This clinic is an excellent place to seek help if you’re struggling with substance abuse and need mental health support. During my visit, I had the privilege of meeting a counselor named Rebecca. Rebecca genuinely cares… for all her patients and treats them with utmost kindness and compassion. Without her patient listening and offering valuable advice, I might still be using drugs today. The entire treatment staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. If you’re in need of assistance today, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

I called for HR 3 times and the receptionist hung up on me 3 times- time to find a new receptionist!!!!!!!

I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares… about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person

I've been a client here for going on 17yrs. What has finally prompted me to leave a review, was my amazing counselor, Mr. RahJohn Rouse! No other counselor has gone for bat for me the way he has. He is easy to talk to… and you can tell he genuinely cares for his clients! Best counselor there! :) a long with his brother who works in the front!! Very kind people and they both make me smile every morning! P.s. PLEASEEEEE BRING BACK MS. FAY!!!! She was, hands down, the best nurse! EDIT: My initial comment about my counselor stands. However, go-to another clinic if you are able. This is a facility that gives those who have frequent dirty urines and are in GROUP an incentive of SIX TAKE HOME BOTTLES if they provide ONE clean urine. But, me, someone who has provided clean urines for over two yrs now (even longer than that, but I had to obtain my med marijuana card) is only entitled to five take home bottles? This makes absolutely zero since. But thanks to their incompetence, I'm finally almost done with this place. Down to 17mgs as of yesterday and I will NEVER LOOK BACK. STAY AWAY.

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing,… admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... So if, like myself, your issues got issues, come to Lennard, open up to one of their awesome counselors,(like Ms. Smith and/or Rajahn) find yourself, and reach for the stars🌠...

Ms Smith is a great counselor she is a good listener and is extremely helpful

I have had Mr. Ra-John Rouse (Spelling?) as my counselor for a long time now and I am very happy with his work ethic, and his compassion for his clients is unmatched. I couldn't ask for a better counselor. He has taken… time out of his day EVERY TIME I have had any kind of issue to make sure it is resolved and he is a much appreciated part of my recovery.*****EDIT*****THEY WONT LET ME REVUE A PLACE MORE THAN ONCE FOR SOME REASON.BUT-I FORGOT A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON, WHO REALLY MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE, SAADIQ (spelling??again) ROUSE...I would say Mr. Rouse, but I don't want confusion due to the same last name as Ra-John Rouse. Saadiq has always been helpful, very efficient, and just a relief that there is a good person, who does not judge you, he will make you smile, and I feel comfortable with him. It's VERY difficult to find ANY level of comfortability in a clinical/ public setting at all (I have VERY bad anxiety)So, I just wanted anyone who is thinking of starting their road to recovery with Lennard, it would be one of the best decisions of your life. Saadiq is, as I previously said, one of the first ppl we see and he is always just a pleasure to be around.

Sadiq rouse, Mr, Sadiq is very good with all the clients here at Lernnard's clinic here in Elizabeth, he's very respectful and tries to help everyone who comes to that window needing his help

I've been a client at this methadone clinic since 2015 and have had numerous counselors but none have shown me the same respect, compassion and understanding as Ms. Smith. For example, when I told her that the a place… she referred me to hadn't responded, she immediately picked up her phone 😳 She took action when another counselor would've probably said just keep calling/leave message. But not Ms. Smith, she's great 👍💯 she gets the 5 ⭐✨ the clinic gets 3. Now this review is for our favorite Mr Sadiq Rouse who always has a ready smile and remembers pur names and #'s which makes it easier. He's funny and is quick with advice/info if needed. He definitely makes this place better.
