Maxwell House RRi – Oneida Detox and Rehab Services
Maxwell House RRi – Oneida is listed as running residential treatment. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Maxwell House RRi – Oneida Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 239 Broad Street in Oneida, New York, 13421. This address falls in Madison County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

There are never flowers at the house and we were always hungry because of Nicole not caring.
My son was in Maxwell house for a number af years with no problems. His councelor got a promotion and he got a new councelor. My so was in. Fire and the doctor said it could cause brain damage in the future. He started… having night terrors The phyce doctor gave him more medication on top of what he was taking. Shortly after he got in an accident and hurt his head badly. He had a concussion and the councelor pressed him for the medical report which she could have had the hospital send her. He took a benzo once for the pain they threw him out in less then 24 hours. We had set up a place for him to go but sent him to one of the worst facilities in the area. She said her supervisor would kill her if she didn t get rid of him. Word has it they kicked some kid out knowing he had no place to go and was found 2 days later
They kicked me out after about two months for an argument with another client that got alittle over escalated no physical actions. I was a very polite person and cooperative other than this one incident, didn't even… have a relapse and they just gave me no second chance with nowhere to go. I don't know how this place is now but I imagine it hasn't changed much since then.
Stayed there for over a year. It’s a safe environment to get back on your feet. If you go into the program willing to do the work and not expect the counselors to hold your hands and do everything for you. And not use… it as a B&B and sleep all day ( only adding that as it can be somewhat annoying seeing other clients sleep all day). It gives you the freedom to come and go and also to be responsible for your own progress. The staff is there 24/7 and will listen to your issues and do everything Liberty will let them do, which ties their hands a lot with what they consider “protocol”. The only downfall is a staff member going out of his way to find every infraction he can to get a few guys kicked out (rules that 99% of the staff bend to make stay there more bearable). Mainly because he has no actual job there and spends his days lurking around being miserable. The facility is cleaned by the clients, shopping is done by the clients and food stamps are all collected and used as a community pot for the groceries. If it was not for the staff and facility i would have not made it to my one year sober for the first time in 3 years.
