I think the therapists here are nice, and so is the front desk girl! It’s a little hard to find but once you go there a few times it’s easier.
Everyone here was really kind and easy to work with. Getting an appointment was simple, and I felt listened to during my session. The whole experience was comfortable and straightforward. I’m glad I chose them.
Based on my experience, this organization presents itself as mission-driven, but its internal practices did not consistently reflect ethical, transparent, or client-centered care (particularly placing clients into group… services over individualized clinical judgment). These practices raised concerns about the quality and integrity of care being provided. Given my experience, I would not recommend this organization for services and strongly encourage prospective clients to seek care elsewhere.
