one up front at desk long wait times this place must be for the poor

This place is full of crap! I was put on the list for weight loss medicine ( Ozempic)I payed 200 my first month,& 175 my second month and I got no results.This place is using watered down ( Ozempic) or some generic… brand.After doing my research the first week I was given 1 shot in my stomach the second month my dose increased and I was given two shots at a time still with no results.This is what made me know that they are using something other than what they were supposed to give me .Don't give these people any of your money,you will be bamboozled and horswaggled out of your hard earned fund

Karrar, was great! So was Dr C.! First time meeting Karrar. He is very knowledgeable. Today I was at the Arlington location. I have been having trouble, getting some of my medicine. Karrar stated that he would handle it… for me, and I would have my medication Thursday. Dr. C. always has a smile and is very friendly. He is also concerned about your well being.

The staff is friendly and professional. I am always able to get in when I need to be seen without waiting weeks for an appointment. The doctor listened to and addressed all of my health concerns. 10/10 would recommend.

I schedule a 1st time visit with this clinic and the people there was so warm. Starting with the Medical Professional at the desk Jerica. Very sweet young lady and professional. You can talk to her about anything . Then… on to the DR. The man with anything you need help with, he was very knowledgeable and kind. This is a welcoming clinic and I’m looking to make this clinic my permanent primary care . Sometimes the more smaller and private clinics is the best..

Great experience so far, 2025 new patient . As a woman you have to have an annual yearly plan for bloodwork, mammogram, pap smear etc. This office was so easy as I am going through each referral. Highly recommend this… office. You can call or text the number for a call back.

This place is so disorganized and dirty . Drs won't follow through , billing will never answer the phone, make you sign papers and lock you into using there attached rinky dink pharmacy it's just a really bad experience… and I'm hoping the health dept and the MMA WILL CONTINUE, as they have said, to monitor the Drs progress notes etc as they truly are incompetent and it's alllll about the $, not you.. the patient. Most 5 stars reviews are from staff/employees and paid Google reviewers. In response to owners response.... no. I have the exact right place ...why are you trying to locate me as your patient because of a factual negative review? I make sure I can not be located as per googles agreement so you could not retaliate against me .. you are very negligent in your practice , disorganization proves that and are not there for your patients to take proper care of them. I am out of your practice and I hope others heed the ⚠️.

Excellent service at the Riverside location. The staff is professional and friendly.. Nurse Practioner, Sonya Remy listens and is very thorough. I trust her to make the correct diagnosis.
