Mike S. Has been a great help with supporting me! He is always quick to respond when I need help. It's nice to have someone flexible to help be to be the best me.

Unnamed female receptionist is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Additionally, Valley Behavioral Health lost my documents and I spent multiple weeks making phone calls and coming in person trying to locate them.… These documents were supposed to be sent to the court and Valley Behavioral Health failed to due so despite having everything completed on my end. I went through another organization for my evaluation who did not loose the documents and sent them to the court immediately. There's ONE helpful human working in the children's department who tirelessly tried to assist me despite the fact it wasn't her job. Thank you Stacy!

I absolutely love Valley Behavorial. They always been there for me. Even when I slipped up a few times, they never belittled me or gave up on me. Mike, is my therapist and he also helped me with my past PTSD situations.… He talked me through it and how to not stress about it anymore. Plus the people here are really friendly. I highly recommend Valley.

they seemed wonderful at first as long as they were getting paid. when my Medicaid ran out they straight cut me off of all my medication & counseling . They refused to even let me speak to anyone and the manager of the… operation told me to no longer call and bother them, that there was nothing they could do if I couldnt pay for services. without taperering me off of my medications or any counseling to help me deal with the sudden lack of 4 different medications. Fell into the depths of depression, anxiety, anger issues and ptsd. As a result I lost my home, my job, my friends, my family & myself. Don't trust these people they will drop you like a bad habit as soon as they can no longer make money off you.

I absolutely love my experience with valley mental health, they were always so reliable and so patient and understanding. Anytime anyone around me mentions therapy I recommend this place. Nicole and Shelly both always… go above and beyond and there’s never been a time where I’ve felt like they haven’t actually cared. I feel like I wouldn’t have graduated highschool if it weren’t for them motivating me and pushing me. 10/10

I have been involved with Valley Behavioral health for a little over 2 years now. When I started treatment for drug addiction I was lost and all over the place as far as mental health and my day to day life in general.… Thanks to the staff and a couple therapists, as well as my fellow peers that suffer with the disease of addiction. Without the combination of everyone and their advice and vulnerability, this place truly saved my life.

My kids do respite every Saturday and absolutely love it! And the person that does it is absolutely phenomenal she is always willing to help out in anyway possible! She has definitely become a huge support for my family… and even part of our family!

I've been with this facility for years/since I moved to Utah, they helped me so much, even thru covid and up until I had to part with my therapist due to work and other things. The respite program was what helped me the… most, the leader I had was also the head of the respite program, Shelly was a big part in my life, even up untill now, she inspired me to keep going and soon I'm going to be in college for cosmetology. She and the whole valley program helped me through my bad moments, and celebrated my good ones. Thank you for all the help to be who I am today. -love, kai

Per my kids they really like this place.. they make counseling fun while teaching them ways to control their struggles... Alll employees are fabulous very friendly helpful not judgemental very understanding..They teat… you like your a person not "just another patient/client". I highly recommend this place at least the kid side and Respit group!!! Thanks Shelly, Marcus, Stacey and Brijet😁👍

Respite has been so much fun for my grandkids. They look forward to doing their activities every Saturday. Shelly is the absolute best, she is always going out of her way to help out. She is very good with the kids and… they respect her. Couldn't ask for a better person in that position.

My daughter has been a patient of valley for about 4 years now. Her counciler has helped her overcome so many things in the last few years from finding helpful redirection of her anger and anxiety to just having someone… to talk to about her problems and finding healthy solutions to them. They even went out of their way to help my kiddo be apart of some free programs to help her channel her boredom into something good instead of going to pick on her siblings for entertainment. Highly recommend them to anyone.

valley is amazing and their m-cot program is absolutely so beneficial and I love my son's therapist his name is Dennis

I would like to give a shout out to Valley Behavioral Health. My family has been involved with Valley Behavioral Health for around 17 years now. Their Love and dedication to their clients is outstanding. My children… have been very fortunate to have the help and support of the staff at Valley. Without them I know my family wouldn’t be where we are today. They go above and beyond to help the kids feel loved and are very supportive to parents as well. Always keeping communication open and taking time for each one of their clients individual needs and beyond helping with their clients families needs also if needs be. They offer respite groups which give the kids a break from their every day and offers support from their peers. Their activities are always fun and creative. My children also attend Hero group. Where they learn about important ways to handle life situations, coping skills, emotions, feelings, social skills and communication. They periodically host events for clients that are fun and family friendly.The staff makes it easy to make appointments in person or virtually. I fully recommend Valley Behavioral Health. They are there for their clients like no other clinic I have been too.

This places helped me and my bf turn our lives around. We couldn't have done it with out Randall and the rest of Valley

Valley Behavioral in Tooele has been such a huge part of our lives in the last several years. They have provided, and are still providing, one on one counseling to both my grandchildren and have provided some family… counseling as well. Both are involved in respite with Shelly and Marcus. This is a great fun activity time each week for them and they love it. My daughter also completed her drug treatment and was using Valley Behavioral in Tooele to help get her treatment classes all in. She has been clean for 2 years now and we know we can call Valley Behavioral for support any time. Thank you for helping us when we needed it the most :)

I have had great experiences at this facility and the staff has been so sweet. They remember my kids names and personalities everytime we go in. They also have an amazing respite group therapy for all ages. It has been… such a fun way for my kids to relax and see they're not alone in different life situations.

I really like valley behavioral health they not only do my mental health needs but my children as well. Anyone working with my kids are very patient and kind.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. They offer some great programs like respite. My kids really love it!

Valley has been a huge part of me getting my life back together and on the right track. I wasn't exactly ready or wanting to at first but because they were so willing to accept and work with me made it easy for me to… finally understand it was the right time and the right place to make the changes I needed to. This place is amazing everyone. There is about helping you. They are, they're awesome. They're nice. I have trust issues along with AD HD and stuff. And I would recommend you giving this place a shot. Out of all the… places and people I've been to so far.I like this one the most.That's because they got good people that worked there.Don't listen to what other people say.You need to experience it yourself and you'll see what I mean

The women in pediatric registration needs to be more respectful and kind to customer. I believe customer service is what keeps your customers coming back to your company over time and creates good and positive… connections. The way she welcomes patients is sad. Some people just need to have empathy and treat people with love and respect. The therapist was great on the other hand!

They don't care about you don't waste your time.

Just got my wife put in jail because they are incompetent and couldn't get the paperwork to the judge they are very judgmental and the minute you walk through that door you are judged by them the place should be closed… down

Valley Behavioural Health has been an amazing part of my life I'm happy with both of my providers Keep up the Good Work!!!
