Bicycle Health – Bloomfield Hills Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows Bicycle Health – Bloomfield Hills providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Several accounts that describe the same thing tell you more than a single strong opinion.
Bicycle Health used to be a great app, but over time it has become increasingly difficult to get appointments and receive consistent care. Unfortunately, my experience went far beyond scheduling problems. My appointment… was moved by two days, which caused me to run out of my prescription for more than three days. When I was finally able to get a new prescription and tried to fill it, I was told that it had supposedly already been filled and picked up by someone else. I had nothing to do with that prescription being filled or picked up. While I was detoxing and without my medication, I was told to contact Meijer and the police myself. I contacted the Meijer pharmacy where it was supposed to have been filled, and they said they were investigating the situation. However, I still do not know exactly what happened. It has now been about two weeks without my medication. During that time, I relapsed and had to be given Narcan four times. Bicycle Health’s responses have felt generic and repetitive—mostly apologies without meaningful action or support. This is supposed to be a maintenance medication that helps people stay stable and avoid relapse. Instead, I was left without it during a serious and dangerous situation. I am sharing this because people should know that they may not always be able to rely on Bicycle Health when they need support the most.
Started alright until this weekend. I didn’t have an opportunity to submit a urine screen the same day as my appointment, I did not understand that calling in the prescription was contingent on that test immediately.… When I was due to pick up my next refill, The pharmacy Had nothing. Unfortunately, this was 530 on Friday before a holiday weekend, which has resulted in me going without medication for over five days now. The way this situation was handled sucks honestly. I was told Saturday it would be called in as soon as I submitted my test. Submitted my test, that turned into “ok we’ll forward it to your provider and btw she’s off until Tuesday!” Now it’s Tuesday and my chats get the form response “we’ll be with you within thirty minutes!” Waited two hours with no response, messaged again and have waited another two hours. Going without medication for 5+ days is completely unacceptable to me. And the runaround and lying/misleading is extremely frustrating , I expect that from the plug not the doctor. I’ve definitely had better providers.
The feeling of being free of craving is the greatest of all
Very easy to getting into there system very nice doctors they actually know what your goi g through I would and have recommended people to this sight very pleased
I've never had a better experience and better care anywhere in my life. My doctor, Meg Schulte is a true professional in every sense of the word. Bicycle Health has absolutely turned my life around and offered me so… much hope. She genuinely cares about her patients. She has helped me more than words can say. I strongly recommend this team of experts! I make my monthly video calls on my appointment times with her. She asks how things are going, she has an amazing memory and a great personality! She then sends my prescription to my pharmacy, and sets up my next appointment for the following month. I love the fact that everything is done at home. No wasting half a day in a doctor's office, wasting gas, time and money I take my random drug screens at home, snap pictures of the results and hit submit. That's it! All I have to do is drive 2 miles to my pharmacy and pick up my prescription. Friends it doesn't get any better than that. Any issues that may come up, they bend over backwards to straighten things out. I'll never go anywhere else for the rest of my life! Thanks again to this amazing team of professionals.
Bicycle health has been the best experience with seeking medical help for addiction they have been a godsend for real ever since I have became an addict and accepted that and seeked help for it I’ve been battling with… drs offices medical professionals so I thought when In all reality it boiled down to money a transaction from me to a Dr for a prescription so I wouldn’t crave or be addicted to opiates a long story short bicycle heath cares about there patients they show them everyday there along for the recovery road thank you so much to all of you that work the road to recovery for all of us that’s what we have all needed all along to beat this battle and stigmatized society
This place has been fantastic. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a patient for about a year and a half and they have been amazing! I recommend giving them a call if your ready to start recovery.
Had no problem with them. Signing up was easy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. When I text the company they respond within a minute or two. I wound highly recommend this to anyone who has a difficult situation at this… time. They are there to help and assist you. I’ve been with BH for going on 6 months now. Again reach out they will help no, judging.
The plus side is that it is a very convenient way to get medicine through a MAT program. They also have many therapy choices and lots of behavioral support resources. The down side is when you have an issue with billing… it is almost impossible to speak to anyone and your only option is to go through email for communication. I signed up with Bicycle because it was in Network and covered at 100 percent through my insurance. All the sudden the NP that I see started billing my on behalf of DOs that are not in my network which leaves me with the bill. I have sent several emails and left many messages and still I have bills from june of 2023 that have not been re submitted correctly. Very frustrating 😕
