Geode Health – Park Ridge Reviews and Ratings
What is Geode Health like for patients? Reviews in this section, from RehabSeekers and from around the web, describe the program in the words of patients and families who know it.
Jackie Calderon was very professional and at the same time welcoming and comforting. We were visiting for my husband's depression. She asked great questions and was clear about medications. We are delighted that she is… providing the treatment my husband needs.
My therapist is very thoughtful and asks good questions. She remembers details of my life, such as I have 2 cats. I’ve been very happy with her.
I have found Geode to be exceptional in their understanding and helpfulness.
Great visit!
I left a review on Zocdoc, but somehow it disappeared. I saw Jacqueline today for ADHD and left feeling very disappointed. It felt like all she was doing was trying to fit people into different templates, and the moment… I didn’t fit the template she had in her head, the entire conversation started revolving around that instead. According to her, if I have strict standards about certain things and keep pursuing them, that means I have bipolar disorder. She also asked a lot of questions that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, the whole conversation was very off-topic. Update: The clinic called me today and questioned me about what happened, so I want to add something. I’m not the kind of person who can have a bad experience and let it go. If something doesn’t sit right with me, I need to stand up for myself and push back. To me, Jacqueline is the kind of person who feels like she wins by asking questions people don’t want to answer. I find that kind of “challenge” completely pointless, and I have very little respect for it. These confrontations do nothing to improve my life. They only make these people feel good about themselves. Patients should be able to focus their energy on achieving their goals. That is how I genuinely felt after the appointment.
I'm happy 😊 I have a professional help
Gina Matthew really takes the time to listen and hear about her patients mental health needs.
Provider was on time, knowledgeable, and supportive. Prescriptions were filled routinely, in a timely manner.
Ms. Matthew was compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable.
Re-doing my 5-star review. While Dr. Ana Mirica is a great psychiatrist, I was dropped by Geode without warning or future care advice/plans as most if not all companies do.
I very much like Ana Mirica. She is a great listener. Offers good advice and is very empathetic. I hope she remains my doctor.
Jacqueline C. is phenomenal to work with. She is personable and cares deeply for her patients. Highly recommend.
It was good
It was good, nice people.
This is an actual doctor who makes decisions in people’s lives, she showed up 10 mins late. I thought she was going to help me. She asked targeted questions for a workers comp claim. She was unprofessional the entire… time, treated me like a criminal. Made unjust accusations of me abusing medication that I had not even picked up from the pharmacy. She is a horrible person, don’t ever use her for anything. I had multiple exams for the same issue, she was by far the worst and she pretty much begged the insurance company for more biz at the end of it. I wouldn’t send my own kids to her, she’s awful and I hope she never gets the chance to destroy a person’s life again. TRASH
Regina is fantastic! She takes her time with me and I always feel heard.
The therapist I met is good at counseling me.
The communication from Geode's office about appointment/staffing changes is appalling, absurd, and in no way helpful
Caroline is great to work with. She is very caring & really listens to my concerns. I also had Gina last time. She was very informative.
