Phoenix Behavioral Health Servs LLC – Two Rivers

Saw Doctor Todd Eiden for an Austism Assessment at the Two Rivers location. This is the only place in the area that does adult assessments. Not only was my experience with Dr. Eiden positive, but the office went to bat… for me with insurance when they wanted to deny coverage for the assessment.

My Daughter had service I would say from the age 2 1/2 until she was old enough where we could manage her structured adjusted lifestyle At around the age of six. Now at the age of 15 she is on the national honor Society… and doing exceptional work in the community along with the Lincoln dance team and advanced in music and the arts. I think if it wasn’t for the in-home Therapy we did she wouldn’t be where she is now. For that I’m forever grateful.

Have gone myself. Have referred friends and family. I trust them not only for myself but my family. Professional, caring, and proactive. 5 stars every time - scheduling, billing, counseling, spot on and top notch in… every way!

Very unprofessional and disorganized . Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner and sometimes, not returned at all. At times, if staff is absent or leaves early, no one calls to tell clients that appointments are… cancelled. No clear strategies or goals seem to be in place for any programming. No creativity or innovation.

After having a horrible experience trying to obtain my child from my ex for his therapy session, causing me to be late, and already feeling upset, and anxious after being screamed at by my ex, the therapist then gave me… an attitude and scolded me for being late, in the snobbish voice " You're 10 minutes late. You're appointment was for 2:30" without asking why I was upset, crying.... I never asked for more time, I didn't demand anything. Just the time we had left. After letting her know exactly what had just happened, I had my kids promptly exit the building with me. I never returned. That behavior didn't scream safe place to me or my kids. No understanding.

I'm in Oshkosh and they are one of the only places that offer autism testing for adults (and get you in VERY quickly!). Dr. Brown at the Green Bay location is awesome. I'm usually not comfortable with men but I felt… very comfortable with him. I 100% recommend this place and Dr. Brown!

Marissa in Central WI is amazing. She's professional, friendly, and clearly loves what she does and that passion shows in her work with families. Dr. Todd is also personable and empathic in addition to being intelligent… and creative when it comes to assisting families with diverse behavioral needs!

Unorganized and not understanding. Very pushy staff and rude. Wouldn't recommend. I suggest WEAP instead they are a great company and are much more organized. Whether you are looking to find a company to work for or… needing therapy for your child. Many people have quit from Phoenix and also changed company's to WEAP and honestly it's the best decision. I promise you won't be disappointed with Weap!
