All of the employees make you feel welcome! The ladies at the front desk are super kind and always willing to help you with whatever you need!! Friendly and caring, a great atmosphere!!!

Great place to go, going 3 times a week no matter what happens is a blessing. Corey good counselor even tho he can be flag happy. Lol this place saving my life. End of story. CMS doing there thing saving lives. I… genuinely thank you

I enjoy coming here. Get my medicine and dose. It definitely helps and helped keep me away from continuing to make the wrong choice. So yeah I definitely enjoy going here. Definitely saved my life.

Most amazing staff ever the nurses are above and beyond

This place saved my life. The people who work here also make everything easy to do, are beyond nice and polite, and it's a place without judgement that greets you with open arms. I owe a lot of my sobriety to this place… and the people who work here that make everything possible.

Nurses are awesome and I've been lucky and have kept the same councilor for the year and half I've been here. But my wife is on councilor #6. And Ronda Laidlaw is absolutely a horrible lady. I will be contacting the… ombudsman about the last incident with her. They refuse to follow court orders and medical releases I've signed. Just sucks only methadone clinic within 60 miles of me or id switch. I will say the program it's self is great it saved my life.

NURSES ARE GREAT. COUNSELORS ARE 50/50. WHEN I HAVE ONE ANYWAY. DEPENDS WHO YOU GET. I THINK I'VE HAD 5 DIFFERENT COUSELORS IN 3.5 YEARS. BEST ONE YET HAS BEEN EMMA! LITTLE CRAZY ON SONE OF THE RULES AND HOW EASILY THEY… TAKE BACK YOUR TAKE HOMES FOR THINGS ARE ARE OUT OF YOUR CONTROL, BUT OVERALL IS A NICE PLACE TO COME AND GET THE HELP YOU NEED THAT YOU WORKED FOR. SHOUT OUT TO THE NURSES THAT PUT UP WITH CRAP EVERYDAY FROM PEOPLE AND STILL COME BACK WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES! MARGIE AND ANNA YOU LADIES ARE AWESOME! THANK YOU!

They are Attentive to people’s needs and work hard. Especially Shay my counselor Latasha and Rhonda.

I love this place! I would stay here forever. Especially my counselor Abby. She has gone above and beyond to help in with everything I have needed. She has a wonderful knowledge of resources to help. She is always there… if I call. The nurses are great and always smiling. Thank you so much to Cindy for not holding a grudge on me when I was sick and blaming everyone but myself. Thank you all for your help! Please everyone consider this place. They really will help.

were do i start the nurses are friendly but ABBY is not all she is worried about is here husband or boyfriend i dont know what he is to her but every time my husband went there thats all she wanted talk about is him and… not how the program was helping my husband and when my husband need a ride she told Colemans to never give him a ride and was really rude we live out of town and need help. DR. POLITE is a wonderfull doctor if ABBY was not there my husband would still be there so if you need help find somewhere she is not working and go there.

This program prolly saved my life. Nothing else has worked for me.!

Had a great experience with the staff and doctor was very quick as well I hope to come back to the Lima area soon. Individual treatment was an A++😊

Their always having problems. Their literally worthless don’t waste your time here.

They dosed me out because I was in the hospital and my discharge papers said I had an irregular heartbeat. That problem was resolved. But they still died me out in one week. I've been on methadone and clean for 10… years. My insurance made me go to a closer clinic. The counselor I had almost hit me in the head yelling at me in session. I almost committed every day before I had to go in there. I ended up in a clinic in Dayton for a second opinion but only after I relapsed and almost died. I've been clean ever since. And now have monthly take homes. I've never written a bad review but this place did me wrong. On top of all that my insurance transportation won't take me to Dayton because lima clinic told the insurance review that they would love to have me back. What!!! They denied kicking me out and said they would put me back on medicine. They didn't mention that it wouldn't be methadone they would put me in. They said it would be suboxin which I have to be in withdrawal brevity they can start me on it. Forget this place.
