Deadra at the barrow street office for VA is down right rude.
This place has been TERRIBLE so far. First, good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. They cancelled my first appointment, which took 3 weeks of giving me the runaround to even make. On 3 different occasions… they’ve been supposed to call me back and never call then won’t answer the phone either.
Very good people and service here, could not ask for better from the VA

Dr. Bowen and Staff are in this for the right reasons. I've never had an issue here. So helpful and people oriented. Love this place.
Probably the only VA where your not going to die. Excellent workers who know the veterans and pay attention to them. Can be a little slow but not slow like other VA clinics or hospitals. So im not gonna knock a star off.
