New Dimensions is one of a kind! Clean, welcoming, and comfortable! From the therapists to the admin, you truly feel a calming, comforting presents with them. So happy to have found them! They are wonderful resource for… our community!
Robert thank you for showing me and enlightening me to all of the services you provide to adults and adolescents. I am confident that all of the people I refer here are getting THE BEST help. The staff here are all so… kind and inviting. I could feel the love. I am so excited to see the beautiful things the future holds for New Dimensions.
Thankful for New Dimensions for teaching me everything they did about mental health and addiction treatment. Thank you Laura! Forever grateful for this beautiful place!
A truly supportive and welcoming place with people who genuinely care about helping others heal. It’s inspiring to see such dedication to recovery and growth.
Wow, what a beautiful place filled with incredibly kind staff. Thank you for showing me around Robert. I am excited to see how many more people you all help find their individual recovery!
The staff is amazing. They provide compassionate services to the clients.
New Dimensions Day Treatment Center has some of the best clinicians and staff. Laura’s compassion shines in her care for her clients. Robert has a fantastic passion for sobriety. I would trust them with anyone I love… who needed their services.
I feel confident in sending my family or friends to New Dimensions for healing and recovery. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was clean and felt inviting. Thank you Robert for showing me this… beautiful place!
Thank you Robert for showing me this beautiful facility. All of the staff was so inviting and kind. The group rooms are clean and have snacks! I would refer any of my loved ones to this facility, I trust this… experienced staff fully! Thanks!
Such a nice facility with an even better team. It's one of the only place that offers Mental Health Outpatient services in the area and they are a trusted one at that. They also treat substance abuse, which so many… struggle with dual diagnosis. It's a place I'd recommend and trust. Thank you Robert for teaching me all about the programming offered.
Great treatment center that solely cares about helping our loved ones get better. I would refer any one of my family members or friends here that was struggling with any mental health concern.
My parents sent me here after I was in the psychward after I overdosed and bro I kid you not ALL they do is give you a paper and be like “okay let’s read this” like bro it was so boring and useless and there was like 2… other kids in my group so half the time we’d just be sitting there doing nothing. The “coping skills” they try to give you are laughably bad especially after hard drug abuse. They’re used to kids who maybe smoked a little weed and maybe did acid once not kids who were heavy into benzos and fake percs. This place was literally just a bite to go to and I’d zone out the whole time basically. I talked to another kid in there what he thought about it and he said the same thing. That kids parents sent him to REHAB for smoking weed a couple times. Like bro stop wasting our time they need to have like actual activities or something and the staff is all rude and I was kicked out wrongly because they said I missed 3 days in a row but I had only missed 2 😭 this place sucks so bad and also they hated the idea of me trying to get a job. They would suggest stupid useless things like working for free at an animal shelter 😂 like how is that gonna help with my psychosis from Xanax withdrawals?? And also when we got a new therapist she had no idea what to do and asked up what we usually do and we had no idea what to tell her because all we do is read papers so she just let us leave early 🤦♂️
Seeking treatment for mental health for myself was the best decision I have ever made. I am beyond grateful for New Dimensions.
My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was… always helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for families looking to find mental health care for their teens.
My daughter recently completed the IOP program at the Woodlands location of New Dimensions. Although it was a long and rough process sometimes, she and the rest of our family had great support from everyone, but… especially from Isabella and Ayana, the teen treatment counselors. Without their personal attention and continued support, my daughter would not be making positive strides in her mental health journey. I would highly recommend NDD The Woodlands. If you have an open mind and REALLY want help, this is the place to go.
This place was tremendous to my recovery I did both mental and addiction and learned so much on why I feel the way I do and how to help myself but I took a lot on my part I highly recommend this place to anyone… struggling
I recently completed the IOP program at New Dimensions. Both the program materials and the counselor, Laura, were a tremendous help to me. You don't graduate from addiction at the end of the program but you do learn… many coping skills and techniques that are invaluable as you navigate a sober journey through life. I highly recommend New Dimensions.
So I have mixed feelings about this place, I experienced psychosis and went here to seek treatment and it wasn’t really for me. The group therapy sessions were too long and too all over the place and one of the… therapist used ChatGPT to guide them through the entire day which I found very unprofessional. The environment here is very positive and safe but there are many many negative things said which promotes negative feelings and looking at things from a negative light overall it wasn’t for me
Group sessions are excellent and intuituve. The suggestions of a path of recovery have worked for me. As with any program if the individual involved fails to take initiative and action nothing will change and they are… very clear about that. My experience with Gary and Jeanie has been wonderful. Highly recomend New Dimensions!!!
If this was someone's first exposure to therapy, they'd disregard the entire field of psychology. They constantly made terrible suggestions such as joining the army or quitting my job, and none of them are real doctors.… The nurse practitioner also did not contact my psychiatrist about changes to my medication, so I have to get them re-approved. Also if you work full time or even part time you'll have to have your schedule work around this!
I was a client here pre-Covid, and during Covid in 2020. The staff was friendly. The facilitators were welcoming and knowledgeable. I met some really amazing people in group, and when it was time for me to graduate they… helped me find and get connected with additional resources that I needed like EMDR and brain spotting. This is a good IOP and I would recommend.
I went in to check the facility and programs offered today. It is a complete sham. I asked what their structure was .... well 3hrs 3 times of week of group. I asked well are there other more individual counseling… sessions and was basically told zero info. I would have to talk to the counselor..... please reach out to me "counselor". Eventually, after 15 minutes I escorted myself out. I'm glad I went to see if it was right for me. 100% NOT for me. White Woman 40's Recently finished inpatient detox DOC alcohol Professional for me first. Might be right for some people but if you won't give me a tour of the entire facility and also introduce me to your team and group. Big bag of NOPE
I WILL SAY IT OPENLY YOU GUYS ARE MESSED UP FOR NOT ACCEPTING MEDICAID PTS AKA HISPANICS & OTHER RACE THAT HAVE CHIP & MEDICAID I JUST SAW THE OUT OF POCKET PPL COMPLAINING THAT YOUR SERVICE IS MESSED UP WITH COLOR PPL… SOMEONE SHOULD PUT YALL ON TIKTOK & PUT YALL ON BLAST!!!
New dimensions quite literally saved my life, after I had a bad time in an inpatient facility ND was my last resort and I'm so thankful I went, I've been a little over two years healthy and I'm so thankful for the… experiences I had there, my group I was in consisted of people my same age going through the same if not similar stuff and I think that was the largest driving force for me to want to get better, I miss everyone I met there there
My 19 year old son came here for help with anxiety and bipolar depression and was treated horribly twice. The first experience was before COVID and his progress didn't improve. I sent him back once they opened and he… still didn't complete the treatment because one of the counselors lacked experience with handling an African American male & handling him on the medication their psychiatrist prescribed. This facility will take all your money and you will walk away the same if not worse. It's NOT diverse enough & you feel it the moment you sit in your first session. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
