Progressive Medical Specialists Inc – Pittsburgh Detox and Rehab Services

Progressive Medical Specialists Inc – Pittsburgh appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Good clinic!

Haven't had any issues since starting here. I've been to 2 other clinics besides Progressive and I'd choose it over those 2 at any time. Great staff, quiet, and a quick process every single time!

The only complaint I have is the parking situation and even that is not the worst I have seen compared to where I came from everyone is very courteous ! So far so good

i have been enrolled @ Progressive for the past 5yrs before this i was at TADISO on the N.side i have been on Methadone since August 2001, it has saved my life from the deep heroin addiction i was in even still after… surviving 3 overdoses through the Mercy of God above. Dean Martell (and i am not ashamed to put my name)

I have been to Tadiso, Summit, and Alliance. I prefer Progressive over all the rest. While I had positive experiences in all the clinics I have been in, I have found that the atmosphere at Progressive is the most… relaxed. It's not loud and noisy like Tadiso, it's doesn't seem to be super crowded, it's clean, and the Dr DEFINITELY IS ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING... INCLUDING INCREASES AND DECREASES. Everyone complains about something wherever they are, but the the truth of the matter is, you get what you put into it. It's YOUR recovery. Make it worth it. Most people who complain are the ones who don't follow the rules, continuously have dirty urines, especially benzos, or just plain ignorant. You're there to save your life. So do it. As they say in NA and AA,"it works if you work it". Good luck everyone. I hope you all get well. It feels good to get your life back. Let progressive help you. They definitely want you to succeed.

The worse clinic in Pittsburgh...all they care about is your signature to get paid..I missed 2 days brought in my medical band starting I was in the hospital..and the refused my dose which is illlegal unless you are… impaired ...which they wouldn't even give me a ua to prove them otherwise..so I was kicked out on 120mg with no taper..now when I call and try to get my medical records and everything I've signed since I been there I am refused my own medical papers, treatment planss ect. Ect.

I am looking to transfer and had a few questions because I’m trying to find the clinic best for my needs as there are 5 or 6 clinics in the area. But I definitely will not be going here. The woman who answered the phone… was beyond rude. Get a different job if you hate it so much, lady!!!

Do what your supposed to do and your ok. They have methadone here for clients. Not suboxon, or an other medicine.
