Albert Einstein Medical Center – Philadelphia Detox and Rehab Services
Albert Einstein Medical Center – Philadelphia appears on the register for residential treatment and intensive outpatient. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Albert Einstein Medical Center – Philadelphia Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 5501 Old York Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19141. This address falls in Philadelphia County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

The reply service is horrible
It was the worst a nightmare. Their place need to be closed down. It is so unprofessional anymore. Nasty not clean
It was HORRIBLE well certain doctors in neurology Treated me very bad did not try to make me comfortable. First five minutes of meeting me not discussing my care plan but accusing me of wanting narcotics made me feel… like it was Racial act and it would have been two of the heads of neurology for Albert Einstein, Jefferson. Upon exposing my work credentials. The first head of neurology, she decided to apologize and wanted to be friends and then offered me narcotics, which I’ve never asked for Not even the first time I thought she came to To do an assessment and go over my medication But that was not the case. Instead, I was accused of wanting oxycodone She says that you will not get a Narcotic I said ma’am, who asked for narcotic and what do you mean that people like how it make you feel I said like you describe that feeling And I asked what feeling Then she threatened to discharge me…………. There is much more to this story But let’s just say When I exposed who I worked for she became my friend, so she wanted to be. She asked me not to report her. She wanted to give me all the pain medication I wanted, which I never asked or wanted………………. so much more to this visit the hospitalization at Einsteini will Never Ever go to Einstein again if I pass out at their front door, do not take me in there YES SCOOP ME AND RUN PLEASE AND THANK YOU.I Do not have no more confidence in the neurology department at this hospital. I REPORTED THIS AND I AM DEFINITELY TAKING THIS MATTER AND SITUATION TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT ANS SINCE I DIDNT FEEL SAFE, and I felt it was racial actions I may need to do a consultation you know what I believe I will. I feel every one need to be careful at this hospital.
I was treated very well at Einstein Everyone there did an amazing job.
I was given proper medical care in the ER and medical treatment in the Observation Room.
Amazing staff, Dr’s, nurses, restaurant staff, cleaning staff etc. the best treatment, I have no words to describe how satisfied I am, they saved my finance's life.
Dr Leighton and the entire oncology team are all professional, personable and caring. They genuinely are concerned about you and your wellbeing.
Very professional and efficient!
My experience with you guys was extremely well i thank the hole team job well done
They don't answer their calls, they don't properly check you in, they are so fantastic at taking your money but actually doing anything in regards of getting you to someone to talk to or directing you to a doctor for an… appointment. I hate this place.
Very Poor poor poor customer service to the doctors. Very poor communication from the staffing to patients every one is so rude. There medical records department , picks up & then immediately hang up the call on you… after waiting about 20mins to speak with a representative. Once leaving the review it seems as though automated message responded with phone number that no one answered . After leaving several messages I still have not received any form of communication back with the hospital . Every representative you speak with seems to be irritated and for some reason you can’t get hold of s supervisor. Once again I would never suggest anyone to attend let alone end up at this hospital. They truly do send you here to die because not only are there employees lack urgency so do the staff that work the desk. I would not advise even a dying animal to come here because they just might unalive you
4 stars, because the doctors office was so hard to get to. Directions we were given didn’t help much. My doctor was excellent and the staff were very good. Very satisfied.
Staff and Doctor was great very friendly professional and informative. My only issue was wait time which was about a hour. But I guess that’s expected when visiting doctors office
