They were unable to help me. After paying the required fee of $112.00, speaking with various doctors, waiting for about an hour or more, they informed me they could not help me, as I was using a drug called “7-OH”… (hydroxymitragynine) which is derived from Kratom, since it wasn’t technically a “real opioid”. So yeah, I zipped up my coat, requested to get an immediate refund, and left the clinic. I went back to the shop and bought more 7-OH. I am currently still in active addiction, and it is wearing off as I type this. They might be helpful if you use heroin, Fentanyl, or Oxys, but personally, I was not able to receive any sort of help, whatsoever. Thankfully, I reached out to my PNP later on, and got clonidine for my withdrawals. So if you use any of these “grey area” opioids, (7-OH, Tianeptine, etc), unfortunately, due to government regulations, you are not taken seriously. I hope the FDA changes their policy soon, since I am seeing people’s stories far worse off than mine. (Hundreds of milligrams per day)

I called on Monday to make an intake appointment. I spoke with Ray he was so friendly over the phone. He said I could come on Tuesday for the intake. I felt so welcomed and they really cared about treating you. Irene… was the counselor I did the intake with. She's great! Everyone is met was very caring and pleasant. Everybody's super nice professional

This place was amazing. While visiting in Maryland I had to stay extra days. When I called Another way Ray was not only helpful and professional, but he directed me as to what I needed for a courtesy dose. When I… arrived, I was seen right away, the staff made sure I had all of the appropriate paperwork and I was able to get what I needed until the end of my stay. From Ray, to the nurses, and the staff who I came in contact with, my anxiety was eased and I was able to take care of my mother without stressing about medication. I am very thankful!! 🙏🏽

Another Way has been a huge part of my recovery. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff members at Another Way are knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. I appreciate the… time they take to talk and listen to me. After I walk through the door Another Way has, at times, felt like therapy. There is a sense of community support in the group sessions as well. I truly believe that the staff have been a part of the reason that I have stayed clean all this time (11+ years). Overall, I highly recommend Another Way to anyone seeking compassionate care and support in their recovery journey. The team’s commitment to helping individuals overcome addiction is commendable.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. Your dose will NEVER get stabilized if they can help it. They drop doses in half at the drop of a dime. The nurses are rude. Seriously just save… your time. I have never been to such a poorly run clinic.

This is by far the worst place I've been. The lack of involvement my the director is crazy and the general disrespect by the staff is mind blowing.these people are spossed to be there to help you.insted you are talked… to like a child and disrespected and turned away mostly on a personal level of how that staff member feels about you.i was there 4min late one time and already in the building then was told im sorry you late its 10:04 what do you want me to do. Unbelievable and when you try to explain or ask for a grievance form you are told leave before they call the cop's. Do your self a favor and go to another clinic because you will want to use more then after knowing you have to deal with this on a daily

Worst clinic. Absolute garbage they drop doses due to missing veterans day. I got no calls from counselor and they don't even have a counselor that has contacted me almost the entire time I've been in there program.… Highly recommend you look for another clinic if you really want to get clean. This place is literally a legal drug dealer. The clients outside are offering to sell dope it's really just a mess. If your looking to sell your doses by all means go here because they do not care!!!!. YOUR ONLY A POLICY' NUMBER HERE. AVOID AT ALL COST AND THEY CHARGE THE MOST IN THE ENTIRE AREA FOR DOSES.THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE FOR MISSED DAYS AND AGAIN ABSOLUTELY NO COUNSELOR HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ME IN THE YEAR IVE BEEN THERE. THEY HAVE CAUSED MULTIPLE RELAPSE DUE TO MY COUNSELOR NOT CONTACTED ME ON THERE OFF DAYS OR EMERGENCY CLOSINGS THAT LEFT ME IN SEVERE WITHDRAWALS... AVOID IF YOUR TRYING TO GET CLEAN

The lady on Saturday was very nice and helpful but the man that was at front desk on Friday was rude and terrible! Was around the blocking looking for this place for 30 minutes not only that but he refused to Tell me… where the place is after he told me my documents are not sent if I found the place on time I would have called my councelor and tell hi. To send it ur takes only few second to hit the send button but no he refused to explain where the place is! Terrible! I travel for work and I can’t be in another state frustrated by front desk personal since they not the nurses! It’s across the public storage small parking lot

I really really really love that program another way the staff was unbelievably professional very nice Debbie was the greatest the only is a good dude too I wish I never had to leave but I had to leave because I can't… be on the same program that your girls on when you going through a breakup so I couldn't be there any longer but I did learn a lot and it did help me get clean so thank you very much

Place saved my life as well. If you think or looking for drugs in the parking lot then your not serious about your treatment and shouldn't go here. Been a patient there for years and it really was what I needed to get… clean.

I know one thing. They saved my life...It's a pretty nice clinic...
