Tri County Behavioral Healthcare – Conroe Detox and Rehab Services

What Tri County Behavioral Healthcare – Conroe offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

The site is at 233 Sargent Ed Holcomb Boulevard South in Conroe, Texas, 77304. This address falls in Montgomery County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. I received the help that I need I need they were able to properly diagnose me and give me treatment for no cost due to my financial situation. If you a homeless or struggling to make ends meet but need help. I recommend… this place. I was initially scared to come due to the bad reviews but I would recommend every one to have their own experience.

I came to Tri-County Behavioral Health at 8:50 AM after being told by Jailene the previous Friday that I could come in at 8:30 AM and be seen/evaluated the same day since I was going to be slightly late to my original… 3:00 PM appointment. I was specifically told there was a 15-minute grace period, and instead of rescheduling then, I was advised to just come in for a same-day evaluation Monday 5/18. After sitting here for 2+ hours, going through check-in again, waiting for emails to be sent to higher-ups for approval because I had already been seen the previous week, and spending a long time waiting to even be called to the back, I was finally told that I was NOT actually there for an evaluation. Apparently, they were only checking me in to schedule ANOTHER appointment — something I had already done last week. I sat here for hours for no reason just to be told the next available evaluation appointment was at 1:00 PM and that the provider who “might” have availability didn’t have anything open at the moment. So I walked out still with no help. This entire experience was extremely unorganized, misleading, and inconsiderate of people’s time, especially for patients already dealing with anxiety, depression, or mental health struggles. Jailene seriously needs additional coaching on communication and setting proper expectations for patients because I would not have sat here for hours had she been honest and provided the accurate information Friday.

This facility has displayed no concerns for people with disability or mental illness. Unsure on why they are in the field to help when there isn't any help provided. The supervisor does not step in to assist urgent… matters. State needs to step in and audit because the public needs are not a concerns or greed.

If you don't have insurance, this place offers sliding income payments, so it is helpful in an emergency. BUT, if you have insurance or can afford it - Go elsewhere. You know how they say there's always a bottom of the… graduating class... They all work here as prescribers and case managers... Too many bad experiences to list. Also, you never see a Dr. The prescribers are all nurses. In two years, I never saw a real Dr. once.

The specialist who came to the er was amazing. But now I am walking back to my car that is at the target. At 330 in the morning 1.5 hrs after that officer went off duty. I'm not from here. And I absolutely hate the… dark. Several years ago phx pd screwed up and someone tried to kidnap me. Reasons of the scar on my neck. So I need to walk 2.5 miles back. Because that cop who offered me help is off shift at 2am. I know we only worry about the mental health.

I love Tri County Behavioral Center ❤️. It is extremely scary and uncomfortable when looking for help with ptsd. I have been coming to the tri- county mhmr in Cleveland TX since I moved to Cleveland in 2018 . I have… been to several doctors and therapists for over 40 years. I have never stayed on track. Ms. Sonja was the first face I saw and she is AMAZING. Her voice her smile her spirit. She helped me get my medication and support from the beginning. Tri County MHMR Staff has changed my life, from my case worker Tasha, to my nurse practitioner Jennifer, Ms.Juanna our intake nurse. But let me be clear without the kindness and care I received from the first breath of my conversation with Ms.Sonja I would not be my best self today. Ms. Sonja treats us like family. As soon as I check in until I check out she is the start and finish of my experience. Ms.Sonja thank you for loving me when I forget to love myself. Tasha thank you for being my voice and keeping my secrets. Jacob and Jennifer thank you for listening and genuinely caring and wanting me to overcome and control my ptsd and not let it control me.

Incredibly unprofessional disgusting and indifferent draconian people who bill your insurance and act like they are doing you a favor. I had a counselor tell me he doesn't care if I live or DIE. On my mothers soul no… exaggeration. Allah as my witness.Christ as my witness. I'm a human being and in active recovery from opiates like fentanyl. I live an hour away South i-45 and driving north during rush hour is extremely difficult even when I leave early. It is a dangerous gamble. So far the recovery class consists of gathering Us in a room and playing old VHS in DVDs while they bill your insurance. The intensive outpatient recovery class instructor was sick and decided it wasn't her duty to remind any of the participants that she would not be their. Transportation is extremely difficult and I was dropped off. With no text message or email warning us of this so I wait another hour for a ride to go home. I show up on the next class date 10 minutes late and I am barred entry and told I need to wait outside for my ride to come pick me up now another hour I have to wait outside. I show up 40 minutes early for the next class and get told I can't participate because I was upset that I was barred from class last time and told them that accountability goes both ways. When I brought up my reasonable grievance with my counselor he told me he didn't care and I told him this is the kind of thing that leads people into stress and relapse and he literally looked me in the eyes and said he did not care if I relapsed. As someone who has multiple dead friends due to the battle with addiction, I found this disturbing and frankly A complete violation of the Hippocratic oath that medical professionals and counseling professionals are sworn to. Now these individuals will contact my probation officer and label me as a disruptive individual a one-sided judgment. This is why the system is corrupt. Economically impoverished people cannot get same level of advocacy as people who can afford lawyers. They disrespect people to their face. Treat them like they are lepers. If I have to get a lawyer I will. Prime example of somebody who is just doing this job as something to pay the bills. Nothing else. Is this the protocol there counselors uphold ? Now they will vilify me say that I am playing victim and since I am an addict it is very easy to do that. In addiction we have very little agency. In sobriety we have and should be able to practice more agency. These people will now try to paint me is a negative light.

I was sick and in crisis past 3 days and my caseworker tried to terminate my services as a result, when I tried to talk to a supervisor, they would put me on hold without transferring me to anybody, then they took a… message for the supervisor without calling me or asking them to call me back.

Dr. Bogan is rude and doesn't care about anyone’smental health. He is dismissive and thinks he knows everything. He is unwilling to budge and help you in any kind of way. He doesn't care about what is going on at school… or home. It's almost as he has a checklist to go through and then sends you on the way. I walked out feeling hopeless and unsure what is happening to my 13 year old son. I am looking elsewhere. I'm hoping to find a better provider. The case workers are nice, though.

Can’t say enough good about this place!!! All of the staff is wonderful! Dr. Kahn is the BEST psychiatrist EVER!!! He is so knowledgeable, professional & yet approachable. Highly skilled & gifted. Took his time with me… & did not rush. He pays attention to every detail to make a thorough diagnosis. Christina, my nurse is so nurturing, comforting & compassionate. Emma, my caseworker is delightful & extremely helpful in advocating for my goals in treatment plan. I am finally getting the help that I need for my mental health & it feels AMAZING because I have so much support & I know that I am not alone!!! Each & every staff member in the building are very friendly & kind. I am so thankful for Tri Count!!!

I have 2 amazing Caseworkers now and every one I have had in the past has been great. The people here have saved my life and also helped me to find mental stability for the first time in a long time. I have never met a… Dr. like Dr. Nathan. He CARES, he really listens. He asks tons of questions in order to give you the very best possible treatment for you as an individual. He talks directly to you, like you are a person not a diagnosis. He makes sure you really understand everything and I have never had a Dr. truly respect me by making sure I had the 1st voice in my own treatment and then he suggests the best course of action. If there were more doctors like him, people would 100% always get the exact treatment they need. He is just incredible and he is funny too.

This place and people have made my children feel way better and have helped them with their depression and ADHD, the skills trainers are amazing people who have understanded our problems and helped us, but they have a… very small amout of bilingual employees which is making my oldest recovery process harder since she can't express her feeling that much, but other than that very caring understanding and loving people work here I 100% recomed to bring yourkids if they need any help.

The state wants my doctor to fill out a medical form stating my medications my diagnosis and my doctors signature. For my license not to be suspended. This could be for a long amount of time or life. I presented the… paperwork to my doctor and he said he would look over it . And fill it out instead he decided to go on vacation and never return Dr. Gonzales leaving me in stress and hoping this organization would prove to the state I’m getting some help I presented the same paperwork to my case manager Jordan hoping she could help me get it filled out but was clearly over looked set to the side and lost in t he other paper. My therapist Tiffany helped me request my medical records though that is not what the state wanted they want a medical form signed and dated my a licensed doctor. And tri county fails to help guide and support their clients to victory and help them succeed I have went through numerous doctors and numerous caseworkers not from my own request but because they are not consistent with care and when it actually matters they do not take priority in proving your sanity to the state

Very rude , my son behavior has worsen , the medical doctor said he doesn’t need meds . However he was on medication in the other state , we just moved here . He said if he was acting up at school he’ll need it , he… didn’t care about what he was doing at home and the environment he was creating. He told me leave if we can’t have a conversation, all I said was it was okay for him to act like that at home but not at school . I triggered him he started to shake , huff and puff . Clearly they don’t care about his well being.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dr. Gonzalez and Leslie, RN-this a a well deserved 5 star review! First, the doctor started out by greeting and rooming his own patient! Who does that-what a special touch and a welcome treat! He is very… talented, a fantastic listener, engaging, thought provoking and a leader in the industry. You know a good doctor always has a great nurse! Knowing this, and after meeting Dr. Gonzalez, I am not at all surprised nurse Leslie was equally amazing. She is thorough, emotionally intelligent and goes above and beyond to make sure her patient has an exceptional customer experience. What a great first touch point and an equally great way to kick off a new patient appointment. Well done team!
