These guys are by far the best in the upstate. The medical staff and counselors are professional, non-judgmental and very friendly. There's a comfortable atmosphere and a feeling these people actually care about their… patients.
Im ,very happy with this facility, I switched to this facility around 3 months ago, from my former facility that I've been at 6 1/2 years the transition was great and not a pain.
The absolute one stop for all your recovery needs, caring individuals there for you and not their paycheck. Councilors that care more about you and go even farther to make sure all your needs are met not just to… medicate and send you on your way but seeing that your mental health needs are met going as far as to send you to a facility that can accommodate you the program director is a delight he goes above and beyond all expectations... this place is the place to try if you're looking for help and you truly want help and you truly want to change this is a place for you. If your not serious about your recovery dont just come for the medications...your part of the problem when it comes to the stigma put on life saving facilities such as this one. Just stay away and keep doing what your doing because some people truly want to change and deserve the chance
Just started my medical treatment here and I loved it and I absolutely love the staff and drs here and treatment options are incredible! The facility is amazing and so kind when you start treatment they help do all… paperwork and explain the options and all it’s amazing I really appreciate all they are doing for me and my family! God bless them if u need help w treatment options please contact them and or walk in 5am-10am
Worst turn over rate you can imagine. Wait time is unbelievable. Do not go with the expectations that'll you'll ever be in and out. They have no rush at all. On top they are training some new nurse every day/week… because they can't ever keep anyone. I arrive an hour ahead of time and I still wait more than 30-45 min every time. It' gets to the point where you realize they don't respect you or your time ..they treat you like an addict and the blame will always be on you. Not them.
I have been going here for over a year and found this place because something unfortunate occurred and we relocated from Mi.They care about their patients more than the facility I went to for many years and due to not… going to NA groups or joining a church but this clinic put me right on by weekly after verifying my drops and I’m now on monthly something that other clinics refuse to do even if your clean! So if you’re struggling please reach out to this amazing, safe facility! They also offer other MAT meds as well!My hubby was on subs and I’m on methadone but it was so nice going to the same place instead of different places!!I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this wonderful place!
I love the staff at Crossroads of Greenville. I honestly get so much out of my conversations with the girl who checks you in, I feel she would make an amazing counselor. The Program Director is always positive and… cheerful. The nursing staff always go above and beyond to ensure my treatment/ medical needs are met. (I haven't been the easiest patient so that says a lot) Lastly, my counselor M.J. has been helpful and kind. The only wish I have, is that there would be more help with transportation services. Apart from that, I am very pleased.
In general this is a good facility. My issue is with every new group of employees, they change or add rules or processes that really have no appreciable effect on anything other than irritating the patients who already… follow the rules.
Disgusting, care managers and clinic do not care about you
Crossroads has been an amazing place for me. The counselors are very supportive of recovery and the individuals needs. The nurses and other staff are great!! (Professional but friendly and empathic.) The front desk… people and the Director are pretty awesome too and aways willing to work with snd listen to the clients. The doctor really listens and provide provides care according to the needs of the individual. I love Crossroads !!!
Crossroads Treatment Center goes above and beyond to ensure your experience.
I’ve never felt more supported in my recovery. I’m so glad I came here!
Love this place. Great staff. Great place.
I love comming here this place changed my life for the better. I came in feeling like my life was going no we’re and now I am excelling in life work and am in a much happier place . I want to say thank you to Peter… Tyler Kiki and Faith all of u help me take back my life and I am the happiest I have ever been. So thank you. To anyone who wants to get their life back from addiction walking in those doors is the best thing you can do when u feel lost in addiction
I love Crossroads and love all the people my treatment there has really been a journey but I have had help the whole way ! Love these guys
Ya know? Even though you have an addict looking for help and then this place comes along with big promises of recovery...Hallelujah!! But then you're hooked on on a 2yr plan of being hooked on methadone (government… sanctioned opoids)! Only cause it's safer than street drugs!? Totally agree, but your not helping the problem! You showed me today that you're only out for the income, not the cause!!!
I love this place methadone really works. if your tired of feeling sick all the time this is the way to go.
From the first day I walked into crossroads, I felt cared for. To start the program director Peter, immediately came and spoke with me. I had just lost my husband to suicide a week before. He sat with me and was genuine… with his caring demeanor and all the while knowing that he probably had plenty of other things to do, he chose to stay with me while I cried and grieved until I went back to get assessed. Not to mention the sweet receptionist April is kind and always inquisitive to my life, kids, dating, work etc. Also the Doc, Pharmacist at dispensing , the Nurse are all like they have known me years. My case manager/counselor Faith, and peer counselor Julie, They are ALL absolutely amazing and beautiful people. They truly care about you as a person~ & Not just sobriety, bc feeling heard, understood, and cared for with compassion, not just sympathy for your struggle but empathy....truly Makes such a difference in your road to treatment for dependency or addiction. I thank God every day for the circle of hearts and souls that cared for me from my 1st day til now. I absolutely love them and they don't treat you like a number or a worthless addict, they treat you like family with 0 judgement and 200% LOVE !
Been going to Crossroads for years. I have no complaints! As long as you do what your supposed to and follow rules.
Compared to almost every methadone/Suboxone treatment center in the upstate, Crossroads by far has treated me the best! you can have a very personal experience here if you want. The counselors try to get to know you and… will help you with anything you need help with and there’s not a bad one in the bunch! I love everyone that works at this place. I’ve been going here for four years, and I even moved over an hour away and I still drive here because I will go Nowhere else!shout out to all the pharmacist, every counselor, all my nurses, and the new program Director! My counselor is Daryl has always went above and beyond for me and everyone. He rocks. This is a great place if anyone needs help please come here and give them the benefit of the doubt and I can almost guarantee you if you put your effort in they will help you every way they can!
This is a very good place and all the staff is nice and they have some Awesome counselors that care about us and that takes the time to try and help us!!! Mandy our dosing nurse is Awesome and does a great job dosing us… and I give a big shout out to her as she don't have no other nurses helping her she's doing it by her self!!:) The pharmacists are Awesome and work very hard!:)
Very nice staff and clean environment i truly recommend this place to everyone in need.
