Therapists are constantly leaving this place, they don't treat them well here. I've had 3 different therapists two which I loved but left suddenly and it's hard to make any actual progress if I'm having to meet someone… new every couple of months. Don't waste your time.

I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my first intake appointment. They canceled on me the day before, and then it took another full month before they could get me a new intake appointment. After finally going through all that, I… wait another 10 days get a call from a therapist trying to schedule me for the EVERETT location because the Mountlake Terrace location wasn't accepting new clients. I wasted almost 2 months and am still left without critical mental health care.

I am a patient of a few years. I like their services and it is professional. I am very pleased of the environment and the medical staff are helpful. Each appointment is left with best feelings and good services. Thank… you so much for the help.

This place is a joke, if you’re looking for a reliable therapist I say go elsewhere. They are always out sick and canceling appointments, they do not answer the phone making me drive 20mins out of my way to get in… contact. I’m doing you a favor by saying do NOT come here!

The Providers are a joke, horrible with medication management. My counselor is amazing, caring and supportive. The so called Drs are a bound to their own agendas and do not care about the mental well-being of clients,… just $. THIS Agency is a joke.. They will waste your time.They won't give you your medication and you will get a new PROVIDER every couple months AND THEY TREAT THE COUNSELORS HORRIBLE SO THEY LEAVE OR DROP I 1 DAY SO FORGET STABILITY.. HORRIBLE PLACE.

I think people except things to be perfect in a imperfect world. All we can do is try our best based on the tools we were given. I believe this establishment provided the best care that they possibly could.

The staff at Sunrise are very professional and helpful. I’ve had a great experience with my therapist, I am very grateful to have found this organization.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely atrocious service. Therapists don't care. Always canceling, rushing along.

I should've written this review 3 years ago but recently needed information, and this needed to be said in case the prescriber is still there. The therapist I had was very sweet and it was nice talking to her. She even… kept in touch while I had family difficulties and during my transitioning period to another clinic. My prescriber Barbara however was hardly there and kept rescheduling my appointments because she had to be out of the office due to something different each time. She seemed to only to be there just have a job because as I was transitioning she closed my file before I could transition over (2 months), leaving me in limbo, and without medication during a time where I was dealing with a family emergency.

Rude lady answering phones. It's difficult enough as someone with extreme anxiety to even call or visit an office and for the first face/voice to be rude and unwelcoming does not make it any easier. You lost a client… and money today and by word of mouth maybe more because your receptionist couldn't be bothered to be kind. She represents your whole business. Don't work in mental health, even as a front desk person, if you do not have the capacity for kindness

I loved my therapist but they only have one medication specialist and since she's been having health problems and is only available 2 days a week, she's been repeatedly sending my meds to the wrong pharmacy and not… answering refill requests for weeks at a time. I spend a month adjusting to Lithium and then get yanked off again for up to 3 weeks. That's unacceptable and negligent in any case but with Lithium, it's just inexcusable.

Staff is nice but the therapists who I am booked with keep 'leaving', not sure if that's a nice way of saying fired or not, and my appointments with my prescriber keep being canceled. How are people expected to get… mental health care and progress if we can't even get appointments?
