Everyone seems so friendly and seems like they care about me and not just the money...they all are wonderful people & they do care..my counselor is awesome too..easy to talk to..I feel very important & they all treat… you like your someone..not just a drug addict..I look forward to seeing everyone..I can be honest with everyone worker there and they don't judge me either..stuff happens..like slips or what have you & it's not a death sentence..in a matter of speaking 😉

Spent 3 years of my life trying to get help here. They are more likely to treat you like a drug seeking criminal than someone genuinely in need of help. Truly felt more like a probation office than an addiction clinic.… I truly hoped if I stayed somewhere long enough I’d actually get the help I needed… WRONG. They won’t call your prescriptions into a pharmacy, so unless you prefer Hikma Pharmaceuticals tablets, or methadone you have literally no other options. They stopped offering the Sublocade/Brixadi injections, or at least that’s what they told me as I utilized that the majority of my time here. If you don’t have insurance they’ll charge you $400 a month to take what they want you to take out of those two options. They only care about profits and money, not patients and their sobriety.

Brightview is a awesome place to go for help. I would highly recommend it. Great staff.

This place is a joke! They have offered me no support as I tamper down and is sick as a dog for over a year now! No counselors or real doctors on site will not prescribe me more than 5 days of comfort meds but will… provide me with how ever much synthetic heroin ? My body is tired I a tired and I’m sick of being sick and these ppl have no ideal! Im suppose to be monthly but yet they make me come in every 2 weeks to drop to charge my insurance! Im sick and tired of being sick and tired! I took this medicine for pain and it has robbed me of a normal life for the past 2 years! It’s not worth it do yourself a favor and RUN! Find a place with real ppl who understand addiction and are really there to help not bill your insurance! They have not done any blood work, haven’t talked to a councilor in months! No type of support can’t get in touch with these ppl but thru 3rd party call center…. Appointments are long… they make sure they have a council reevaluation every month or so that they can can continue to charge your insurance but offer you no counseling!

They are wonderful, very fast and extremely sufficient 😊 I plan to utilize their services for years to come and highly recommend to anyone struggling with addiction and/or mental health problems!I love the staff and the… whole overall experience I have every week. They are great! Caring, funny, friendly and Efficient. Would highly recommend! Staff is amazing! They are very patient with you.And when you stray away, they do not hold any grudges.They welcome you back always with open arms!! Is ariel and anna are absolutely amazing💜

Highly recommend going to this location if you are struggling with addiction or just need to continue your staying clean. The staff here are awesome and welcoming Morgan,Chelsea,Chamberlain and all the medical and OTP… staff thank you for all of your help.

The staff is always so amazing! They’re very kind and actually care! They have got me through so much! I have never felt forced or rushed through anything and bc of that I have reached some of my goals and gotten to… some other goals a lot faster! I am truely thankful for brightveiw and the staff so if you need to take that first step or your nervous at least give them a call and check them out bc you won’t regret it! They will be the best you find I promise!

Great place to receive help it's clean an people at Brightview, are amazing they are there to help us I guarantee if you are lookin for help this is the place. I've been alot of different places I feel they all helped… play apart in my relapse Brightview actually does want you to be sober an they will help figure what works best an helps you I highly recommend this to anyone that needs the help I got nothing but appreciation for Brightview thanks again for everything!

I have always been very satisfied with the staff, doctor, and counselor; with both speed and quality of care received. I am extremely grateful for the services Brightview provides and will always recommend their… services to anyone who is seeking help.

I went to them when I was in a really bad spot. They were super supportive, understanding, caring and helpful. I never once felt like I was a bad person, they made me feel welcomed. Though the process is kinda time… consuming, it is worth it. I have a long road a head of me but with there help and support I am sure I will get through this.
