Farnham Family Services – Fulton Detox and Rehab Services

Farnham Family Services – Fulton carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Farnham Family Services – Fulton Address, Location and Contact Information

You will find this provider at 4 Towers Drive, Fulton, New York, 13069. The city lies within Oswego County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Staff have helped me through many obstacles

★☆☆☆☆
Brianna Callen1 year ago

Firstly- I was lied to by whom ever I called l. She said the entire thing would take “30 min” and it took an hour and a half and after all that I was told I still needed to wait however long for a counselor that was in… a session to do a screen on me and if I left all the paperwork I already did would be invalid. The entire reason I called about length of process is because I had a dentist appt at 10am I have been waiting 3 months for because of painful dentist issues and had to miss it so now I have another appt another FOUR MONTHS out because of their unprofessionalism. Secondly the receptionist in Fulton was very rude and impersonal from the second I I came in the door. Like yeah everyone who comes through here is addicted but i believe that we deserve decent kindness or SOMETHING instead of rude reactivity from the start. I usually never have an issue with anyone anywhere but she was so short and dismissive with me and another man who came in while I was there. Thirdly however both the man who did my screen as well as the woman on the phone who did my assessment were very kind and explained the process much better than the lady at the front desk. She could hardly explain the forms I was supposed to sign and what they were for. Idk just it felt like bias towards addicts or something like she got the job at indeed and didn’t understand it.

I have been trying to switch for another clinic to this one for some time. Most peopple I talk too are varry helpful over the phone but boy did that change when I went in ,I had to sign some release witch is standard… stuff but the lady who was going to do the intake was standing by the receptionist the whole time ,huffing and complaining about what was going on then tells the receptionist that I would have to reschedule bc 45 mins isn't enough time to start the process and "if I want medication then this is what I'm going to do" really I am I not human , is it that hard to be decent .then I Called the next day to try and reschedule and no one answers if you have Cort order bissniess and need a place try it ,but if you are mat and just need to transfer good luck

Most empathetic, caring place in Oswego county. If you're serious about getting sober they will help make it happen.

I liked that groups and the meditation it seemed to help when I was stressed some of the counselor's we're great but there are a few that I didn't like. The ladies at the front I didn't care for either..... But I also… think that when your struggling not every answer from them should be go to rehab... They need to teach more coping skills for at home. But over all not that bad of a place.
