Spectrum Health and Human Services – Buffalo Address, Location and Contact Information
326 Orchard Park Road, Buffalo, New York, 14224 is the address held. The city lies within Erie County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Too busy to take me serious, counselor always rescheduling because someone else is having a crisis made me sit for 40 minutes just to tell me I have to reschedule, med line does not answer the phone 1/10 do not recommend
Alright, where do I even begin. I’ve been going here since I was 14, I am now 18. I officially left this excuse of a counselor office a week ago. My biggest issue: not being able to actually connect with ONE singular… person. I started with Lauren, then was given to Kacey, then was given to Katy, and I was about to be passed onto another one due to Katy being pregnant(congrats! I am not mad about the details). Though I am mad that I could not be stuck with one counselor. That is why I left. I felt like a piggy bank that this place was dipping their greedy fingers into. 25$ copay for every appointment only to receive someone sitting there just agreeing with me and not actually helping me. I could go on and on. Please do not become a client here and please, from my experience, do not put your kids into this place.
There is a major issue with being able to reach these offices via phone. There is no option to leave a voicemail and NO ONE answers. Perhaps they are going out of business. Definitely do not recommend this agency.
I know there is plenty of bad reviews and I truly don’t know why, this place really is great. Haley is the best, she has helped me so much already and is very flexible and understanding with my schedule.
I wish I was able to write a review without even having to award them 1 single star but it doesn't allow you to do that. This facility, their ENTIRE staff including the counselors and receptionist/secretary staff… deserve ZERO STARS!! Not only have they not listened to anything I have ever said regarding our schedule availability and my children but they CONSISTENTLY cancel appointments and try to reschedule them out so far that it ends up being an entire month before my children get their half an hour appointments; which is ridiculous in and of itself. What can be accomplished in 30 minutes especially when its only once a month your speaking to said child. Not to mention the turn over rate in just the short time we have been going there. It is absolutely disgusting how ill equipped every single staff member at this facility is. The gross negligence taking place there is unlike anything I have ever witnessed. My family will NEVER return to this disgrace of a facility. Who are you people actually helping? Because it seems to me that your staff is only helping themselves to their vacation time and everyone else there is completely clueless and incompetent. I'm mortified and feel awful for anyone who has no choice but to stay at this office.
This dishonest business is gonna help you alright - help clear your bank account of a few hundreds of dollars and giving you nothing in return. First they told me I must schedule 2 expensive meetings before I can see… someone who could prescribe medication. Then, psychiatrist at 3rd meeting said that she's not allowed to prescribe the medications I needed. Total waste of money, time and gas.
I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched… 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend I have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to help So in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road
I usually don’t give low ratings but i don’t know what else to do this get this places attention. Both my children are patients here. I’ve tried to get in touch with the office manager twice now via the receptionists… and I’ve heard nothing back! I went there for my son’s appointment two weeks ago, only to be told that it was rescheduled. I asked why I wasn’t informed of this change because they have my number on file. So I left that day and requested to talk to the manager and was informed I would be receiving a phone call that day or possibly the next, that was 2 weeks ago and still, no phone call!! Maybe my one star rating will change once someone reaches out to me about this matter!!!! I’ll be waiting but not going to hold my breath!
Kyle is ok. Jenn was great and Mackenzie never has any time for my appointments.
I really do like this place all of you haters are overreacting and what so wrong with a consular disagreeing with you on some things and having more then one consular helps you with your different mental health stuff
Spectrum is a very poor place to go to as a young adult, suited for children. I had maybe four sessions and I never learned anything from them. I was in therapy for gender counselling but never received anything. I got… diagnosed with severe anxiety & depression and that's all the good that came from this place. Staff is alright at best.
I had gotten a call from these guys stating that my counselor had to cancel an appointment and that i would get a call back to reschedule. Its been 2 months of repeatedly calling and either being sent to voice mail or… getting attitude when all i want is to get the help that i had came here for
Was discriminated and bribed as if i didnt do rehab then i get discharged and i did not use the drug for recreation use it was a suicide attempt so i feel some sorta way and contacting oasis
As long as you want the services available it's a good place to get your head on straight so that your life can be smoother. Children counseling available.
Had a really good intake counselor jenn then got to my official counselor ashley she was amazing I got along with her so well. Shirley is something else I found her rude like no lack of empathy on my history. Sadly… Ashley got a new job so had to switched back to Jenn got that all set up then found out they switched me to some brand new counselor I refused to speak to the new one and said that I was suppose to be with Jenn. So got everything fixed and I set a new appointment for her and Shirley come to the appointment and found out I was discharged with no notice. Telling me I have to do the whole intake process agai if I want to be a client there.
Stay far away from this place. I had about five counseling sessions with my counselor and I did not learn any coping skills. Only asked how I have been. And you wonder why people refuse counseling now a days. The psych… Shirley is terrible. Has absolutely no clue what she is doing. She isn’t even a real psych she’s an fnp. If your on benzos she will take them away even if you have been on them for along period of time. She lacks to understand people have chemical imbalances and not everything can be resolved by deep breathing. Threatened to kick me out of therapy because I was receiving neuro feed back therapy and still seeing my doctor. Wouldn’t you think she would be happy I’m seeking additional treatment? Nope. She’s narrow minded and very heartless.
My councelor always starts late or is out because of sick or injury. My kids councelor is amazing in everyway.
Three different appointments a different counselor each time... received bills for testing after with no notification of extra charges... This place could care less about helping people, it’s just another business out… to make money... very sad.
Questionnaire is bit long and personal but haven't met an employee who hasn't been friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
