I LOVE EVERYONE THERE. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO JOIN IF YOU NEED HELP GETTING OFF OF OPIOIDS AND MAKE BETTER CHOICES FOR YOUR FUTURE YOU WONT GO WRONG COMING HERE.THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY TAKE MEDICAID AND MEDICARE.… WHEN APPROVED THEY HAVE GRANTS TO HELP YOU IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS.. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE BLESSING TO MY HUSBAND AND I. IF YOU ARE READY TO QUIT AND GET YOUR LIFE BACK ON TRACK THEY TOO CAN BE A HUGE BLESSING TO YOU. INTAKE IS ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY ONLY. BE THERE WHEN THEY OPEN WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION OR PAPER WORK...CALL AHEAD TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT THEY ARE DOING INTAKE THAT DAY. THEIR DOSING HOURS ARE 6AM-11AM ONLY. CANT BE LATE ......AGAIN....EVERYONE HERE IS SO NICE AND SWEET. THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND DONT JUDGE YOU. THEY UNDERSTAND
I absolutely hands down love Cynthia! She is always there to greet you with a smile and a laugh. Kirstie is just adorable and my Favorite counselor on earth! And Lindsey is The best Nurse ever! I love these 3 ladies and… they definitely Angels on Earth!
I called to inquire about daily dosing telehealth with my insurance. The worker who spoke with me, seemed irritated by my questions. No education of the CMOs that the State of GA medicaid offers. So when I told my CMO,… I was immediately met with, "We only take medicaid." And tried to turn me away. After I explained my CMO is MEDICAID, then I was told I couldn't do intake without being 100 percent out of medicine. For patients that go bi weekly, or monthly, this isn't something accessible when wanting to do a transfer. Theyre have been instances where a doctor didn't show, and intake transfer didnt happen, but I still had my last takhome. I felt like every question I had was met with an excuse of a reason for me not to transfer. Im a successful patient with 11 years under my belt, I have never felt like trash for wanting to use my health insurance.
Saved my life!!!
Millie is absolutely amazing! MAT saved me & my sons life, I will forever be grateful for my time at alliance and how MAT has helped my recovery. I am tapering off, but I am almost at a year clean in 2 weeks! I am very… grateful for the people at Alliance. Esp the Athens location.
I went here today to get help for my addiction and told them that I was at the verge of dying and going out and doing something really stupid. I have been on a prescription and also been on MAT before with this exact… prescription didn't even show up in the drug test is how low the dose was. I should have just lied but I was trying to do the right thing and that got me absolutely nowhere and there was no remorse or anything that I was going to end up or possibly dying because I told them I was about to go out and do something really stupid using wise. They told me too bad. So they would rather you just die then monitor you and make sure that you're safe even though you've already proved and confirmed that you would be on that medication and all they have to do is observe you and it's not illegal to do it they just didn't give a crap or want to put the effort in to monitor me. I do not recommend going here because they did not have any empathy or sympathy for me or my life.
Always such a pleasant experience every time I visit Alliance. Not one negative thing I could say.
I love ARC and the staff!

5 stars for the employees here! It's evident that it's more than just a pay check for them..they actually care about the success of their clients and they do all that they can to set us up for success, not failure!! The… journey of recovery can be a difficult one, but with people like this in our corner, it makes it a hell of a lot better. Thank you!!

There are so many good things i could say about this place. The lady at the window, Cynthia is very nice. All of the staff are nice. This place has been life changing for me an I would 10/10 recommend!! I love how when… I come in everyone in has learned me and about me and even tho they take case notes, they remember details about me personally. Alliance definitely picked the right team to work in this building & I am so so grateful for growth I have achieved in life thru this place!!
They helped me so much with my addiction with counseling and medication. If I didn't find alliance when I did I would of been homeless and deeper in my addiction I know I would of. This place do not discriminate against… Noone. They treat us with respect .
Very sweet and friendly staff it a wonderful place to go to get help with ur recovery.

Constant HIPAA violations at the Decatur location
Alliance Recovery Center saved my life. I was addicted to painkiller's and Benzo's. Addiction is one of the hardest obstacles that I've had to tackle. Without the team at Alliance I wouldn't have been able to beat my… pill addiction. You'll not regret giving Alliance a call to get started on your way to a happy and sober lifestyle. #recovery#ain'teasy#soberlife#staystrong#ilovemypeopleatalliance
I wanna say that this place has been amazing!! Alliance has literally been life changing in the most positive ways for me! For starters the compassion they show the true care for a addict who is seeking help not… judgemental ever!! For the counseling that I have received that has helped me on pathways to finally believing I am someone I am worth the good that I never thought I deserved!! For giving me my smile back!! I now have a smile that when I look at myself I have confidence again they got me my teeth and that in itself was life changing!! There has been nothing but improvement in my life since I stepped into the doors!! The assistance and resources that they have given me I could go on and on and on..I have felt acceptance love and have made friends and met some amazing people.. when I walk in there in the mornings I'm greeted with positive vibes and if I'm not me they notice and grab me quickly to say ""hey bud you need to talk"" and that is important to me cause it shows me they no when I'm struggling and because they wanna see me succeed and make it there taking time to make sure I'm ok!! Being a addict is hard and when you start recovery it's scary but they have helped me to build a network and lean into resources and put tools into my toolbox of life to keep me going in the right direction and that if I need them there def there!! Thank you alliance for everything!!!!
Jorden paid my dosing fee at the Decatur location so hopefully this location has counselors that will pay the dosing fee for other patients. Just passing it on!!!
I came here to this location because of the nice-nasty nurse named katie at the Decatur location. Although the staff aren’t the friendliest, thankfully, this location has FREE government SUBSIDY, food grants (FREE… FOOD), FREE dental care, FREE housing, an UNLIMITED food pantry and hygiene supplies; plus FREE gas cards and they will pay your legal fees too (at the Conyers and Decatur location too). I love it here!!!
