Had a super positive experience here! I recently switched to a different clinic because the hours were better for me and it’s closer to work but I was really sad to go! Everything is done really seamlessly here and they… make you feel so welcomed from day one. I never once felt judged for being in treatment or for having struggles and every single person I interacted with was so pleasant and supportive. 💚

This place sucks. I know it works for a lot of people as it did me for 6 days now but this morning when I showed up to get my daily 60 mg they denied me service because they said I look high I was willing to give them… any type of test they needed to determine if I was intoxicated I was doing great on the program but was their decision today cause me to relapse now I'm back at square one so thanks a lot crossroads of Calhoun you really know your stuff

It takes wayyyy too long to get the shots in and it’s hard for me to comprehend why. I’m sitting here now with intense cravings and having sweats and chills and stomach issues… I get some of my autoimmune meds through… the mail and it doesn’t take a week or two to get them… I’m suffering bad. This is not a good way to do your patients ‼️‼️

The program director Ashley isn't a compassionate person they took my money this morning and made a appointment for next Wednesday as I was at the nurse window Ashley came in and told them I will have to come daily. She… did that after me and the councilor made a appointment for next Wednesday at 6:30am they try to hold your medicine and treatment over your head. Ashley made me feel like I was a worthless person this morning. I pay for help and treatment and would like to be treated with respect bc I am human with a heart and feelings. They need to correct their mistake bc Ashley is giving the company a bad name. I spend $4,745 per year to receive treatment I should not be punished bc they made a mistake on their end. My name is Vincent.

Counselor Rachel has blown my expectations and standards In ethics through the roof.. she has gone above and beyond for my mom. She takes her clients very seriously and she makes their treatment plan very… individualized.. if you’re serious about your recovery then she will be serious about you. She will advocate for you and make sure things get as close to your needs as possible.. A great asset to have on you’re team.. I recommend her and this center to anyone that wants better for themselves. Thank you Rachel!!

Anyone struggling with opiate addiction who is questioning if they should take this step, i would say absolutely do it. This place will help you turn your life around. They will give you everything you need and all he… support needed, rescources etc to do so. I was on the brink of death struggling with fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine addiction and it was so out of control i knew i was going to die soon. I came in skeptical but so ready to be done with the drugs. I walked into the most friendly, caring, and down to earth enviroment i could have imagined. These people will fight for you as long as you too want to get help. Im only 49 days clean but i never want to go back thanks to this place. Miss larquette, lead nurse amanda, beckah at front desk, and the other counseler (cannot remember her name, sorry!) Are all such amazing and caring people there to talk you thru whatever you need, answer any questions, and help accomodate in any way. Miss larquette has been my saving grace in getting sober. I cannot thank thid woman enough. Ill always remember her no matter how far in my journey i may get.. If your questioning calling this place, do it !! This is the best clinic out there. Im currently staying 2 hours away and im still willing to make the drive just to stay with this clinic. I cannot say enough good. Thank you crossroads for helping me start this journey to change my life!!!!
