I wound NOT GO BACK THERE THE PLACE IN DURTY AND ALL BUT ONE LADY WAS GREAT, THE REST ARE VERY IGNORANT AND SMELL LIKE SMOKE WHEN THEY COME BACK FROM BRAEK AND WHEN I WENT THERE THE LADY IN FRONT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK AT… ME, THAT JUST SHOWS HER IGNORANCE

The staff are ALWAYS very polite friendly and helpful. The counselors and days are pleasant and welcoming.

I started this whole experience at pyramid and I really hated that place cuz they treated you like a number the people here really care and they really treat you like you're a person and that makes all the difference in… the world

No matter what kind of drug problem you have Clean Slate has the help for your needs and the office in front of the Altoona hospital moved to the building behind the old Clean Slate office on the second floor instead of… taking the right to go under the sign go past the Old office to the next building on the right halfway down take e5 steps up and open the door take another 5 steps up inside and read the sign or push the door open and you'll see beautiful Nurses who has the answer to all your questions for every reason and answers for questions not pertaining to treatment but like rides for an example to and from your steps to their steps so as the Bible says,Ask and you shall receive,knock and the door will be opened for you, I recommend this to all people who wants to live and live a drug free life Clean Slate has helped me stay alive for year's now but of course you got to want to live because take my advice I had two 3 brothers who died from drug related problems and many,many friends also, you have many reasons to live and I was an old Hairon user and I thought I would never find a place to take away the pain from withdrawal but after trying their medicine 15 minutes later my new life began! Thank you all at Clean Slate.

The front desk receptionist needs an attitude adjustment

Everybody is always friendly and everything is also done in a timely matter and all the employees are great especially my counselor Chelsea

The staff, provider,and care coordinator are all super friendly and very professional. Would recommend cleanslate to anyone looking for their first experience at acquiring MAT

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff make each visit leaving me feeling confident that I'm in the best hands for treatment. I however have not yet received my information on my phone yet… regarding my next appointment.

This clinic has changed my life for the better. The staff is amazing. Its a comfortable environment and even when talking to the Drs/PAs.They are there to listen, give advice, help with resources, they have programs… etc.Its the only one I know that's clean, organized and friendly staff. Recovery starts with you. You have to want it to make it work because your the only one that can make it happen. Clean Slate will help you in every way they can to help you accomplish your sobriety. It was easy to get an appt for the intake. Then your appts after ,your in and out, never wait long unless your talking to the Dr or PA. Never over crowded. I definitely recommend. Best in the area

This place is great makes access to MAT easier than any place i have ever been to or heard about. I go once a month to get my meds, just like any other med. Ill be clean 11 years this june!

Very nice employees and friendly atmosphere

I've been a patient here for nearly 3 years and I have absolutely no complaints. They are very stern in making appointments. (Something I have trouble with) ...one thing I especially like about them is the fact that… they don't pressure me at all. I dint think it's a good idea to pressure people into doing things they're not ready to do. They dint breathe down my back, and they're very good with when and what numbers are safe to call and leave messages. I especially liked Renee , but she's fine now.... how she's working somewhere that she enjoys the work and the purple. Chelsea is my favorite at the Altoona Pennsylvania office.

The Altoona Pennsylvania location is absolutely amazing. They helped me get clean years ago and I am very grateful. If it were not for them giving me the encouragement and push forward I needed I would probably not be… the person I am today. I recommend 100%! They are not judgemental and genuinely care. They even helped me with clothing for my child when he was younger ❤️

I saw a post about it not being kid friendly... that's ridiculous. I love this place, I have been coming here for years with my youngest always with me. The ladies in the front are great my son loves seeing his "Tracie"… that works in the back. They are great in there. Very fast and efficient with me and do great with my schedule. My son always gets a snack while he's there. Thank you clean slate.

I’m in treatment right now, but I’m looking for some other options. Do you treat with methadone? Reason being, I’ve been at this other facility for almost 7yrs, and I’ve had tremendous success, until recently, so I’m… considering a change. Would you please let me know a little bit more about your program? Thank you……

Never ever will make a appointment there again!!!!!! If you are a single mother and have no choice but to bring your kids don't even bother going there. I had to bring my 2 yr old in with me and they are not kid… friendly. So there is a thing called terrible 2's and what child that young is going to sit for almost a hour in the waiting room. Then to finally be called back to see the doctor who is absolutely rude and has no patience with you and your child. Almost 2 hours there to just be told to reschedule your appt because of your child. You go to seek help and that was a slap in the face! Never again! I'd give no stars but go figure makes you have to least give one to post this.

The staff are so nice. As long as you are committed to recovery..this is the right place to go. They keep me on track. Bless them all!

Everything went very smoothly. All staff was very kind and caring. Light relaxing atmosphere .
