What's funny is the director thinks she's going to investigate herself and find no wrong doing... No honey I'll send my complaint to the DEA. THAT'LL BE ALL. 😘

I was yelled at in an open hallway where everyone could hear! Threatened with being dropped, I was belittled, scolded like a child, and quite frankly it has set me back tremendously! I left feeling defeated, deflated,… and angry that my sobriety has been put in jeopardy by the same person who was supposed to be helping me and quite frankly should have done better! I would not go here if I had other options or if there was another close by! Here you are literally just a number and they don’t care about you or your sobriety! Except for one person and he actually appears to care!

This is the most disrespectful clinic I’ve ever been to. Don’t go here if you’re trying to get clean. They made me want to relapse after a month.

Back in 2020 I had 3 major surgeries and had a baby . The doctor gave me pain medication and I took them like I was told and still became addicted. I went here for treatment and it was a JOKE ! horrible place . 0/10… wouldn't recommend. Now fast forward were in 2024 and had more surgeries and once again got addicted but this place is INCREDIBLE!!!! no longer wait times. No drugs being sold outside. The staff cares about YOU and YOUR recovery. I love this place. MAT has saved my life.

Ryan rocks at the desk but they need more counselors and to care a little more about their patients.

Miss Anna Bishop is the most awesome counselor I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She is the main reason that I choose to stay at this particular clinic even though I have found clinics that are cheaper and… more accessible. Every time that I come in and speak with her I leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I feel like I can take on the world. Rhyne at the front desk is also a very delightful person to speak with everyday that I come in she does everything she can to help me and it's a very pleasant person to interact with. These two people do so much to add to the pleasantness of this establishment and they deserve every blessing that is coming their way.

This place has been a blessing and a disaster all in one a blessing cuz I’m off drugs disaster cuz they can’t keep anyone I’ve had a million counselors but Shelia is still my favorite and they make you wait even though… you tell them you have work or something important going on they do not care but they are trying to fix that and Ryan has been the best front lady ever and she does so so so much for our clinic to make it fun and keep it alive she’s a blessing I hate that what the counselors do gets taken out on her overall they have improved a lot since I started

They really have finally made it so that you can get in and out quickly it’s because they needed workers before they couldn’t even keep consistent nurses or counselors but seems now they finally got it back together… also depends on the counselor/ nurse but most seem to truly care - of course shout out to the front desk Rhyne poor girl puts up with impatient addicts all day but she handles it with a cheerful attitude and that helps a lot !! only thing it’s hard to phase up I am still going 4 days a week been doing for years but if your looking for a way out of the darkness, just go in- start today- we do recover

This place gave me my life back on September 24, 2017. There have been many counselors and directors since, but I have stayed sober by consistently working the program and doing the next right thing. Thank goodness for… MAT.

Wow! After reading the reviews,I wasn’t going to go in, but after speaking with Mrs.Johnnetta over the phone because of her phone etiquette answering all my questions (nice and professionally) she changed my mind, I… never write reviews, but I wanted y’all to know it’s nothing like this anymore, I’m glad I went in bc the atmosphere, and environment has totally changed. Everybody was nice, knowledgeable, & helpful.maintaining sobriety is not easy, and to go where people aren’t professional, mean and rude can deter you, but if u need cartersville comprehensive treatment center, they are there to help, speaking from experience Signed, Mrs. T.R(Louisiana diva)

Senior staff member. (Only one) believes she has authority over the patients. Her authority is the focus of your recovery, not at all helping to achieve your goals. All other staff is great, helpful and professional.

It is what you make it. Follow the RULES—which change OFTEN, and All's Well. If you're on TIME, Listen to and go along with the Nurses and Counselors—No Big Deal. If not it's a Dealbreaker. Most of the Counselors,… especially those who've been there Longest, are Nice and really do WANT to help you. They'll Help with any probs that you have. It's a dependable place, been open for quite a Long Time—compared to some Clinics. Ownership changed hands about 3 years ago, from a Chain of Clinics based out of CA. The Clinic Directors change every couple of years—at LEAST, but unless you have a major prob, you'll never see them anyway... The Nurses can be a Lil tough. But they're who you deal with Every time you go. They're the Gatekeepers, so to speak. They dispense all meds, relay info to the Dr & Counselors, add Info to your patient chart, serve as Conduct Cops, etc...A Good Idea to stay on the Nurses best side. Drug tests are at least once per month, computer chosen randomly. For any Prescription Medications you are taking, you must provide Proof of each Script to your Counselor MONTHLY. Also certain Meds require communication between the Dr writing the Scripts and your Clinic Counselor. They call it Coordinating Care. It must happen before certain Meds show up on a Drug Test. Not all Meds are allowed. The Current Dr is Hard of Hearing, but he's smart, and is only at the Clinic Part-time. He has another office. He will give you referrals for any medical needs you have. Doc does your Intake Exam, Yearly Physical, and Increases and Decreases your Methadone/Suboxone Dosage—Most important when you begin at the clinic. Whatever Dose you get up to in the first 4-8 weeks is most likely the dose you'll stay at ( +/– 5—10 MGS ). After the first couple 'a few Months, you'll only see Doc Once a Year. I hope you've been enlightened, Peace ☮️
