My team at Lima has always done a great job. I’ve been seen here for 5 years. Dr. Kirwan and her team have always responded fast to my messages. My needs have always been met.

Team 4 has provided nothing short of excellence. Thanks to all the team members and everyone else within the Lima Clinic.

Went here to set up Primary Care! These ladies are nothing short of awesome! No doubt my husband and I are in great hands! Thank you all sooooo much!

I would rate this as a 0. My grandfather has has been in and out of the hospital for years now with extreme health issues. because of a doctor that works there randomly keeps changing his medications when it doesn’t… have to be changed. He is literally killing his clients. I am not a doctor. I do not know anything about medication, but I do have a lot of people telling me that this doctor is wrong to do these things. I would never trust anyone at this place with any of my loved ones ever again. My grandfather has came to death too many times because of this doctor.

My experience is they will tell you that you need to get off medications and then prescribe you twice as many of a different type, you tell them you work 50-60 hours a week and they will say there not a specialist like… you need and make you five other appointments with five different doctors. The Nurse practitioner can’t even remember everything she told you so when asked to write it down because of everThing she has said she will get confused herself. The biggest thing she called me a lier and when you prove your not she won’t even apologize! Horrible place!

I haven’t had any major issues with them. Only problem is they rush you. But I think that’s just maybe a cultural thing (I’m from down south) the further north you go the more in a hurry everyone seems

Ive never been here, but on the 2 occasions i called no one was any help. Snide people. Instead of driving 40mins to this location ill happily drive the 2hrs to the Dayton VA. I intend to never set foot in this building

In past 2 years I have not had good experience or care from this clinic except for labs and diabetic pharmacy Dr. Can't call clinic anymore, transfered to triage in Dayton to determine if they think you can speak with… your doctor or not.

My husband‘s primary care doctor, Dr Kifetew, and the staff at the Lima VA are awesome. They take great care of my husband. They are sensitive to his changing conditions and always show an appropriate level of… concern/care. We are very happy with and recommend the Lima VA and Dayton VA.

Absolutely useless don't even answer the phone Dayton VA answers. Been there two days in a row with absolutely no help they keep asking me questions and calling me yet the information is in my chart do you jobs people… or move on in another career field this CBOC (community based out patient clinic) is not for the community at all should be shut down. I will never step foot in here again I will drive an hour and a half to Dayton if need be from now on.

Could not for the life of me get ahold of anyone VIA phone, I called and pressed 0, waited on hold for 30 minutes; I called back, pressed 3 for enrollment services, got forwarded to Dayton, who forwarded me back to a… dead number; called again pressed 2 for appointment services, waited on hold for 30 minutes. I just need to register and have not been able to.
