This place sucks. The "doctor" i saw wouldn't fill my hydrocodone for some reason. I need those meds just to function. His cold demeanor, really made me
Left a review a year ago, was mad about not being able to be seen cause I lost my coverage at the time. Noticed it when managing my account and wanted to address it. Since then they were able to see me again, one of the… therapists there David straight up will never know how much an impact he had on my life. Shout out to Brandon also, man was very insightful and knowledgeable. Gave me a current evaluation and tweaked things efficiently which has help get my life back together. This is a great place with great staff. Try not to get bent out of shape over the small health care industry B.S like I did.
Only good thing about this place is their psychologists. If your going for any other reason like someone to do med refills... Beware! Moment they become displeased they'll cancel your appointment and deny you… prescription refills for much needed psych meds. Regardless of how critical or urgent your current mental health is. If you do go there don't let your Medicaid lapse (as if we have any say if medicaid decides to have an issue) and don't expect them to be understanding of your work life balance. Reschedule too much or miss an appointment cause your employer forces you to stay even when you scheduled pto, or God forbid your a few minutes late (not past the 15 minute norm most offices go by) cause they sent you to a different building in another city. (Said building happens to have the same business name as multiple others also) They'll leave you hanging without an exit plan, referral, or medication to last till your newly established. Hope you enjoy feeling abandoned or cornered Into a mandatory psych hold or drastic action cause that's what this place will do to you.
They are great every time I've gone there I have had nothing but good experiences except this time I can't log in and I don't know how to login better than that they are awesome it's just a matter of me figuring out how… to get connected!!!
Insurance stopped paying for visits and instead of saying anything about my insurance no longer covering visits they charged $180 an hour for my 17 year old child to play with crayons... Never saw a change in behavior… from before or after therapy. If I could do less stars I would. Avoid at all costs!
Avoid service delivery from Justin Coombs, LCSW. While a client of his at Odyssey House, Justin imposed his values and view of the world on me rather than helping me discover my own. His obviously Mormon religion played… a central role in determining his course of treatment for his clients. He gave me back-handed complements such as "You're good at regurgitating things," as if I didn't have enough problems to deal with then and there, when he was frustrated or his day was not going well. I never felt heard or understood by him, only judged or disappointed in. I've come to learn through my own education that Justin is a liability rather than an asset in an environment where unconditional positive regard, humility, and objectivity are critical. Justin Coombs does more harm than good and obviously feels superior to his clients. He is not. You deserve better; sentiments echoed by several other clients.
Justin is an amazing therapist!! He listens and cares so much!! He gives you great input and great skills to use to make your life a better life!! He is awesome!!
Everyone is very professional and thoughtful of privacy but also friendly and kind.
For the past year I have been receiving excellent therapy services and med management from Wasach Behavioral Health. The staff are very courteous and kind. If I have any issues they are quickly resolved. Highly… recommend!
This is a great place to get help with all sorts of of problems I work with andrew, and David for different therapyies. My son works with andrew who really enjoys working with kids, and is very proactive about helping… thise he works with. David is great if you have any type of divorce or relationship problems, and he's great at cutting through the hard stuff and helping with all sorts of healing! I recommend this place to anyone who is really looking for great help.
❤️❤️❤️
Such an amazing experience! We love this place! Their therapists are so helpful and intuitive, and they are always able to find time quickly! We are so grateful to have such an amazing place in our area!
Wasatch has really helped me and my family in our time of need getting our lives together ❤❤❤
The therapists and psychiatrists here are very helpful and kind. The location is great but they are severely understaffed. There needs to be more variety in care and more providers. If they have to reschedule you, you… end up going months without being seen and that is unacceptable. Please hire more providers so patients can get the care they need.
Just don't call between 0:40-0:15. They're often too busy checking people in and out to answer calls. Great staff, great services. Wonderful people.
We love wmh. They are always friendly and our therapist is the best.
Very kind staff. The new building is also really nice, and at a great location. I would definitely recommend this office to those looking for a therapist.
I love Wasatch Mental Health and all the things they do to help people! The building is across the street from and a couple of blocks east of Mountain View Hospital on SR 198.
Nice new building, but the receptionist is very unprofessional and unorganized.
