Cadence Care Network – Niles Detox and Rehab Services
What Cadence Care Network – Niles offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Cadence Care Network – Niles Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 165 East Park Avenue, Niles, Ohio, 44446. Niles sits in Trumbull County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

This program has significantly improved my son’s ability to regulate and communicate his feelings in a healthy way . The coping mechanisms he has learned has made such a positive impact on my son and his life .
Allison and Seth are great, Evan responds very well Allison, he’s starting to come around with Seth
Terrible company! Our son has Autism and he is nonverbal. He uses an eye gaze and we need the arm that goes on his wheelchair so it can be used for outings and school. At first we had Ohio Rise and we were informed it… was shipped but we never received it. Now we have Candence Care and it’s been a headache. Supposedly there are flex funds to be used but good luck on getting anything. We have spent a year going back and forth with nothing but excuses! We would try to get something to be told oh that’s too expensive or wow you need to pay for shipping. The best excuse was that’s a medical necessity and up to the insurance which his insurance won’t cover because he got the device. I swear this company is just lining their pockets!! Worst company!
I have custody of my granddaughter, they have her in horseback riding they have somebody come over and take her out for 3 hours a day once a week. I overall love this program.
Cadence Care Network is truly making a meaningful impact in our community. Their team is dedicated, compassionate, and focused on helping children, families, and individuals navigate complex behavioral health challenges… with dignity and care.
Terrible experience and never even made it to the building. This place was recommended by my children’s school district. I submitted their applications on February 2nd. Followed up on February 22nd for the second time.… It’s May 2nd, still no appointments for mental health assessments. THEIR caseworker reached out to me asking when my kids were scheduled for assessments. After weeks of back and forth with her, still no appointment. I’ve left numerous messages with no call back. No one there seems to know what they’re doing. Incredibly unorganized.
Very unprofessional place. Called 2 days in a row. Phone Reception is the only Professional one there. Left messages but this is 3rd day waiting for a response. For being recommended by Niles Schools and TCCS. They are… very unprofessional. Called Lloyd McKoy in Warren. Left message and in a hour had a Response. And also a appointment for the 21st. So all except the Receptionist I give them a F+. They are a Failure.
I’ve been with cadence care over a decade. And today they dropped me as a client. They claim the same conditions I have had for years are to severe. If they can’t help me who can? Do not recommend unless u want to feel… unprioritized and disregard like trash.
Do not recommend. Was working with a care coordinator Jessica and the professionalism was opinionated to say the least. There were no visits but there were documented calls/visits on the care plan or whatever it is… called. I am not saying it was falsified but it was not correct. Switched to another one and have been so happy. If you really want your child to be helped, I do not think this location has the best suited individuals.
I love all the support from your team. It is a team effort for our children.
So greatful for Cadience care they literally CARE I can't express enough all Angels deserve their care on their healing journey
Candace Care is very very excellent very kind compassionate loving caring help always. Very very quick yo respond to patients needs. Works with you tries always tries does help you any way they possibly csn always with… kind very professional compassionate loving caring excellent very best help always. Always at your every need in almost less than second always willing to help you any possible way always.
My son's counselor is AMAZING with him. (He has his appointments at school) however, trying to schedule with the psychiatric practitioner it took weeks turned into over a month..multiple calls to finally talk to… someone. I left many voicemails. I was told they had a long wait and I would be called to schedule later that week. But never was. I had to continue to call. I finally got a hold of someone who made me an appointment. Surprise 3 weeks from when I called... I have dealt with many specialists that are months out in appointments, and they still can make you one. It does not make sense to me that they would not give me a call to make an appointment. And I had to fight for it. Every doctor's office and specialist can make appointments, even if they're booked months out, most up to a year...horrible scheduling.
Cadence Care Network is a top notch agency. Providing support to kids and families and the community all around!
The worst experience to ever have they only have 1 med specialist who only works one day a week their counselors are horrible charge your medical card an never seen the child or cancels numerous times the behavioral… therapist is the same way cancels a hour before the appointment numerous times an sees the child 30 minutes a session and charges the medical card for an hour. When i have to call the facility i start crying cuz its so hard to get any help the receptionist is worthless i never seen people so uncaring and not compassionate at all the worst.
Very rude staff. Sue called before mailing a bill that my children's appointments would be cancelled until the balance was paid. Her tone very accusatory and demeaning. I'm apologize that ChampVA only pays 75%, not… 100%. As a disabled combat veteran I believe my families coverage should be better. It's not, but I pay my bills. Send one next time. Avoid them at all costs, they will hurt your family more than help.
They make appointments they don’t keep. Say the left you a voicemail but it’s a lie. I drove from Youngstown to Niles no appointment!
