Deb brown is such a helpful, attentive counselor. Fortunate enough to make the right decision choosing ACS, and then to be even more fortunate to have Deb. She was educational, understanding, and felt like she always… had a good grasp on when to be stern, when to be kind, and when to just be there.

I can’t say enough good things about Assessment & Counseling Solutions. Every member of the staff has been warm, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout my time here. My counselor, Debbie Brown, has been… absolutely incredible. Her guidance and compassion helped me through some very difficult chapters in my life, and I’m truly grateful for her steady support and insight. I also want to thank David Y, who has always been encouraging and uplifting every time I’ve interacted with him. And the front desk staff deserves recognition as well. They make scheduling so easy and always return calls quickly, which I really appreciate. Overall, this place has been a lifeline for me. Highly recommended to anyone looking for real support and caring professionals.

I wanted to thank the staff at acs. From start to finish on a court ordered program from a dwi I had gotten , they were the best. Deb was a bright light in my world that needed not only sobriety but a better… understanding of who I was and who I am now now. Over 11/2 years of caring and knowledge is what I received. As a 60 year old man I thought I had all the answers. This program and the guidance opened my eyes to enjoy life and with recovery how to help myself and others. Me and my family are forever grateful ! I would recommend them strongly for help with recovery amd mental awareness.

I'm grateful to ACS for the counseling services they provide. Debbie B. & Rick Z. were very helpful through the toughest times of alcoholism learning about a life of sobriety. They were very helpful with all your… questions and gave you different ways to solve problems you may have. They were always available for you and I will always be grateful for them. They provided great group counseling, exceptional one on… one counseling, and easy access from the comfort of your home via Zoom. They were great to work with and handled every question I had with ease and kindness. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and care! I will celebrate three years of continuous sobriety on July 26, 2025. You all helped keep me on track and striving towards my goals. Highly Recommend ACS!

I worked with the counselors there for the last year and a half. They helped me through many things and were excellent and caring.I highly recommend them.

The staff at ACS, specifically Deb and Bill, are highly professional and empathetic people who truly are looking out for your best interest. If you find yourself in a position when you need assistance with alcohol or… drug dependency, there isn’t a group of more caring people who could help guide your way down the path of recovery.

I have nothing but the greatest praise and commendation for the structure and professionalism of all personnel and staff of ACS. They provide a comprehensive and compassionate approach to working with individuals… experiencing problems with addiction and substance abuse. The excellence of their provided services truly distinguishes them from any other programs in existence.

Everyone was really nice when I first went to this office. Never had I been here before. I have a case with children’s division and I get sent for random drug testing a couple times a month. I was up in the St. Louis… area the day I was asked to test and my DFS caseworker had asked me to go test here. The following week my caseworker tells me I had a presumptive positive for fentanyl. Which I know 100 percent is false. I explained to my caseworker how I was told by my dr that a confirmation needs to be done because the methadone I am on can throw off false positives for fentanyl. My caseworker told me when speaking with assessment and solutions they told her that was not possible… I insisted on doing a confirmation anyways (and in the meantime went and paid for a hair follicle and everything came back negative). It’s now been 10 days since the confirmation was asked to be done and I still haven’t heard back. Now I don’t wanna to talk badly about this place bc like I stated earlier I had what seemed like a pleasant experience when being there and testing. But then my caseworker informs me that this place said it was very unlikely that my presumptive positive result was a false positive…..?? Very upsetting bc I know I have not relapsed , and what sucks is this test result has now prevented me from seeing my daughter

This place is filled with people who care. Its refreshing. Doesn't matter what the problem is, they have a solution. Highly Recommend.

Bill is a tremendous counselor and human being. I highly recommend his agency. This is also a great place to get your DUI assessment along with counseling for the courts.

I feel like everyone should call and get setup with assessment and counseling solutions they are awesome and super easy to deal with very professional and if your struggling with some things Bill is an amazing Councler… and after you speak with him I’m telling you you’ll feel a million times better he is very kind and asked appropriate questions without passing judgment they are great with prices I will always recommend this place to anyone that asks don’t look anywhere else they are the people to call❤️

This assessment and counseling establishment has done more than helped me turn my life around. They’ve taught me How to be a better version of myself and counseled me with genuine care. They’re sympathetic and truly… want the best for every “patient.” Wether you’re here to just get your License back or you’re assessed with bigger issues, for me it has been the best education and self evaluation of Addiction and disease. I highly suggest their services to anyone looking for a counseling and assessment Place. It’s been worth every dime for my situation. ; )
