I had 90 days to start my classes and they terminated me after 60. I paid with my own money out of pocket and have written proof from them. They're a bunch of scammers. Do not use them use literally anyone else.

I was court ordered to go here for 12 sessions, the therapist would show up late, suggest I do more sessions for extra money, tried to get me to do extra classes unnecessarily for extra money of course, and I only had… to do 12, and now they told the courts I need to go see them more, now I gotta go see a judge this linty because of what they told the courts, they are unprofessional, they really don’t care about any of there clients, and will try & extract any amount of money they can from you, if you deny them they might even record your sessions like mine did with me, I’m afraid he might use it against me, what therapist has to record the session and make you talk about private stuff, this whole experience has cost me over $1500 and they are still trying to get more money from me, I’m not going ever again, also the therapist also lied to me on several occasions

I'm currently working with a therapist (Kimberly Landero)she is an amazing therapist she took the time to work with the court on my behalf when she really didn't have to. Kimberly has been a god sent for me, when I… first started therapy I was a very angry person . I've been in therapy for about 7mo now and I feel so much better. The angry person that I was is not the person that I am today. One day at a time I'm finding the person I was before a very traumatic event in my life. I would definitely recommend Kimberly Landero.

AVOID ABC THERAPY! They're a scam. They don't care about your mental health, they just want money. I was ordered by the court to have a substance abuse evaluation even though my charge had nothing to do with… drugs/alcohol. During my "evaluation" I stated that I don't do drugs and that I don't drink alcohol EVER. Which is 100% fact. Her response was to order me to go to meetings once every week, personal one-on-one therapy once a month, and subject to random urinalysis. FURTHERMORE, they tried to coerce me into sending the evaluation to the court 3 separate times, which I did not thanks to my attorney's advice. If they had sent it to the court, they would've had their way with me and right now I would be jumping through hoops that don't apply to me. All the while hemorrhaging money. If you are ordered by a court to undergo a substance abuse evaluation AVOID THIS PLACE.

All ABC counselors and Karla's ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space allowed me to open up and explore my thoughts and emotions. She listened attentively, providing valuable insights and practical strategies… to help me navigate through challenging situations. Her compassionate approach and empathetic nature made me feel understood and supported throughout the counseling process. Highly recommend to anyone in need of therapy.

The therapist I was assigned was unprofessional, uncaring and obviously wasn't prepared to handle any of the baggage I had. Her advice was outdated and unhelpful and she didn't even try making a connection with me at… all. The teen counseling here is horrible.

improper mental evaluations, they did not even do a proper mental assessment, was supposed to be in person but they just called me because they were too lazy to schedule an appointment and as soon as i said i was a… felon i immediately get 28 hrs of classes no matter what, didnt even care to ask me about my mental health just the fact im a felon is enough

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. A lot of them have years of experience in this field, and can help you through it if you ask. Desiree and Arnaldo are great facilitators and committed counselors.

This place is worthless. The people who work at the front desk are rude as ****. Only worried about making money not actually helping anybody. Avoid at all costs.

ABC Therapy has been my saving grace. I have been with my therapist since March 2016. Kimberley Landero has helped me with past and present trauma. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I received incredible care and support from the clinical psychologists on Staff at ABC therapy. Ali and Marty are the most amazing and supportive people who take the people who have sufferred from a bad situation and… change our lives . It's easy to slip into the system and become a statistic but to grow and become a better person is hard work and every week they open people up, get to the real issues and strive to make everyone in their class a better person. I'm grateful for my 26 weeks in their care. And I recommend this center for anyone

Horrible front office staff!!! They all have attitudes, won't return your phone calls and can't ever get it together when I comes to scheduling. Dwayne is the ONLY reason I gave more than 1 star.
