Crossroads Counseling Services PLLC – Plainfield

My husband and I got stuck with the same provider, Kristen Noble. She seemed to just follow a list of questions to determine how things were going and always asked what we wanted to do, medication wise. I've been to… many different psychiatrists and none of them did that. Kristen left the practice at the end of 2020, but no one knew how to get a hold of her for medication refills and none of the other providers would refill. So my husband had to go off his med and I went to my PCP for refills. Last but not least their card on file agreement states they can charge your account without advising the patient or sending any kind of bill or invoice, before or after the fact. There is no patient portal to see what the charges are for, so for all we know we have been charged for random things. I have billing healthcare experience and I know that a proper card on file agreement should include at least a billing invoice and they give you X amount of time to pay on your own, after X amount of time the practice can automatically use the card. Crossroads gave us 5 days and then charged our card. Incompetent team overall. I thought Linden Oaks was bad, they're worse.
