Awesome staff they really do care and have been so help full. Dosing on methadone here has mostly been the only time in my addiction that my life was on track on in a downward spiral

A great place very understanding and wonderful people here they really take it to heart to listen to you and make your time here welcoming almost like home would feel.

Evergreen Treatment Services saved my life..I've been with them 17 years..If you want to break free from addiction,get enrolled and do exactly what they say and follow the rules.. The Counselors I've had throughout the… entire time,have been caring, easy to work with & leave me feeling that they genuinely care about me..My addiction got to a point where I lost hope,I just could not stay clean.. Evergreen was my last shot..Seventeen yrs later, I am back with my wife & kids and I am a productive member of society & my family..

This clinic gives my life direction.

This place is what you make it and change is here if you want it. It’s been a life saver and that’s the truth! If you need help this is the place I would start looking! Thanks to everyone here that makes the world work… better!!

I've been with Evergreen for 20 years and it changed my life for the better, also I'm grateful for the Renton dispensary, ever since Seattle flooded it's been very nice, it's a lot closer to me and so much cleaner and… organized, keep up the good work Evergreen!

9/26/25 Tanya or Tonya is her Name and the worst Councelor/Person I ever encountered at a clinic. 5 months I been coming here and the lady couldn’t see me not 1 time in 5 months even tho I come here every Friday to pick… up my dosing. Today my carries were taking because I dint do my assessment. Well it’s really hard to do them when the counselor dosent show up. That also goes for the Doctor and Another person in the clinic. So in the 5 months I was coming I just wasn’t important enough to sit down with and do the paperwork work. Tanya had me in her office and we spoke outside of office on several different occasions. And she still couldn’t find the time to see me?????? Very strange, tho I have to say that I don’t think I’m her favorite and I don’t think she likes my accent or something about me, since she looks at me up and down when we do sea each other, from sneakers to my head she will examine me which is also strange.. Kirk unfortunately is also a lier. When asking him why he couldn’t calll me back or see, he just looks at the floor and has no comment. So today I reached out to Rick who is in charge of the facility just to make him aware of what’s happening even tho o don’t think he cares honestly. 2 appoints with my “counselor 1 with the doctor and a moth and half of trying to get to Kirk since he’s always busy and no luck with any of them even tho the 3 appointments were scheduled by them. Waisted of time 💯💯 Oh and at that not one of those appointments show up in their system apparently what a coincidence!! I still have the appointment cards in my drawer somewhere I believe. Manipulation at its finest. It’s very unfortunate that everyone has their own worries Money Money Money! Even with Money they try and run your life. You will be judge here 💯💯 Some are cool most are Horrible. FIY I did see other counselors but it’s only your counselor that has to do the assessment apparently. Shout to Jeff the counselor for taking me on when no one wanted to 💯💯 Guy put himself out there when he never needed to. Thank you. The cherry on Top was being given the wrong dose today on top of everything that happened Someone messed up on the Dose The provider of course Shavil or W.e her name is. Got my carries taking was judged and abused all While given an improper dose today on 9/26/25. When questioned why I was giving the wrong dose, the Filipina nurse in Charge told me it’s none of my business and it’s irrelevant. That’s the head nurse talking like that. Choose your clinics wisely because your not welcomed here and will be looked exactly how you already feel while trying to make it and get off this Medicine.

Im so glad they have these programs. It works great. I been able to stay clean and be in the program. They work with you and almost all the staff have had addiction before so they understand. So anyone who’s looking for… a way out of there addiction I highly recommend evergreen methadone.

Been using there services for 15+ years. Today I call to get ahold of my Dr. I just needed his voicemail, after a 5-6 min. of being on neglect a receptionist answers, so I briefly told her my situation and need to get… at the very least his voicemail. She sends me somewhere, it rings 2x and goes back to that music they make u suffer through as u wait being on neglect and after a 7 minutes of being on hold the phone disconnects! Angrily I try dialing them back up to where I got a pre-recorded message where it WON'T let me even leave a message.... VERY VERY IRRITATED!!!! NEED MED REFILL for over a week. Anyway that's my rant! UPDATE I'm not sure how but the Dr. I was trying to get in touch with, called me back!! It went from being irritating to shockingly great in a matter of 15 minutes. Originally gave 2 stars, I had to go back and make it a 5 star! Above and beyond, great people, great service. I would highly recommend ETS. They have been nothing but great since my first day!!!

Yes Evergreen services has done a terrific job of helping me. When I first started it was rough but eventually I made progress. You have to put in 100 percent but they were very patient and understanding. Thanks Michael… Brend

I had been going to Evergreen Treatment Services in Seattle on Airport Way but forced to come to Renton ETS when Seattle's building was damaged when water pipes burst due to extremely cold weather. Though I find it an… inconvenience to travel from Seattle to. Renton, ETS Seattle did is best to facilitate transportation via shuttle I found it very helpful that you can for up to 2:30pm at Renton. Just needed to take Metro bus 150 if I didn't make it to Seattle ETS by 12:45pm, that's when Seattle's last dose would be and last shuttle left also. All in all it has been an ordeal but the experience has made me aware of the clean facility and kind people who really do care about the job they do and respect for us clients who struggle with addiction. Thank you to all for helping me get my life back on track.

This is an amazing Methadone dispensary Recovery clinic. The Receptionists are friendly kind and caring The Dispensary team is awesome and informative With the counselors being knowledgeable Warm hea rted willing to… help As long as you're willing to help yourself. No better place to go if you need to. Get off of opioid substances with a little help.

AMAZING, WONDERFUL PLACE The receptionists are so kind, patient and helpful and the counseling staff is great always willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend this place to anyone, they are quick to bring you up… to your needed dose and work with you no matter what the circumstances may be. They really do care!!

This place saved my life along with so many others it sure is a lifesaver !! And i thank them so much for helping me gain my life back! God bless them at evergreen treatment services !

It’s very clean, professional and not crowded. I’ve been to clinics that are out of control back home in the SE. But these ppl actually seem like they care and as long as you follow their rules and don’t cause trouble… (at the facility) they will treat you with respect.
