Go somewhere better for your healthcare!!! Went there for a Gynecologist appointment. Had some worries about myself, i’m young have no knowledge. The Dr I had went to made me feel dismissed, and uncomfortable. I was on… the verge of tears, because I felt so stupid for even booking the appointment. Didn’t bother going back to their Gyne. That was a little over 6 months ago. Wasn’t gonna write a review until a family member was admitted to the emergency room part of the building right next door last night. Where her and my mother were both talked down to by a nurse in the emergency room with her badge flipped over. She tried to “tell” my mother that this is an emergency room. And the emergency room deals with things like stitches and emergencies?? Excuse me?? they took my grandmother in right away because they thought she was having an stroke? My mom was choked up and the verge of tears as well, and she told the nurse if their an inconvenience then they will leave?? My mom talked to the doctor, told him everything. The doctor said she was right where she needed to be, and they’re there to take care of anything and everything that comes through that door. Too bad that miserable nurse didn’t have the same energy. So disgusting how you’re treated and belittled by the HEALTHCARE WE PAY FOR. As well as some people don’t deserve to be in the healthcare field. Acting as if this emergency visit is coming out of her pocket??! LOLLL. Paid for all that nursing school, to be so inconsiderate to your patients. Embarrassing. Definitely will not be coming back no longer. As well as we will drive straight up to Edward’s, instead. Since my grandmother was such an inconvenience.

Had my appt today at 8:30am it was 8:37am when I arrived outside the door, I had never been here before my GPS kept telling me I was at the wrong building when I came to building B, [mind you I never used MyChart so I’m… new to that too] I didn’t realize that it gave you details to arrive. So I did the only thing I new call and ask where I needed to go and the first lady with an accident who answered told me it was indeed building B but that my appt was at 8am and I was already 39minutes late they have a 10min grace period and by the time I made it to the second floor I’d be past my time. In which I corrected her not in a mean way that my appt was at 8:30am not 8am because I had checked it numerous times and then she proceeded to then say regardless I was late and couldn’t be seen anymore. Which obviously I was upset I didn’t intentionally decide to be late but I work with patients everyday so I understood, although if it’s a new patient in my office we would have still seen them as they tried to come in but got lost but would let them know next time we wouldn’t be able to accommodate. Not the case here I thought in MY OPINION the woman was rude and sounded condescending so I hung up. [which I know was very rude but she really got me mad] I called again to just speak to a manager to let them know I didn’t agree with how she handled the phone call after I drove 45mins to get here a little bit of sympathy and understanding would go a long way BUT the second woman who answered I nicely explained that I wasn’t asking to be seen as I know by now I’m way over my time but I just wanted to notify someone that I didn’t like how the other woman handled my call and she too proceeded to tell me she was nearby and “heard” the call and what I’m saying she said “she didn’t say that…” now why would I lie? I have no reason to lie I’m not a rude person and I NEVER leave reviews but here I am as they both acted very unprofessional and trust me I’ll never come here again.

I've been going to this practice for almost 20 Years and they have always been amazing. In fact my doctor was the first to actually listen to me, do labs and find out what my issues were instead of dismissing me.

Dropped off a sample for a cortisol test. It was 3:52pm and this location was on the approved list to drop off samples. First the lady told me the lock box might be full, which was fine but also everyone else closed at… 4pm so this was the only time I could drop it off post testing. She then said they have room in the lock box but I questioned her if it was going to be properly stored as in “on ice or refrigerated in the lock box, she said “no we don’t do anything to the samples they will sit there for a few hours until pick up”. I said that’s not acceptable as this sample had to be refrigerated 24/7 until processing ? She said I can go take it elsewhere if I want ( which I couldn’t because all the drops offs close at 4pm except the main hospital which was too far for me). She then said “she’s never had a sample have to be repulled”, I replied that doesn’t mean anything to me to and that people are paying for these samples and getting diagnostic results back based on these tests results so that’s messed up”. I will not be paying for a resample, Endeavor Health can comp a second cortisol urine test for me at this point , and I reported the lab site. So do not drop your samples off here if you don’t want them to be properly stored.

I had a very horrible and unprofessional experience with Dr. Yuri Zermeno and the Endeavor Health OB/GYN office staff in Plainfield, both with my medical care and how the office handled my records. I have endometriosis… and uterine fibroids. I first saw Dr. Zermeno in summer of 2024 to discuss a hysterectomy. I ended up canceling it the day before because I decided I wasn’t ready and I wanted to continue to fight and have a chance at having biological children. After that, no other treatment options were really offered to me by Dr. Zermeno. When I returned in summer of 2025, I had to ask on my own about medications Orilissa and Lupron Depot as an options of treatment (I had taken Lupron depot previously). Dr. Zermeno told me that they were “basically the same,” but when I started Orilissa it caused prolonged heavy bleeding for me, which I never had when I was on Lupron in the past. So I switched to Lupron Depot. At my follow-up in October , Dr. Zermeno insisted I start add-back therapy with Lupron and told me that she wouldn’t continue prescribing it if I refused. I tried to explain that I had no bone loss while I was on Lupron Depot for two years and I did not need it. I have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I didn’t know at that time that add back therapy raises blood sugars and can cause complications for people with diabetes and high blood pressure. I felt pressured and backed into a corner because I needed relief from my symptoms. I also asked her why was she adamant about me taking add back while on Lupron Depot, but when she prescribed Orilissa she didn’t mention it. She says, “hmm, that’s a good question. I don’t know.” Dr. Zermeno has very bad bedside manner. I asked about having another myomectomy (I’ve had one before). When I asked about her experience, she avoided answering and instead questioned what made me change my mind and why was I “against” a hysterectomy, even though I had already explained I’m 36 years, have no children, and still want the chance to have biological kids. I asked her again if she would she do my myomectomy. In a nonchalant tone she said, “I mean we can continue to talk about it.” She stated that if I’m not on Lupron depot everything would just grow back in a month after a myomectomy and it’s best to have a hysterectomy, which is not true or accurate. It was two years for me after my previous myomectomy. I felt discouraged and pushed toward a hysterectomy. I left that appointment feeling confused, dismissed, and unsupported. On top of that, I’ve had serious issues trying to get my Ascension medical records that are a part of my chart and record set. I requested that my records be sent to an endometriosis specialist back on October 15th, but the office has refused to send my outside records from Ascension that were already in my chart. They’ve stated a “third party policy” which does not exist. Because of this, my specialist appointment was canceled. I went in person on November 17th 2025 for an office visit and to get my records, I was told that they could not give them to me. The office manager Melissa handled the situation very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. She contradicted what medical records had told me and her own words. She denied my personal request for my medical records and humiliated me in front of other patients in the waiting area. My record requests have been denied several times. My last attempt was trying to have the specialist’s office retrieve those records for me. They have ignored them as well. I feel so lost and stuck. I did not know at the time, but I later learned by researching and talking to a few attorneys that denying a patient access to their own records is a HIPAA violation. Because of all of this, I do not want to go back to this office and now I have to find another OBGYN as well. This experience has left me without continuity of care and has caused unnecessary delays and stress. I have never experienced this EVER. Please do not come to Endeavor Health Medical Group at any of their office locations. Your rights will be violated.

I booked an appointment the night before and had to cancel the next morning because my insurance hadn’t gone through yet. I was told by “Cathy” (who needs better customer service skills desperately) I’d be charged a $50… “last-minute cancellation” fee even though I had booked the appointment less than a day before! (Booked at 9:32pm and cancelled at 8:46am, less than 24hours) That policy makes no sense and caused unnecessary stress. After calling the billing team and taking with Jess, (super nice), she said they’ll remove the charge once the bill posts, which I appreciate, but the system really needs to be more flexible and transparent. Patients shouldn’t be penalized for canceling appointments booked just hours before. I get charged if I have to cancel but if the doctor has to cancel god forbid I get upset. I’ve never been to this office before, never had a missed appointment but based off how their front desk rep is over the phone I’m glad I didn’t go in.

I’ve come to this location for physical therapy, a gynecologist, out patient, a psychiatrist & the emergency room. I’ve truly never had a bad experience, the staff is always very kind & helpful. I’m always in & out… quickly too, I’m genuinely shocked to see so many negative reviews because I’ve gone to this location for years & have never had a problem!

Looks like just piling on to the bad reviews. First time at this OB, my teenage daughter and i went saw Brittany Conrad she was good in the office we discussed all the birth control options and we decided on one i was… told if it wasn't a good fit stop and try something else. Left a message for Britany to change it . Day later the nurse called with a irritated tone I was asked birthdate and name by receptionist , and nurse they are not efficient or nice the nurse keeps calling back apparently brittany doesn't do calls. Nurse called me 4 times to relay messages from brittany and when i pick up the nurse is always sighing heavy . I would not recommend bottom line nurse are burnt out and not nice or helpful.

Review for Angelica at Endeavor Health (16519 S Rte 59, Plainfield, IL 60586) I’m currently being seen for high blood pressure, and the last thing I need is added stress—especially from the very place that’s supposed to… help me. Unfortunately, my experience with Angelica was incredibly upsetting. She was rude, pointed in my face, and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. That said, I do want to mention that the nurse and the rest of the staff were wonderful—kind, professional, and exactly what you’d hope for when seeking care. It’s unfortunate that one person’s behavior overshadowed an otherwise good experience. I sincerely hope this is addressed by management.

Scheduled an appointment with for annual & menopause with Gynecologist weeks in advance. During check was told I could only be seen for one thing per appointment & would have to schedule another appointment. They have… no consideration for peoples time & money. I had to make arrangements to get to work late. People wonder why the health care system is broken. It’s because of facilities like this. Told receptionist I will schedule another appointment with a different dr & walked out. Wish I had checked the reviews here 1st, I focused on individual dr’s review. The facility & 1st point of contact are the deal breakers. Been a patient with Loyola healthcare for ever & thought they were going downhill. Today was proven that the grass isn’t greener. All healthcare facilities suck!!!

Update: If I could give less stars I would ! I got a call from a nurse basically threatened me that if I didn't scheudle am apt I wouldn't be able to have prenatal care and I need prenatal care.... mam that's not how… you show concern at all when I told her I would rather keep communication with the office manager at this time....she literally kept going on about needing me to keep Apts. Or I would be neglecting prenatal care mam please I would never just cause I do not want to go back to your careless neglectful office... Still awaiting a call back from the office manager I should have listened to these reviews holy cow ! I have been here twice where I had to wait over 2 hours and I did very patient and polite. They did not end up being that long but still I even had my daughter get picked up by my parents because she grew loud during the wait one of the times. Then one time I went and they had inaccurate important medical info and history in my file. I corrected nicely. I drove here and got here 9 min late it was snowing and raining out and I did not check the weather super well and worked from home all day. I left at my normal time I would but it was a mess driving here. I walked in and was polite as a guy with a sick child went to the elevator. Making me 10 min late to the room. The lady literally asked me her questions as I got situated to check in Making me 11 min late. I explained I was sorry and the weather was bad and she said the can't see me. I AM VERY HIGH RISK. To not see a high risk patient because of something like this is INSANE. I also want to mention every other office has a 15 min late policy and as long as I am not late all the time we are all adults things happen just like with their office. She refused to cancel all my Apts. As I said I would no longer want to be seen by them. They did not try to make me stay at all. Just a yep good luck bye. You clearly can care a less about your patients at your front desk how disgusting. To ask me to wait over 2 hours in diffrent periods and the send me away after a min. They told me good luck speaking to an office manager and I called and was told they will call me today or tomorrow which isn't helpful as I have a busy personal schedule. Appulaing careless staff go somewhere else if you want to have a safe stresses pregnancy. Clearly they don't care enough about their patients here at all.

New patients listen to the reviews! Take the warning and the hint, I didn’t before so here I am warning everyone. I recently moved to the area and found out that I was pregnant so I want to chose a hospital near by.… Being on the same street, two minutes away from this place, I ignore the review before me about this “hospital, thinking that how bad could it be. I had an appointment today at 12:30. I walked into the correct building at 12:32 and speaking to the front desk older lady, and at 12:33 I was inform that I need a physical copy of my ID to see the doctors as she was about to hand me some form to sign and fill out. Being young and ignorant, I told her that I can fill out the fill form as my husband quickly go home to get my ID, and I have pictures of my id if I need to fill out the form with it and my home is two mintues away, down the street. She said that I’m already 3 minutes into the 7 minutes grace period and that she would have to reschedule the appointment. By the time my husband comes back, the rest of the grace period would have already passed. She said that we can reschedule and I laughed and left because no matter how close the place so called “hospital” is to our house, I will never come back to this place again. Also the other reviews are correct about the confusing parking lot and building entrance, please check out the space pior and get to your appointment 30 mintues before every time in case some curved ball comes at you. New patients, don’t expect them to call you to confirm your appointment or to let you know what you need to bring, just stop by to ask before your appointment if you have to go. Also don’t be honest, this place is no place for honesty and sincerity, if something happen, just say you need to get medication from your car or that you need to use the bathroom because my law that must happen. Your there to see the doctor and they are they to make money, so don't expect kindness from them.

Failed to give the least amount of concern when it comes to new mother patients. New mother was running late and front end staff didn't care just canceled her appt and her next one. Said they would call back with a new… appt... never did And then no appts for 2+ weeks if this is the standard of care to expect then God help us .

This place is so ridiculous. This is my FIRST time coming here for an OBGYN and the people were absolutely unbelievable. I was trying to get to my gyno appointment and got there at 10:11AM. I went to the wrong building… at first, because this was my FIRST time getting there. As soon as I rushed in, the front desk lady said they have a TEN MINUTE RULE. I WAS ONE MINUTE LATE. I drove more than half an hour out in rain with traffic just for these people to tell me they can’t take my appointment because I was over the ten minutes. I should’ve read the reviews of this place beforehand, because clearly this place is a joke.

I went in for an appointment today AND FELT VERY SICK to see Dr. Mohammed and I must say the service and treatment was way below average. She Came into the room and did not speak, had her arms folded and kept a… distance, never interacted with me or gave eye contact. Dr. F. MOHAMMED was aggressive AND HAD ON dirty contaminated gloves that she refused to change AFTER WIPING HER NOSE AND TYPING ON THE KEYBOARD. SHE ASKED WHAT I NEEDED HER TO DO AND AFTER A 3 MINUTE CONVERSATION SHE TOLD ME I WILL BE FINE BY THE WEEKEND AND TAKE TYLENOL. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. BROTON FOR A WHILE AND SHE WAS PHENOMENAL AND WILL BE MISSED. I CANT BELIEVE I WAS TREATED THIS BAD AFTER PAYING A copay and being advised to take OTC medicine. She was ignoring me, rushing me and cutting me off when I had questions. Why even work if you are going to send patients home, sick and their health condition unaddressed. She needs to be removed from practicing until she can learn how to properly treat people.

New to the area and establishing care. Felt very safe with covid protocols. Saw Dr. Mohammed and she took her time to address all of my concerns. The rest of the team was also warm and welcoming.

Let me start by saying I liked Every doctor ( and have several specialists) Before this office, as well the respect, and care at the hospital for 30 over years. This office is horrible for some reason I feel they put me… in a very dangerous situation.the office in Naperville seems to be much better

Same situation as described 3 years ago. Have an 815 scheduled, asked to come in at 730 [was actually asked to be in earlier], show up and get checked in and then told, the doctor arrives at 8. So, we arrive early, do… we see the doctor at our scheduled time? Nope. If you're going to ask people to come in early then you better respect their time and see the patient on time. Clearly, this place does not respect anyone else's time but their own doctors. Must be great to be in a field where the people you serve have absolutely no control of their health care options and you can be unprofessionally late and suffer no consequences.

Always had issues with appointments. Plainfield office front desk staff is worse. They will cancel your appointments on their own, they will just call u, oh I just cancel ur appt. Never willing to help you. Naperville… staff is much nicer. Dr. Imam and Dr. Chen r the best in this group.

Had a great experience with Dr. Mohammed. She was very attentive, asked a lot of questions, and I did not feel rushed at all. She made sure I understood everything and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. I… made my appointment and got in the same day and only waited 5 minutes. Great staff at the front desk as well!

If I could give no star I would. I do not like going to doctors appointments as it is but found an amazing doctor with this group. Unfortunately my doctor left this group so I decided to see the replacement doctor,… Monica Martens. First appointment went well but an appointment 3 months later was horrible. I had an early morning appointment, probably the second or third of the day. Monica was at least 15-20 minutes late for my appointment and stated several times during my appointment that she couldn’t discuss all my concerns because she only had 15 minutes to see me yet she decided to prescribe a medication even without full knowledge. She was definitely not professional during this time and kept looking at the time. The staff is great but I’ll never go back to see this doctor.

Edward Medical Group is a large hospital system. It's clean and convenient, with several doctors to see and sometimes same-day appointments with a nurse. Lab appts are especially convenient. Unfortunately, large health… systems lose their personal touch. The doctors are overbooked, a call center takes your calls and it can take weeks to get in for an appointment. If you are generally healthy and only see the doctor for routine visits, you will be fine here. For other patients like myself, I prefer the personal touch and genuine concern delivered by independent doctors.

Dr. Jabbar is the coolest Dr to me. Same with everyone else in the office and nurses.
