Cedar Oaks Wellness Center Detox and Rehab Services
Withdrawal care is medically supervised and covers alcohol, benzodiazepines, heroin and methamphetamine, after which clients can move into residential inpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient sessions or standard outpatient care. The dual diagnosis program treats mental health conditions alongside substance use, and housing is gender specific.
For medication-assisted treatment the center names buprenorphine for opioid use disorder and naltrexone, acamprosate and disulfiram for alcohol use disorder. Individual, group and family sessions use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, joined by recurrence prevention, anger management, nutrition and wellness work and nature-based activities, and the team can also arrange family interventions.
