The ladies at the desk really need to learn how to be helpful and curtious you represent Idaho... not all of us woman here are rude.
Ladies are so rude in the driver's license department not just to me but other customers as well walk away still not feeling like you got your questions answered and they make you feel like a complete idiot and you are… wasting their time. If they hate their job so much they should find a new one
Drivers license side are not very friendly Everyone has been very nice and helpful on the license plates and registration side
The lady that helped us get my son signed up for a driving permit was very quick and did a good job.
While in general, I feel that the Idaho DMV does a good job. However, someone went out of their way to make regerstering your vehicle online way to difficult. IMHO it should be no more difficult than making a hotel… reservation.
I like this DMV it's open on Friday I live in gooding and on Fridays it's NOT OPEN. and it's fast lines

Registered my California truck to Idaho. Had absolutely no problem I walked right up to the window got what I needed to complete the registration then came back, no waiting, and got it done. This was extremely easy… compared to California!
Who is the DMV to reject a notarized legal document?
I’ve visited many DMVs over the years but this DMV is by far the best! They get me in and out every time. My husband and I have visited multiple times over the last few years and have yet to wait in line for more than… 10 minutes. The staff is also very friendly! For a place that we all have to visit at one point or another, this place does a GREAT job at making it bearable!
Well I waited in line at least 30 minutes ... Then the documents with my name and address and social security card I had wasn't enough to prove who I am. That I am a resident of Idaho let alone an American born citizen!!
Worst service ever they will deny anything and everything like as if people don't have lives to live and life events going on.
