This place is great if you are on welfare but if you work, you are treated as a number. They will bleed you dry even though they are getting opioid money from the government. When you can’t pay, they throw you out.… Doesn’t pay to work. All about money!!!

Does this treatment center accept my employers insurance United Health Care? Not medicaid but private insurance? Thanks, Chris

Been going here 15+ years. Well actually in cranberry 1st, then here at NC. In all that time, I've come to realize this: they don't need us. We need them. They have ALL the leverage, we have none. That being said, I… would suggest getting down on your knees and thanking God that you have the option here in NC of Discovery House. Would u rather go back to criming, sick every other day.. Ugh. Not me. If u follow the rules, such as showing up during dosing hours,etc u will have no issues.

I love this place and have never once had an issue with any of the employees. They have all be very kind and helpful is every way. I have been going here since May 2020. This program has literally been a lifesaver.… There’s only one thing that I can say thats negative. There needs to be more options for group sessions. I have had troubles now for a few different months about not being able to either schedule a group or get to a group because of my always changing work schedule. It’s always been able to be worked out but still majorly stressful. Other than that I have zero complaints. Keep up the good work Discovery House. ❤️❤️❤️

Here is the fact, haters are going to hate Be in Phyllis shoes. She has to on everything and everyone else at the clinic!! If your complaining that she's being walked over. Haters are doing what they should. You… wouldn't be on Google saying that. I say come on miss Phyllis your doing your job. I will stand by the facts... If everyone would just grow up and do what you need to and stop using Management for the mistakes yourself!!! She has to make sure everything and everyone else is safe, and doing their job!! Just like us. If we can do our part then you wouldn't be talking trash about people who are trying to figure out her way!! She's a wonderful person and tries to help anyone she can!!! This place saved my life...

Great ppl at this place but the methadone is definitely different then before. Its not working as well, your starting to feel sick halfway threw the day. I thought it was just me at first but im hearing a bunch of other… ppl say it and ive never talked to them in my life. They need to change back to the other company who was supplying us before. Ok I wanted to come back on and let eveyone who reads this know that they changed their methadone because a lot of ppl were complaining about it. This methadone (for me) is better then the other stuff. Im not as tired, im not feeling nauseous, I dont get headaches as much, and it doesnt ware off half way threw the day for me leaving sick at night. So if that was stopping anyone before from coming and getting help (im sorry i didnt mean for my review to make anyone hesitate from coming and getting help here) they changed there methadone and it works alot better. I have NO complaints at all about this clinic. The ppl and counselors there are amazing and so helpful.

Amazing staff and a great place for treatment, ive had great counselors very helpful non judgmental. This is the only thing that has worked for me it helps me stay off drugs n helps with my chronic pain, otherwise I… would probably be dead so im very thankful for them.

If you are struggling with an opiate addiction and want real help call this place.

The nicest staff & nurses you will ever want to meet but personally my favorite nurse is Kathy lol they are very understanding they help you understand opiate addiction and yourself as well thru the addiction process… and understanding method and methodone treatment they offer counseling groups & classes . They are not judgmental the staff does not make you feel like a low life drug addict and definitely make you feel there is Hope!!!!!
