Wholeview Wellness LLC – New York Detox and Rehab Services
What Wholeview Wellness LLC – New York offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Wholeview Wellness LLC – New York Address, Location and Contact Information
369 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York, 10017 is the address held. This address falls in New York County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Would not recommend for addiction medication..takes about 2.5 - 3 weeks from setting up intake date to getting a prescription...you have 2 intakes that are spaced a week apart and the second one is less then 10 min to… ask mental health questions that could have been done in the first intake. Then you are scheduled a psychiatric appointment. A week later then a provider... For someone coming out of rehab with only a week bridge script...I wouldn't recommend..
This is a great place for therapy if you don't really need therapy, and therefore it doesn't matter if the care you receive is totally substandard. I remember when I tried their "Grief Group" - a woman in the group said… she was there to deal with the loss of her JOB. No, I'm not kidding. Look, I understand that suffering and loss are relative things. But when you join a Grief Group, I think you have a right to expect that other members will be going through similar experiences. Meaning, the death of a loved one. Not the loss of a job. What's next? "Oh, I lost an earring yesterday! Joining the Grief Group to help get through this difficult time." There should be standards for what constitutes grief/loss, or else group members cannot relate to one another, and the experiences of those trying to navigate death are trivialized. People like her might do OK with this place. But if you're dealing with anything heavy, and especially if you require meds, Wholeview is worse than useless: they're dangerous. They can't help with trauma, and they have no clue what to do about psychiatric issues, especially not complex, "dual diagnosis" issues. Your therapist will constantly cancel appts, and you will get a new one approximately every 6 months. There is no continuity of care. You just get passed around to different therapists. You will get real sick and tired of explaining your entire life story to a new therapist every 6 months or so. And to be clear, these are just licensed clinical therapists. Despite what another reviewer said, I never saw an actual psychologist. Neither in individual therapy, nor leading groups. And if you need meds, you will not get to see a psychiatrist. Not once, not ever. You'll be treated solely by an angry, impatient, apathetic nurse who I'll call..."Mameron." They will lie to you and tell you "Mameron" is a doctor. He's not. He's a nurse. A nurse who does nothing to help for months when new medication sends you spiraling into a mental health crisis. He just can't be bothered. Did you know that if a patient takes Suboxone, you're required by law to speak to them for at least 15 minutes before refilling it? Because "Mameron" doesn't know that, or perhaps he simply doesn't care. Our appts were usually about 5 - 7 minutes long. Never longer than 10 minutes at most. He broke the law every single month. He actually mismanaged my meds so badly that I ended up hospitalized. While I was in the hospital, Wholeview dropped me as their patient without my informed consent (I was under sedation and did not understand what I was agreeing to), leaving me with no mental healthcare at all. I begged to be taken back as their patient. In return, I got a form letter stating that I had been officially discharged as their patient. I'm sorry, but it's evil - just evil - to refuse to adequately manage somebody's meds, and then dump them as your patient when you realize how badly you screwed up. It's especially cruel when the patient begs you (literally BEGS you) to keep treating them, because without you, they have nothing. Again, if your worst problem in life is that you got laid off, this place might be OK. But if you have any real issues, and especially if you require medication management, this place is dangerous. I'd make a formal complaint to the Board of Medicine if I thought it'd do any good. At first I couldn't believe all the 5-star reviews. I even wondered if I had stumbled upon the Maps page for the wrong Wholeview, as reviews describe "my first time coming in" and how they are located in NYC, when in fact, 1) everything is done entirely over Zoom, and 2) all of my therapists (and again, that's THERAPISTS, not psychologists) said they were in Boston. However, the phone number is the same. Drawing inference from other reviewers, I've concluded that I must have been using Wholeview Direct, which I guess is a different branch of Wholeview that is based in Boston and conducted entirely over Zoom. Not sure how or why they're different, or why the care offered by Wholeview Direct is so thoroughly substandard.

I can’t thank everyone at Wholeview enough. In just a short time working with them, I’ve been able to straighten out so many areas of my life. This past weekend, I achieved new heights in my professional… career—something I can confidently say wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Thomas Quinn and Cameron Gittens. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! If you’re even considering the services at Wholeview, please, please, please reach out to them. The difference they’ve made in my life has been nothing short of monumental. I’m a better person because of their guidance. You guys are the best—thank you, thank you, thank you!
Dr Cameron is amazing
Caring and compassionate therapists, I am very grateful to both Jacquelyn and Alexa in particular!
Wholeview has a wonderful team of therapists and excellent evidence based innovative group therapy programs . They also work with clients to make these financially accessible. Overall wonderful!
I have a loved one that has benefited greatly from Wholeview. The team is top notch and the groups they offer have lead to a significant improvement in the lives of those who participate.
The care at Wholeview is second to none. I've been to several service providers like Wholview in NYC, and Wholeview is hands down the best. The clinicians are caring and compassionate. Drs. Ashley Hall, Hima Reddy and… Isiah Sypher are all amazing and address each individual based on their unique needs. I have never felt like just "another patient" at Wholeview. For me, groups at Wholeview are the best experiences I've ever had. Also - the administration of the organization is effective, and efficient - billing is always accurate. My invoices are sent on time so that I can file with my insurance company right away. I can't recommend Wholeview enough.
The best outpatient program in NYC. Sarah Church is the Director. She does a class called Mentalization. It's by far the best group to share and reinforce your feelings about what other people may think of you, what you… want to tell them and explore feelings about what your family is thinking. It is the best group to calm you down in the early stages and tell people what you want and what you don't have to share. It helps you understand if they are thinking the way you intend them to and be open and patient and kind with them. They may be thinking something completely different than you think they are which is an exceptional tool and strategy to reduce drama with friends and family in the early stages of treatment. It's great open forum for others in your situation to help you change the way you think. Thanks! Jennifer
I saw Sarah Church to for anxiety and panic disorder. Through CBT, I was given tools to cope and empower myself through months of severe, persistent anxiety. She helped me understand the relationship between anxiety,… unhelpful thinking styles, and over- breathing. The cognitive work that was done in our sessions uncovered the source of the anxiety and gave me the ability to process and heal from the root. I am in a MUCH better place after seeing her. Sarah is relatable, compassionate and truly cares for her patients. I will always be grateful for the time I worked with her. I strongly recommend her to anyone who struggles with depression or anxiety/panic.
I had the gift of working with Sarah Church for a year. She is super bright, caring and excellent at her craft. She helped me on so many levels. I was able to get to a place within that year to move on, as she had given… me the tools I needed to deal with my life. Michele Rice
From the moment I entered Wholeview’s beautiful office I felt welcomed and comfortable. Before going online, I looked forward to seeing Roger before my session. He is very sweet, friendly, helpful and has the most… calming presence. I attend one-on-one therapy with Dr. Church and a weekly DBT group with Dr. Barris. Dr. Church is open, kind, and very knowledgeable. After a short while, it will be hard to miss the research-based approach of this incredibly professional and compassionate team. After a year and a half of weekly sessions my life has changed for the better. I have learned where my anxiety around strangers, depressive moods, difficulties with romantic relationships, and occasional over drinking comes from. With that knowledge, as well as the validation and skills I have learned from Dr. Church and Dr. Barris, I’m living a much more peaceful inner life. Now, whenever I feel difficult emotions I can step back, understand them and deal with them in a healthy way instead of seeking distraction with bad habits. I feel very lucky I found and continue working with Wholeview.
Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have found Dr. Colley, as it was at a time when I most needed someone to come into my life and help show me the way forward when I couldn’t see it myself. There is so much I… could say about Amy and how she’s helped me, but the thing that stands out most is just how much she genuinely cares about her patients well-being. That might sound obvious, but it’s not, as most professionals simply care and put in work while they’re on the clock, but Amy went so far above and beyond that it left me in awe on so many occasions. Even though we’re no longer working together, she still checks in on me, both directly and indirectly (via my doctor). While we were working together, she would often text me to make sure I was up and getting my day started. When she recommended I find an ADHD coach, I was not motivated to do so, even though I knew it would benefit me. A couple of weeks later when I told her I hadn’t pursued it, she told me that she found one that is highly recommended and actually called the woman to recommend me as a patient to her. It has worked out incredibly well and I’m just so very thankful for Amy. If you are going through a tough time and don’t know where to turn, I can say without a doubt that going to Wholeview will help get you on track. It might not happen right away, but if you continue to show up, things will turn around for you, just like it did for me.
As a parent of a son participating in the program at Whole view, words cannot express my appreciation and sincere gratitude I have for this facility. My son Jake began attending their IOP program this summer after many… difficult years of living with a substance-abuse problem and nearly dying last year from his addiction. Wholeview provided my son with the environment he terribly needed, including an amazing support system made up of a professional staff of MDs, who are experts in the care and guidance of individuals with addiction problems. It was at Wholeview, where my son was able to share his experiences and gain acceptance of his problems. Roger, Director of Operations/Business Development, always made Jake feel comfortable, safe and secure, as did Dr. Church in small group settings, whom Jake spoke of often with the highest regard. If you, as a parent or significant individual have questions, Roger is kind and caring, and always responds promptly to telephone calls and emails. He has always read and returned my emails expeditiously with positive and supportive, comforting suggestions, updates and always presenting realistic goals for my son. We have surely found the right treatment center as Jake is preparing to transition, interviewing for jobs and optimistic about his future with a clear mind that is free of drugs. Thank you all at Wholeview for your exceptional psychological and social support. Because of you, Jake has truly been been given a second chance and new opportunities for his future survival. All of this can be directly attributed to the wonderful efforts and great work at Wholeview. Tina
Wholeview Wellness has transformed--and possibly saved--my life. I began attending all of their intensive outpatient (IOP) groups in December and continued until I began my dream job as a science journalist in July. Now… I attend their evening groups. I would not have been able to get back to the place where I am able to excel in my career without Wholeview. As someone who works in science and peer review, and as someone who has struggled with a severe and life-threatening addiction, I needed something that worked. I'm so glad that all of the methods here are evidence-based. I could be called a treatment veteran, and hands-down this is the most helpful and effective help/support/treatment I've ever received. All of the groups are incredibly goal-oriented, practical, and applicable. I learn something new every day, and I can apply what I've learned right away. I felt great being able to see my own progress. All of the staff here is just wonderful, from Roger, the head of outreach who makes everyone smile, to all of the experienced doctoral psychologists. I'm grateful to Dr. Church, Dr. Smith, Dr. Colley, and Dr. Genece for all of their help, kindness, and talent. I also find that the other clients here are very smart and motivated, so the peer support is invaluable. The psychologists here are hands-down the best you will ever find. Like many, relapse has been a part of my recovery. The therapists at Wholeview helped me to see these as "slips" that didn't need to turn into full relapses, and help me to learn from the experiences new ways to cope and how to prevent this from happening again in the future. They were also compassionate and nonjudgmental, so I felt comfortable being honest, instead of ashamed as I have been in other treatment settings. As a result, I learned so much from these experiences. I had several of these slips in the beginning, but they helped me to get back on my feet, and I have been completely sober/abstinent for nearly 7 months now--and happier than I can ever remember! My depression has completely lifted. The office is a beautiful, comfortable place. And the coffee and sparkling water are just delicious! Thank you, Wholeview Wellness, for creating this incredible program that has made my life so much better! I can hardly recognize the person who first came here to where I am today. I couldn't have come this far without you.
Knowing that your child feels comfortable going to therapy in this place is the greatest bust to the parents, when they deal with child’s addiction. Therapists and the receptionist in wholeview always were going extra… miles and helped us in the most difficult situation. I know that my child got the best possible help, and that collaborated work of the therapists with parents and the child brought to the most positive outcome. I’m very greatfull to Dr Church, Dr Smith and Roger, and would certainly recommend wholeview wellness therapy group to all who is reaching for the help in fighting addiction!
This place has helped me. The clinicians are caring and knowledgeable, the staff friendly and unfailingly professional, and the group at any given time serves as a community.
I would definitely recommend Wholeview for anyone dealing with addiction; the staff is extremely experienced, they genuinely care about their clients and help you discover the direction you actually want to take your… life in. I felt very comfortable going to therapy and speaking about my issues there, and that was something I was really worried would be an issue when I originally sought treatment. I hope others dealing with similar issues will take advantage of the services offered because this facility really represents state of the art addiction treatment, and I sincerely cannot thank them enough for their help.
Elevate 360 offers a calm, tranquil office environment. More specifically, Dr. Church is a wonderful, warm and empathic professional. I was at ease quickly and comfortable to open up in our very first session.… Inarguably I was suffering through a critical life crisis when our relationship began. Had it not been for Dr Church’s kindness and professional expertise, I am positive I would not have landed past the experience nearly as smoothly - if at all. Her attentiveness to my (what must be) inane droning and her ability to re-focus me to a constructive discussion is incredible. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Church.
