this is the worst clinic ive ever been a part of, staff is berating, appointments are constantly canceled. if you want help, stay far away from this "practice"

I see Dr Polly and she's great! I highly recommend her.

Frequently wait half an hour or more for my appointments or the provider doesn't show up at all and it is blamed on the system. When I call in to see if my appointment is still happening, it's a ten minute wait or more.… Then if the provider is late you have to reschedule. Their message says they are experiencing a higher than call volume every time I call in so I can only imagine it's because everyone else is calling in to see if their provider is going to show up as well. 🤷

A little expensive on just Medicare but such awesome help it’s well worth it!

They are amazing and fast to get help with depression and anxiety and etc

Nystrom & associates was great about getting me in to see someone for my medications almost immediately. A message sent Friday to them requesting an appt got me seen on Monday morning. I was quickly given a referral for… counseling. Where they matched me with someone who can take my insurance, will do telehealth, deal with dual diagnosis patients and was able to get me a provider who can fit me in to get schedule relatively soon. So many great qualities to have in one place! I feel I'm on a path for success now! Do thank you Nystrom & Associates!!

Paul Brown was was an excellent coach for me. Everyone there is so Helpful.

I felt she listened and helped me understand what and why I am feeling. Looking forward to more appointments so I can work on myself to do and feel better.

My first visit with Paul was positive. He asked pertinent questions and took detailed notes while maintaining friendly eye contact. I look forward to future sessions with Paul!

I got one provider, Sarah Lee, who would not do all that she can to ensure the patient's medication is covered by insurance. Insurance requires refill for 90 days. Sarah Lee insisted on not writing for 90 days. She… couldn't care less if the patient has to pay cash. On a Friday she worked from home, even too lazy to call patient (or pharmacy) to understand the issue. Thumbs down.

I was able to get seen within days. My therapist is amazing and I feel very comfortable with her and am looking forward to my next sessions to help me continue to heal.
