Positive Recovery Center – Conroe is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

So I the first services there at the Conroe office location my daughter was happy with Erin Counselor, for recovering. But as of today the treatment and discrimination and judgements on a person's was not except able.… So hopefully this is not how everyone is treated when seeking extension of their recovering journeys. That they give the person seeking help more time to be open in group. And they don't push or send away someone that is trying to stay on the recovering road. Do to the extent of the either new staff at this office. I would state dont go to this office. Its not like the first services received about 6 to 12months ago. We will let other social media platforms and others know what we were told today and the options of referrals and options of their opinions. So from Counselor to management needs their license reviewed and to say the group made discussion on my daughter's care is breach of her privacy act. Next file is to better business bureau and medical boards. This is the first Facility or positive recovery place out of 15 years, that my daughter or us was treated like she was not wanted or they didn't want to Counsel her. Please consider this warning of this new staffing, process and supposedly policy. When asked if policy changed from her last visit changed the answer was no and they couldn't find records 🤔 so now missing records , just not a place a would give referral for the kids or family members or friends to attend here. BE aware..
I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every… step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.
GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE WITH A LOT OF CARE AND SUPPORT AND KNOWLEDGE.
Best thing I have ever done! PRC not only helped me learn about my addiction but it also broke down some walls of abuse and showed me ways to move forward. I also learned how to deal with a lot of grief that I had not… expressed. My relationship with my children has been restored and I couldn't be happier. Thank You PRC
Had awesome time with counselors the weeks I had on zoom. They listened to me and understood me and gave me good feedback. They made me feel like family and very welcoming. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
A very good program, group motivated, helpful. Help you know that you’re not alone & there are others just like you trying to be better.
Very professional and friendly staff. The program they run I personally believe has a very high success rate with me being one and I saw others as well come out of the program successfull.
Very professional and empathetic team. Extremely easy to work with. They are super organized and I felt welcomed. I'm so glad our paths crossed and I look forward to working with them.
