Catholic Charities of – Owosso Detox and Rehab Services
What Catholic Charities of – Owosso offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

I only donate here because they dont profit from donations. I refuse to donate to goodwill i worked tĥere didnt like how they worked. If you donate places i believe the stuff should be free to people whoe are in need. I… do same thing i take formal dress donations and give them to girls for prom and homecoming. I believe catholic charities is doing it right.
Worst place ever.
Online it says they’re open, but they don’t tell you when they’re gonna be closed for holidays unless you physically drive all the way up here. Allowing people to waste time and gas.
My service dog was discriminated against. I will not be back here ever again.
I've used the counseling services here before. This visit was for clothes for a job interview. Very kind people and a giving tree full of free winter hats. No religious affiliation required.
Always have food personal items tons of clothes and what not for your house and always putting more out very helpful!
Nice friendly help I adore the front desk lady she's fun
Went there today with a friend we didn't relieze they weren't doing food pantry and some one who works there yelled at us I'm in full panic attack mode she could of handled it better
Those guys are just amazing
Great place to go when I needed clothes for myself for work. These ladies are great, and a true blessing in hard times
What this facility does is amazing! Helen is wonderful and helps so many homeless families! Its amazing what they do!
After cmh told me that there is a wait list, they referred my child to catholic charities. It took catholic charities a week to call after being told it would only be a couple of days. After the first call, they never… set up an appointment, they just got our insurance information. They then called a second time, I had to give them the insurance information all over again and STILL no appointment made. It's been 3 weeks since we have tried to get help for my child. I took her to her primary care physician and we got an appointment set that same day that we were there. Mental health is not a joke and I feel like she was let down.
They are unwilling to reschedule and forcing me to go to group sessions during stay home stay safe order was put in place last night at midnight
This place isn’t charitie at all, they only look to profit on mdoc people. Another company making up reasons to charge the tax payers money for services that are not needed. Phil that works there says if you have had a… drink of any type in the past 5 yrs you need AA classes. For real !!!!! So if you have had 1 beer in 5 yrs they will say you need AA. Also if you tell them you smoke cigarettes or drink coffee on a daily bases Phil will also say you need AA. Please tell me how that makes any type of sense. That right there shows how they use any and every person to make a profit on the states dime.
Place sucks at scheduling, they treat everyone horribly and make really weird demands. Tv doesn't even work. If you want to get better look elsewhere, this place will make u worse.
I have always been treated with open arms, understanding and compassion by all the employees here! Two impaticular Karen and Kathy! I have such admiration for the facility! It's done great things for the people who need… help in the community! I only wish a doctor would be put back in the facility!
They are horrible for scheduling. I called to initially cancel an appointment and they said I would have to until a month to see the therapist and I said never mind. They did it anyways and I didn't know until I drove… over half an hour to find out it got cancelled. A few weeks later, they called and told me they had to cancel again, making me go two months without an appointment, but yet wouldn't let me see another therapist in between appointments because they claimed it was their policy. I'm sorry, you do not do that to people. Some people could have serious problems and need help ASAP. Two months later, the therapist acted two faced about it and said he would make sure it didn't happen again when we was the idiot who cancelled the second time. Plus he denied me the right to see the psychiatrist saying I didn't need medication which I did. Steer clear of this place all they like to do is screw people.
