Promesa Inc – Buffalo Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Promesa Inc – Buffalo providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

Addiction and mental health are worked on at the same time here. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Promesa Inc – Buffalo Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 254 Virginia Street, Buffalo, New York, 14201. Buffalo sits in Erie County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Overall my experience has been life changing for the better. I have met some of the most smart, amazing, supportive people that I ever met in my life. The support and comfort they provided for me and my children really… changed my heart. Every client matters to them, I have been through so much to the point where Hispanics united were the only people in my corner. I will never be able to thank them enough. Very Polite, patient, empathetic, resilient, trustworthy, client centric, dependable overall exceptional services. can't thank them enough ❤️

I have a friend who goes to this location she has been given a hard time by one of the security guards she was very upset by his behavior towards her because she spoke to one of the other clients I have to be honest I… don't know the policy on when they get their meds but I believe he was rude to her and could have handle the situation better I believe the issue needs to be addressed because she came out in tears 😢. I understand security needs to do their job but they should also be respectful of the clients. But on a positive note the counselor nurses do a great job

One girl at the front was very polite and eager to help those in need, but another awful woman didn't seem to want to help those who truly needed it. Very disappointed.

The lady Carmen.the boss. that has been working in that pantry has been taking all the food home. And she really had her special 40 people on her turkey list. I think if this food is for poor people and she takes it… home...this place needs to be checked on before i call 311.this is not right what's going on here. How i know????i seen them thru the back.they takes cakes and all home.. One time they gave me a steak that was about 3 years old...this really is not Hispanic United ...
