If you haven’t listened to American Alchemy episode with Jordan Jozak regarding his time here you absolutely must. There are more than meets the eye type things going on there .

My Daughter had a evaluation in October 2025. And I still haven't not gotten her results. I had her evaluated to see if she had autism and they still have gave me no results and they evaluated her back in October.
I have another great experience here, I walked in anxious, and left with a huge smile! Front desk reception was SOOOOO INVITING when I left out! Dr. Clemons, is a wonderful dentist! These guys are absolutely wonderful!!… Thank you for the incredible service!!!! I will be back again!!!! I was not able to come back for two years, because of insurance issues, and I refused to see any other dentist! I strongly recommend 😁
Doctor's are really nice and they listen and help with everything with your child. The checking in staff was also very helpful and showing us where to go in the hospital.

If i could give 0 i would. Had my son scheduled in 10/25 for an autism assessment. The appt was strange and off-putting a not at all what I was led to believe the process would be and was told at the end of a 45 minute… meeting that my son was NOT autistic. I spoke again with the dr about how he wasn't actually evaluated and no one has spoken to his teachers or caregivers and it was only the dr's opinion (not based on dsm-5 criteria) that went off an informal meeting. We were then rescheduled for the assessment in 2/26 in Which THE SAME THING was done again by the SAME Dr and he again "determined" he was not autistic. When I complained I was told this was NOT an assessment and just a way to "rule out autism". When I asked why we were told BOTH times it as an actual evaluation and why they would set us up for the same appt twice we were told the Dr said we were free to go somewhere else. Why a joke. They obviously don't care about autistic children

Staff physically assaulted three autistic students. They unfortunately hire staff that clearly are not qualified for the roles they are put in. If you value honest care, this place should not be trusted.
Friendly atmosphere
Went for an autism screening for my son and the provider took it to a political level. I’m here to get my son healthcare not for a political charged opinion. On top of that they charged me a specialist copayment and… refuse to refund it, even after my health insurance advised how the claim processed and to issue a refund. Will never step foot back in this place. Religion and politics do not belong in healthcare.

I can only speak to the dental center as thats the only service I have used there. The entire dental staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. that alone makes the experience great. The dentist that I see is… great, has excellent "bedside manner" and makes everything very painless in my experience
