I love the staff here they are very welcoming and I am really feeling seen and heard by Dr Brinkley and her staff. I have been going through a lot of grief and Nurse Roxann told me about her story and what she did that… helped her and I really appreciated what she was doing she was letting me into part of her life story in order to try and help me with mine and she didn’t have to but she did and her doing that has helped me just a little more and I really hope she know she is very appreciated the world needs more nurse like Roxann it would just make life better because she has a very big heart so Thank you

I had an 11:30 appointment today. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been rescheduled and that I “should have received a call or text.” I showed them my messages, and the only thing I received was a… confirmation for my appointment this morning. They admitted it was their mistake and said they had gotten busy. I drove 25 minutes to Marion just to be told I now have to wait until April 30th to be seen. That’s 51 extra days because of an error on their end. I scheduled this appointment back in January for March 10, so essentially I’m expected to wait over 100 days total to be seen due to their mistake. That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. If mistakes like this happen, there should be a way to correct them the same day rather than pushing patients out another month and a half truly pathetic. I will not be going here anymore

Lisa at check in is ALWAYS SO PLEASANT and you can tell she checks the check in sheet because she remembers you. Holly Gates, what can I say except PHENOMENAL….

Shawnee Health has taken great care of me for years. My doctor is the best and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for a new doctor check them out. With or without insurance they… will take care of you and that is saying a lot considering some of the providers in the area. Five stars.

When I switched providers a couple years ago it was because someone had referred me to Dr McDonald… I have been nothing but happy with all services here. The staff is always friendly, whenever I have questions about my… health, records or billing they have always helped. When using the patient portal to send messages I always get a reply. They help to work with me for my appointment times. I am so happy with this place and don’t see me ever switching.

I have been going here for over a year and Dr. Holly Gates is by far the best doctor I have ever had in my 55 years and all the nurses are the best, I would recommend that if you are looking for a doctor and nurses that… know what they are doing and they care about you and your health, they are all amazing.

Just received an automated phone call, not even a human, saying that my appointment for a vital (very important, can’t miss) injection I was supposed to receive a week and a half from now was cancelled. When I called to… find out why, the receptionist told me that the doctor got called out on an emergency and needed to cancel. I said the appointment isn’t until the 1st week of November, so why am I being cancelled over him being called out today on emergency? None of that makes sense. Then proceeded to tell me there were no other available appointments for me to get this VERY important injection that I can’t miss until December. I’m just in complete SHOCK. Very unprofessional and If hate to see someone in a life or death situation.

This is the second time they have lied to me. Waiting for my script when it’s due ! To tell em the doctor isn’t there after I call and call you are a pathetic excuse for a doctors office and human beings. I have 4… children and work 10 to 12 hour shifts and now I have to withdraw because you can’t do your jobs correctly
